Abram walks over to one of the couples that arrived after us and asks what name they had listed on the waiting list and then walks them over to sit them. A few moments later, Angel returns and tells Abram that we'd arrived first but Abram shrugged and then they started whispering amongst themselves. We continued to wait for about ten minutes while Abram just stands around being completely useless. Abram never said a single word to us. Not an apology for the delay. Not a single acknowledgement. Abram kept looking up at the ceiling, perhaps praying to a deity that we disappear and leave. We opted to make Abram's prayer come true by leaving. The quality just doesn't seem to be what it used to be. The greens were... okay. If it wasn't for the garlic Crystal hot sauce doing some heavy lifting, they would've been pretty hard to get through. They lacked the flavor and soul I've come to expect from a place with such a long-standing reputation. Now for the good news: the mac and cheese is still that girl. No matter what's changed, their mac and cheese remains firmly planted in my top 5 comfort food dishes. Creamy, cheesy, and exactly what I remember. Maybe this was an off day, maybe my expectations were too tied to memories, but this visit left me wishing for the R&R I grew up loving.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Is it no wonder I hardly come to this location? Everytime we come here, they ALWAYS run out of stuff on the menu or they are NOT prepared! We came in to order chicken dippers for the kids and at 1st they said it will be a 15 mins wait to cook them and then the girl says that they dont have it available cuz it's still FROZEN! Then a few minutes later I hear one of the workers say "Yung chicken dippers daw", and then another worker says "SSHHHH! " (Like "Hush Hush") WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? They have it but only want to sell it to certain people? Perhaps to only filipinos who speak tagalog fluently? (I guess my speaking semi-fuent tagalog isnt good enough) But nevertheless if they still run out of food on the menu, WTF??? Do they order their food supplies from the Philippines and still waiting for it? Maybe should I use up my gas in my car and drive far to another Jolibee location in hopes we get better customer service and that they're well stocked up in food supply menu? Also I don't think the staff are behaving ethically! They lied to me once before about their credit card machine NOT working when I wanted to pay that way causing me to go to the ATM inside Seafood City and getting charge $3 in ATM fees. And when I came back to pay, I saw another customer using it! I then WENT OFF ON THEM & they compensated me the fee I got charged from the ATM! JOLLIBEE EMPLOYEES YOU NEED TO STOP LYING AND BEHAVE ETHNICALLY AND ACCORDINGLY! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everytime I come into this location, they always run out of food.. I come in the order Cheeseburger combo w/fries and a drink and one of the workers in the kitchen comes out to tell the cashier that they ran out of fries. (What is burgers without fries?) When I complained to the manager about why they are always running out of food everytime I go there, she then says, can u wait 5 minutes? I told her yes. I never said I was in a hurry. So then, it appears they didn't run out of fries cuz the ones cooking in the kitchen REFUSED because of they're LAZINESS! YOU DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT! Remember where your paycheck is coming from cuz it doesn't come falling from the sky like most think like money does! And they purposely slowed down making my order cuz 5 mins turned into 20 minutes! Also some of your employees need attitude adjustment! You have no professionalism! Don't talk SMACK in your language behind your customers' back! Just because you see a black person in your store, don't think they don't understand tagalog or learned the language! AND WAIT FOR KARMA TOO! When it comes for time for someone to serve you as a customer you will get treated badly in 3 folds!! AND when you want something to order they "won't have it" either for you!!! See how it feels to be mistreated!! And if you try to order some you like online ( i.e. Amazon etc) it will get lost or you will never receive it! I come here every once in a while so I figured I'd shoot them a review. The place is usually well kept and very clean which is a bonus. The food is consistent in flavor. Nothing incredibly amazing but you do get what you expect to get. Consistency is key. There aren't many specials but if you needed chicken specials you would be at Popeyes across the street on tues/thurs. The menu isn't too complicated. This is a Filipino based fast food establishment so you will find items like HALO-HALO, palabok, spaghetti, etc in their items. I do like their peach mango pies. Always comes out warm, crisp, and filled with the distinct peach mango flavor. Overall this Jollies meets my standards and I will occasionally be back. -1 stars for a fast food joint service can be quite slow, especially for a place without too many options. Mostly chicken/burger/noodles. With the amount of workers usually in staff I would expect in and out before 8 min of waiting. But they do have the little gadget that let's you know when u r food is ready. -1 stars just for Value to Satisfaction ratio. The menu isn't the most well priced items compared to other similar products within the area. Prices went up recently again. So I give them a 3 as a Rating. read more

