Had been here once before, thought it wasn't bad, so came back yesterday. Not happy. I walked in around 1 pm, no customers. Not friendly at all. A gentleman did my nails, didn't speak English but was able to get across, cut my nails, etc. He and another nail tech had a long conversation in another language with each other, while he was working on my manicure, she was standing next to him conversing, for a very long time. I thought that was rude. They had very few light gel colors to choose from (which is what I choose to wear in the spring/summer). As far as my pedicure goes, again, nothing to write home about. Just two light colors to choose from. I hadn't asked about the cost of the pedi. The same young lady who had been standing next to us during the mani gave me a pedi. In the middle of the pedi the young lady told me you want callus removed, $10 more. I said okay. No biggie, she got a piece of saran wrap, put some cream on it, wrapped it around my feet and removed the callus'. Scraped of the callus, not very gently. No leg massage. Wiped off my legs, feet wiped down, polished and done. My recommendation, don't bother going here, they sure didn't bother with their work. read more

I went for a pedi the other day, the older lady did mine and my cousin's pedis. She didnt ask me what package I wanted for my pedi gave me the basic I told her I want gel she never gave me the colors to look at so when It was time to paint my toes she rudely asked what color and I just said white because I never saw the colors. I didn't get any lotion on after and the guy ended up painting my toes and their is white polish on my skin It wasnt taken off. Overall I wasn't happy and I won't be going back. read more

I love this nail salon. I have been coming here for years so the staff knows me. Van does aahhmazing eyebrows! She was the first person to ever shaped them and still is the only person after 4 years. Worst nail shop in Palmdale!! I brought my daughter to their shop the day before her graduation, Jolie's daughter strung both my daughter and I along for a grand total of 45 minutes. If I could give this place a negative star, I would. The last couple times I've been here their service and nail quality has gone waaay down. I went in just for a fill today just to give them a chance and I got the same male nail tech there who's given me issues before, and when I asked for a nail design he LAUGHED in my face and started speaking a different language to another nail tech and told me it couldn't be done. To top it off, the gel came out thick and the nail itself just looks too round and unevenly filed. I felt completely disrespected and if I'm paying $30+ for a fill I would expect SOMETHING. But no, it's always something when I come here though. I never write negative reviews but I had to today my experience here was horrible and I will NEVER go back I would rather drive miles out to a nail tech that actually wants my service. hate to leave bad reviews, but the manager here is horrible. Who ever the owner is they need to get a new manager before this place go out of business. I came in for a gel mani and pedi and eyebrows, ok the price wasn't bad, but the pedicure was the Worse I've ever gotten before. I wanted gel, but the older Asian woman act like she couldn't understand English, so I let her proceed with regular nail polish. She barely scrub my feet and did a very poor job painting my toes. The nail polish never did dry so I came back and explain to the manager the nail polish never dried and start chipping. I told her I wanted gel anyway and the older Asian lady act like she couldn't understand English so I settled for regular nail polish. She said we could fix it free with regular nail polish and it will be 20 dollars for gel and the regular price for gel is 25 for color change. I said it's 35 for a gel pedicure and I already paid 22 so why can't I pay the difference which is 13 dollars since they did a poor job on my pedicure and that the paint never dried and start chipping, and didn't paint the side of my big toe nails. She said no still 20 dollars for gel and free for regular polish. So Jasmine came in and did it for 13 dollars and did an amazing job. I want to say thank you to Jasmine for her great customer service skills. Another thing the manager refused to call the owner and I asked multiple times. If the owner sees this please have a talk with the manager over your store. I also believe the older Asian lady that did my pedicure don't have her license to be doing pedicures. When I arrived they were very nice but the quality of their work was very bad. My nails were too thick and the length of the nails on my left hand didn't match the length on the right. So I decided to go this morning to get my nails done & It was going to be my first time there. Now I arrived at 9:55am because online it says they open at 10:00am on Sunday. When I show up there's already a line and on the door it says the same opening time as the web. Now I'm waiting and it's 10;20 and nobody shows up to open the place. I was getting upset because the owner could've put up a sign that it's not opening or they're opening later, I was just wasting my time. I start talking to some lady and she told me that this always happens she always waits like 30 more minutes just waiting for the door to open. That is very unprofessional and it's annoying. I made an appt at another nail salon (BELLISSIMA). Let me tell you I don't regret leaving Jolie nails. It was a very good service at BellissimA. I would strongly recommend it. F(% this place. I went in because my thumb nail shellac mani chipped. It bothered the OCD in me, so i needed it fixed. I explained this to Jolie (I assume, or someone who has aslight addiction to half-price botox and at-home-in-your-garage lip injections) & she asked me to wait while she waxed 3 girls eyebrows. Apparently its very serious business, as she couldnt even fathom the idea of wasting 10 extra seconds telling me no. So i sat there for almost 20 minutes, listening to the only sound-- a depressing, single 16"in, 1995 TV strung haphazardly half way up the wall, blaring what must've been Japans Most Depressing Film, depicting a sobbing, grizzled old japanese man mumbling/screaming Japanese obscenities in his kimono.Then she tells me that NO, she can't do that, looking all the while at me like i just murdered a pack of baby bunnies and ate them for breakfast. Went in for a gel manicure with my two daughters. Is Mine greeted me, and took us back right away. Overall service was good, but I didn't get my massage on my hands. Isn't that part of a manicure? She said I was done and as I stood up, asked if I wanted lotion. Not a huge deal. So she recommended gel for My daughter's because regular polish would chip off the next day as he said. My eyebrows used to be so thin and weird looking because this other lady from a different waxing place messed up with my eyebrows.
