There is no doubt that i love Jollibee .... it brings back childhood memories. I especially love the fried chicken, peach mango pie, & the spaghetti. I haven't gone for a while bit this location is fire!!! Place is clean and Staff are patient and genuinely nice. Service was fast too. So i went in the morning on a Friday, around 10 (?); side door was closed, so remember to go to the door facing the street. Huge parking place by the way and you can't miss the building. I can understand if staffing is limited but they have tons of staff on a Monday afternoon today but still service is very slow. This was my first time at this Jollibee. They didn't disappoint. Fresh chicken, adobo rice was really good and the mango pie was the perfect dessert. I love all jollibee's. Ok, verdict is in: Chicken: I tried it with and without the gravy, somewhat better with than without but not a super big deal. The hype is much bigger than the actual taste. I give it a 6.5 Spaghetti: Unusual because of the sweetness taste but overall good. Still didn't understand the point of hot dog slices and sprinkles of cheese not bad at all just side step because of the sweetness. I give it a 6 Fries: Nothing out of the ordinary - they're fries after all. Except that they got cold very quick and unlike others they didn't lose flavor, for that I'll give a plus. I give it a 7.5 Drink: That was the better part, sadly I didn't realize I was getting the small. Their pineapple drink was rather good. So I'll give them a 8.5 because of the size and no refill policy. Haven't tried the dessert that comes with the $10 meal yet but I'm sure it'll be a typical pie. This new Jollibee recently opened up in Artesia. We were in the area and decided to stop by and grab a bite to eat after we saw the bright red bee mascot. I've been to other Jollibee locations - usually located inside Seafood City - but this one was a standalone restaurant with super clean tables and bright lights. Service was pretty good, but there seemed to be more workers than needed. The restaurant has a fairly big dining area, but half was closed - probably because it was already quite late. Food was standard - ordered chicken (only spicy left otherwise we'd have to wait over 20 minutes for original) and spaghetti as well as some burger steak to-go for my friend while I feasted on the mango and peach pie. That pie was super tasty, especially when piping hot; pie is wider than a regular apple pie from McDonald's and shorter in length. I realized how good it tasted and by the time I had offered some to my friend, I had unknowingly finished more than half. As for the chicken and spaghetti - both good; standard Jollibee taste. We also got an order of fries. Would probably not recommend getting this unless you can get a guarantee that they're fresh. Great chicken sandwiches and the varied fruit pies are a nice treat hot or cold (currently they have banana and jackfruit, delicious). The regular fried chicken sandwich has slightly herbed batter, mayo and a brioche bun. The spicy fried chicken sandwich comes with a hot mayo sauce and actual slices of chili pepper as well as a spicy batter and the same bun. The chicken in them is often almost an inch thick and the batter sticks on well, is crisp and bready with a really good bite to it making it all incredibly moreish. read more

We've utilized their drive in several times during Covid and although the wait can get a bit Long during peak times like lunch and dinner our order has been consistently accurate and delicious. We like their chicken, it comes with a gravy but if your aren't a sauce person the chicken is great on its own. We also like the spaghetti - it's the kind that's good even the next day! We used to rave about how good the spicy chicken was specially to those who have never tried Jollibee, but the last few orders that we got from here were too spicy that it mostly ends up in the trash can. I'm so glad they opened a location in this part of Cerritos. It's definitely a lot more modern compared to the one near Norwalk, plus it has a drive-thru option. This alone got me because now I can fulfill my fried chicken cravings looking like a hobo because I don't have to get out of my car. But boy, was I wrong deciding to go through drive-thru. I timed this. I entered at 7:05 PM and didn't get my order until 7:50 PM. I waited about 45 minutes just to get a single bucket of chickenjoy. WORSE SERVICE EVER. I know they are probably super busy, but they need a better system in place. To add to this, there is only one small lane. So you can't even leave if you wanted to because you're stuck there. DON'T USE DRIVE-THRU!!!! OVERALL, the chicken is cooked really well. It's super juicy and the skin is fried to a perfect crisp. You get get original or spicy and the bucket option allows you to do half/half. I think it's nice that they distinguish the two flavors for you by sticking little red flags that say "spicy" into the pieces that are. Something that other fried chicken places should do. Even though the chicken is tasty, it's probably not worth the wait for me. I also came another day and ordered inside, and even that took about 20-25 minutes just for a palabok plate. Customer service needs to improve immensely (both inside and drive-thru) for this to continue running successfully. Never heard of Jollibee until I saw them in the Philippines but never tried them there. Since they were popping up in Los Angeles someone close to me got me to try them. First off this is the 3rd branch I've tried in CA. Place is well kept clean minus a few tables with chicken crumbs from recent guest. Place looks modern in decorations. I've always ordered the 2 piece chicken joy with spaghetti and pineapple juice. Each time I've ordered I have no problems, I always got my order. Drive thru is no problem as long as you don't go during rush hour. (Even in-n-out Takes 30-50 mins to get burgers during rush hour) Customer service is excellent in my opinion. A few days ago I forgot my credit card and didn't even realize where I left it. As I was retracing my steps and ask the manager if they happen to have my card and they said there's a card in the back. They were happily to retrieve my card from their office. What impressed me was that they didn't hand my card right away, they ask for an identification to confirm the card really belongs to me. I also ordered breakfast here (tocino breakfast) usually the meat is dried and lacking of flavor when I order it from other branches but it was tender and juicy. Good job! Mmm, nothing quite like Filipino fried chicken! I personally prefer their fried chicken over some of the more popular American chains, as the batter is more crispy and flaky. I've only ever tried their french fries as a side, but I like the fact that they offer mashed potatoes, gravy rice, sweet spaghetti and some other unique choices to accompany their chicken. If you order a drink, be sure to try the pineapple quencher, as it's really refreshing and not too sweet. It seems like their best deals are the family meals, but really, the entire menu is reasonably priced at $5 for a kids meal (btw they have hamburgers here if you don't want chicken) and starting at $7 and up for an adult meal. The only thing that leaves much to be desired is the service, as the employees are extremely cold, rude and aloof. The cashier who took our order seemed annoyed and the manager who packed up our order was so rude that she barely even made eye contact with us and almost forgot to give us our drinks. It's one thing to be unfriendly or to have a stoic demeanor, but it's definitely another to be downright rude and to make customers feel devalued. For the service alone, I'm hesitant to return, even though I like the food. read more

This location is so packed on the weekends and the staff doesn't really care about about you. I was throwing my friend a baby shower over the weekend and knowing me, I like to be on time. I preordered a large party tray from Jollibee's app 3 days before the party. I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be late with the food. My order consisted of 10 piece chickenjoy, 6 piece chickenjoy, and the Palabok Fiesta Pack. The order was to be ready by 12:30 pm and the Jollibee app showed the order was completed. When I arrived, I tried flagging down an employee to see if my order was ready for pickup. Each employee, even the managers, ignored me. I understand they were super busy. The line was almost out the door, but I wasn't the only customer that was disappointed by their service. Another lady complained her order had been sitting on the counter for some time and she pointed to it. Thankfully, one employee stopped to ask if I needed anything. If it wasn't for her, I'd probably be standing there for another 30 minutes. She realized my order had not been prepped at all, and the receipt was taped to the top of their long list of orders. I waited another 45 minutes for my order and I think it's safe to assume I was late to the party. Everyone knows where the good stuff is. Jollibee's chicken and Palabok are so fresh and delicious, but the priorities at this location are not in check.