I've eaten at Jollibee in the Philippines and was, at best, underwhelmed. But when I saw a line at the Jollibee here in Carson; I thought perhaps I should give it a second chance. I ordered the 2 piece Chicken Joy with hopes of its meeting my Gold Standard: Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, the taste fell somewhere in between a generic Fried Chicken TV Dinner and KFC... it was just like the one I had in Manila so I give the franchise an extra star for consistency! The chicken came with some kind of a brown colored rice that had chunks of a darker colored brown rice hidden underneath. I tried a spoonful of the brown rice and a spoonful of the darker brown rice. The remainder went straight into the waste bin. I began to wonder why there was a line? My wife, who IS a Filipina, had the Pancit Palabok. She was likewise underwhelmed. Overall, I give Carson Jollibee a single abysmal star for taste. One extra star for consistency. And subtract a star because my meal melted through the flimsy cardboard container and dripped on my pants. read more

The only reason i visit this place is the Halo Halo. All the other food are somewhat mediocre for my taste. Spaghettie with hotdogs (yes it's true) Chicken that is overly breaded and other kinds of food that are either too moist or too dry. One of the staff named Tess does not belong to a reputable company like Jollibee,she is just a loud mouth unprofessional worker with no orientation from her supervisors or maybe the owner or HR of the fast food does not check the people they hire. On May 2 2017 around 2:00 pm , I ordered 3 aloha burgers, I saw a employee making our burgers and only was using one glove, with one glove he touch our bun and the other hand without a glove touch the meat of our aloha burgers. I reported it to the manager then manager told him to use gloves and then later on he took the glove off again. And they have very slow food service. read more

Jollibee! :D Gives Church's, Popeye's, KFC's and Max's Restaurant a run for the money for BEST FRIED CHICKEN EVER. Maybe it's unfamiliar to the American palate to have sweet spaghetti! Tasteless unseasoned gravy, hamburger so thin overcooked and dry it was impossible to cut into; the egg was so overcooked it was more rubbery than a week old hard-booked egg, so also inedible. Expensive dog food bc that's the only one who would eat it. And don't get me started on the all rice barely visible spam musubi! This place is the worst and is giving L& L a bad name.

The service is always welcoming and efficient, it's even cool getting to see them assemble the burger from in front of the counter. (didn't go in their bathroom) the place was nice and clean, definitely clean enough to feel comfortable to eat there again. besides those 100+ drink dispensers those are always a messy mess

Missing all condiments. Missing s the toppings. Burgers are good here but dang. It sucks when it isn't what you asked for, and it's clear from the app that you put what you want. I'd be way more pissed if we paid normal price.

I had a very disappointing experience at Smashburger. My order was incorrect from the start. They…read moregave me regular fries instead of the Smashfries I ordered. As someone with a disability, I had to painfully hobble back into the restaurant to have the mistake corrected, which was frustrating enough on its own. When I explained the issue, the staff was not very friendly or sincerely apologetic. They remade the fries but said they would just keep my burger under the heat lamp while I waited. Unfortunately, when I finally got to my destination, I discovered they had given me the wrong burger as well. I ordered a Deluxe Double but received something else entirely. I paid for a meal I never actually received. Between the multiple mistakes, the lack of concern for the inconvenience they caused, and the poor customer service, this was an extremely frustrating experience. I expect much better!!!

It was actually pretty good. The fountain sodas were refillable. No complaints. Overall this place is good. The workers are nice which treated you with a sense of respect. Not in the greatest neighbor hood. Traffic is loud and parking is tight, all pending the time you go. This location surprised me with their clean restrooms! A+ to that accommodation!! Kudos! Place is good, neighborhood is sketchy. If you can deal with that. You have no worries.
