If I could give negative stars I would as one star is too god to give. Inside the facility is disgustingly dirty so whose to say the utensils may be as well. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. First of all the man Henry, did not know how to do a manicure for he destroyed my cuticles and the gel started peeling within a day. As for the pedicure, I could've done a better job at home. First time here. I would give it 5 stars but there are only 3 employees working (its Saturday) so we had to wait a bit. Prices are decent and the ladys are nice. I recommend Lilia, she took her time and did my feet, massaged them and was gentle. read more

Just No.... if you want them watching a loud drama filled movie go ahead and head over! The lady wasn't even paying attention to me. She cut so deep the side on my toe nail while getting a pedicure. They nail polish selection was very small and super old looking nail polish... they aren't very sanitary she got done with my nails and went over to my company's toes and USED THE SAME TOOLS! read more

I love this nail salon. I have been coming here for years so the staff knows me. Van does aahhmazing eyebrows! She was the first person to ever shaped them and still is the only person after 4 years. I am moving away for school so I am sad that I have to find another salon. Tip- It gets really busy in the afternoon and on the weekends. Especially for eyebrows you can be waiting for an hour. Worst nail shop in Palmdale!! I brought my daughter to their shop the day before her graduation, Jolie's daughter strung both my daughter and I along for a grand total of 45 minutes. To then tell us that they both had clients and was booked. My daughter cried because it was getting late and we thought that she wasn't gonna be able to get her nails done. Jolie and her daughter were inconsiderate and rude I will never visit nor recommend their slow, egocentric, tired looking shop to anyone! Not even strangers. read more

It was my first time coming here and WOW! Jazmin was an amazing person and did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that. If I could give this place a negative star, I would. The last couple times I've been here their service and nail quality has gone waaay down. I went in just for a fill today just to give them a chance and I got the same male nail tech there who's given me issues before, and when I asked for a nail design he LAUGHED in my face and started speaking a different language to another nail tech and told me it couldn't be done. To top it off, the gel came out thick and the nail itself just looks too round and unevenly filed. I felt completely disrespected and if I'm paying $30+ for a fill I would expect SOMETHING. But no, it's always something when I come here though. I never write negative reviews but I had to today my experience here was horrible and I will NEVER go back I would rather drive miles out to a nail tech that actually wants my service. They over charged my wife by $45! They will tell you one price then they will ask your card and when u hand them the card they upsell it and give you a grand total. We tried to reason with them and they got very upset. plus the toes and nails were thicker thann others. You can go experience this for yours self. Beyond pissed. read more

hate to leave bad reviews, but the manager here is horrible. Who ever the owner is they need to get a new manager before this place go out of business. I came in for a gel mani and pedi and eyebrows, ok the price wasn't bad, but the pedicure was the Worse I've ever gotten before. I wanted gel, but the older Asian woman act like she couldn't understand English, so I let her proceed with regular nail polish. She barely scrub my feet and did a very poor job painting my toes. The nail polish never did dry so I came back and explain to the manager the nail polish never dried and start chipping. I told her I wanted gel anyway and the older Asian lady act like she couldn't understand English so I settled for regular nail polish. She said we could fix it free with regular nail polish and it will be 20 dollars for gel and the regular price for gel is 25 for color change. I said it's 35 for a gel pedicure and I already paid 22 so why can't I pay the difference which is 13 dollars since they did a poor job on my pedicure and that the paint never dried and start chipping, and didn't paint the side of my big toe nails. She said no still 20 dollars for gel and free for regular polish. So Jasmine came in and did it for 13 dollars and did an amazing job. I want to say thank you to Jasmine for her great customer service skills. Another thing the manager refused to call the owner and I asked multiple times. If the owner sees this please have a talk with the manager over your store. I also believe the older Asian lady that did my pedicure don't have her license to be doing pedicures. If I ever go back to this shop and Jasmine is not there I will turn around, because the manager is very rude and unprofessional. read more

So I decided to go this morning to get my nails done & It was going to be my first time there. Now I arrived at 9:55am because online it says they open at 10:00am on Sunday. When I show up there's already a line and on the door it says the same opening time as the web. Now I'm waiting and it's 10;20 and nobody shows up to open the place. I was getting upset because the owner could've put up a sign that it's not opening or they're opening later, I was just wasting my time. I start talking to some lady and she told me that this always happens she always waits like 30 more minutes just waiting for the door to open. That is very unprofessional and it's annoying. I made an appt at another nail salon (BELLISSIMA). Let me tell you I don't regret leaving Jolie nails. It was a very good service at BellissimA. I would strongly recommend it. Sorry Jolie nails , you lost a first time client. read more

Will NEVER go back. No wonder this place was so empty. My normal nail place didn't have any openings so I decided to try something new. Mistake. When I arrived they were very nice but the quality of their work was very bad. My nails were too thick and the length of the nails on my left hand didn't match the length on the right. She cut me twice&she stopped about 5-6 times while doing my nails to have a conversation with another man that worked there. I do not and will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

F(% this place. I went in because my thumb nail shellac mani chipped. It bothered the OCD in me, so i needed it fixed. I explained this to Jolie (I assume, or someone who has aslight addiction to half-price botox and at-home-in-your-garage lip injections) & she asked me to wait while she waxed 3 girls eyebrows. Apparently its very serious business, as she couldnt even fathom the idea of wasting 10 extra seconds telling me no. So i sat there for almost 20 minutes, listening to the only sound-- a depressing, single 16"in, 1995 TV strung haphazardly half way up the wall, blaring what must've been Japans Most Depressing Film, depicting a sobbing, grizzled old japanese man mumbling/screaming Japanese obscenities in his kimono.Then she tells me that NO, she can't do that, looking all the while at me like i just murdered a pack of baby bunnies and ate them for breakfast. My bad, I had no idea it was such a crazy request, but whatever. I'll just go somewhere friendlier to get it fixed. But if you wanna try your luck, go ahead. read more

Went in for a gel manicure with my two daughters. Is Mine greeted me, and took us back right away. Overall service was good, but I didn't get my massage on my hands. Isn't that part of a manicure? She said I was done and as I stood up, asked if I wanted lotion. Not a huge deal. So she recommended gel for My daughter's because regular polish would chip off the next day as he said. My daughter's gel came off the next day. Two days later, 3 of her nails were completely chipped off. I didn't pay for gel to last as long as regular polish. read more

Worst customer service ever!!! Do not go to this salon they will cut your fingers up & tell you you're "sensitive" when they continue Continue to hurt you & they'll tell you "you can go somewhere else if you don't like the way i do it * rude tone* " as they continue "man handling " your hands & all i said was "that hurt" they continue being rube , talking under his breath because i wanted a new set. The employee got loud with me because when he put the acrylic nails on , the nails were barely on my fingers like practically hanging off. And then when i answer him to correct that , he got loud with me saying that's how he does nails. I've been getting my nails done for over a decade & I've never seen anyone put the acrylic nail on the Very tip on my finger as if it's not even stable to put the powder on. Best Eyebrow Waxing. Van (I believe that's her name) is so great! She saved my eyebrows to be honest. My eyebrows used to be so thin and weird looking because this other lady from a different waxing place messed up with my eyebrows. After telling Van my horror story and telling her exactly what I wanted for my brows she understood and now my eyebrows are nice and full again. I always recommend my friends to go here. read more
