My husband and I came here the other night about 15 mins before closing. My first jobs were in fast food so I totally understand how annoying it is for customers to show up sooo close to closing. However, the employees were so gracious! It took about 10 mins for our chicken sandwiches so we had to wait out front for a little. When they brought us our food they had thrown in some extra sides, thanked us for coming, and told us to have a good night. It was a nice and unexpected interaction. I ordered online to make sure I could pick up my order at my preferred time, but when I arrived at the store, my order still wasn't ready and I had to wait another 20 minutes. This is very inconvenient, especially since this has happened several times. For anyone ordering online for pickup, I suggest waiting about 30 minutes after receiving the pickup notification before heading to the store, just to make sure your order is actually ready when you arrive. I also hope Jollibee management looks into this issue and takes steps to improve their service and ensure a better experience for customers. On Christmas Eve, I submitted an online order at 5:56 p.m., but I didn't receive my entire order until 7:10-7:20 pm. It took an unreasonably long time because of the following reasons: 1. They kept running out of chicken and told me to come back in 10 minutes. This happened multiple times. 2. They prioritized newer orders over my order. Thus, they kept forgetting my order. 3. Finally, when I received my order, I was missing two pieces of chicken and 1 biscuit. I had to return my order and waited impatiently for them to finish my order again. By the time my husband and I sat down to eat, the store had closed, and the workers were mopping the floors and wiping down the tables. My order was so late that the restaurant closed. We were the only customers eating inside. This was my third time ordering at Jollibee's, and it might be my last when it comes to chicken and biscuits. I'll make an exception for the peach pie since I can't buy them anywhere else. Plus, they can't possibly screw up my order if I order just 2 peach pies. We just moved to Oakley from Union City and were surprised to see Jollibee in our neighborhood I read the Yelp review and saw a lot of negative reviews about the service. However, it did not deter me from trying out this place. We dined in and I ordered their Angus combo burger. There were not many patrons and we went through our order without any wait. After a few minutes, our order was called out and we picked it up at the counter. The patty on the burger is juicy and not dry. The size is a little bit smaller compared to other burger joints. Since this is my first time here, I will reserve my opinion on their service. But judging from my first time here, I didn't experience the long wait. I was really disappointed with my experience at Jollibee. The food is good, but the wait time was way too long for a fast-food restaurant. The fried chicken is one of my favorites compared to other fried chicken joints. I give that a 4 star rating! They are even open during Christmas! I bought that last Christmas to be added to our extensive feast and all the young adults and kids were happy to see and demolished it quickly! However, one new chicken which is the Korean chicken is a miss! It was just too much/overpowering and missed the Korean taste we felt. It did not translate well. So save yourself money and stay away from that one. We love Korean food and Korean chicken so we were excited. And we never waste food whether we like it or not, but even we could not finish this! Did a drive thru after visiting a different location close by. My kid loves their spaghetti so I had to grab some to take home not being close to a jollibee. My item wasn't on the menu but they did have it I just didn't know the price until I paid. My drink wasn't even filled up and I had to wait for my order at the front which took a really long time. I'm glad to have good 'ol Jollibee right here in my hometown Brentwood. Timeless classic like the Chicken Joy is always a treat; golden crispy skin on the outside and juicy tender meat on the inside. For me, paired with the Pancit Palabok, is a sure win. It sure does beat KFC, which it replaced in the same location. But I sure wish it kept its drive thru open. It was operating when they first opened, but eventually closed it down. Most of the time I go to Jollibee to get a quick dinner for the family and getting off the car is a little bit of a hassle. Does that have to do with filipino superstitions or anything..lol! Anyhow, the husband and the son at home appreciated my pasalubong. My son and I ate our meals in the restaurant. I also saw the supervisor taste drinks from the fountain machines - sip it then pour the rest back into the catch drain - gross! Location looks fairly new and the furniture is in good shape. Restrooms were new but strangely sized (aka it would be hard to turnaround in one of the stalls if you're remotely above BMI). I did like there was a hand wash station outside the restrooms. You can order online, you can takeout, use drive through, or eat indoors. I ordered take out Service was smooth, and for a Monday, very few people inside. I wanted a reason to give a one star review here because I'm mean and I finally got it. Chickenjoy, even the spicy that I was complementary to, simply isn't as good as it was during the debut week. Barely any meat on the bones, too much breading in an attempt to cover up for it - and to make it worse, some of it was undercooked which gave the breading a floury taste. Undercooked food is unacceptable and automatically warrants a one star rating, no matter what nice things I might otherwise say. And the one nice thing I've got to say is that the hype died faster than I thought it would. If you love this place, the line wasn't as long as it used to be. At least if you opt to not be lazy and go inside the store instead of the drive thru. Or it was when I went on a Thursday evening. Your mileage will probably vary. read more

Ever since moving here, I never thought in a million years Jollibee has arrive! My wife and I came to Jollibees after a week from the grand opening. Sunday morning wasn't crowded. They even had a drive thru which so I drove up. It was taking a while so we decided to just come into the store instead. When we walked in, a staff greeted us "Welcome to Jollybees". Luckily, we were 2nd in line. I ordered the chickenjoy family bucket with sweet spaghetti & 3 mango pies. First time they had the coconut pineapple pie so we wanted to try it. It's great that we finally have a Jollibee in town! Being from the South Bay, we're spoiled with many Filipino eateries so after moving out here, I couldn't wait to see the growth. Everything is as perfect as what you'd expect from a Jollibee. I've never seen Mac n cheese being served so I was excited to try it; it was creamy and delicious. Because this location is new, there were orders being mixed up or wrong but nothing out of the ordinary. Seating is definitely limited with only a small handful of booth seats, 2 person tables and a community table. I'm not a huge fan of their drive thru layout. I don't think Jollibee prepared for such a long line of cars. People's cars including mine, got blocked off from the drive thru line so cars had to slowly back up for me to leave my space. The formation is packed and unorganized. I kind of wish they didn't implement the drive thru system because it causes chicken to run out in which people have to wait 10-20 mins for a fresh batch. That's a problem and will back up the lines. Other than that, my wife and I are super happy this is finally here. Not sure how guests who had jollibee before thought this jollibee location will be different from the norm. I came on a Sunday before 11am, about a week after their opening. We didn't dine in. We ordered the chicken joy with spaghetti, 3 piece chicken with two sides (mash potatoes and fries) and chicken sandwich. The meals came with a drink so we got the pineapple juice. We also got mango-peach pies. The juice tasted so fresh, the chicken was crispy and the spaghetti was nice and hot. The mango-peach pie was crisp on the outside and ooowie gooey hot inside (so good)! The lines were long outside and inside. But, I was surprised how fast we got our food. We took our food to go and everything still tasted so good. The parking lot is a bit crowded. Had to go check it out since we finally have a Jollibee close to us. We got spoiled having one down the street when we used to live in Union City...but ever since moving to Tracy, we've missed our beloved Filipino Bee. We ordered the 2pc chicken with spaghetti & palabok for dine-in, and the 6pc chickenjoy bucket, peach mango pie, coconut pineapple pie, and the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich for take-out. They didn't have the spicy chicken option at the time...not sure if they ran out or it just wasn't available yet. But they had it for the chicken sandwich. Service was pretty good and staff were very friendly. They seemed to have more than plenty working there probably to avoid getting backed up. So service was fairly quick too. The food was good, usual Jollibee stuff. You can't go wrong with chickenjoy anyway. I read one review of someone mentioning they didn't want "pork" on their food but still got some. I'm guessing whoever took their order wasn't familiar with Jollibee's good items because they ordered 'palabok' which is a Filipino noodle dish that has pork in its sauce...so there's no way you can order it without pork...that'll be like ordering just noodles/pasta with nothing on it. Overall good experience. It'll definitely get lots of support from the community. I'm sure the Filipinos from Mt.
