The food here and this restaurant is good and straight to the point. I came on a weekday around 10-10:30am. The restaurant and bathroom were decently clean. The line was short and I got the two piece spicy chicken meal with ube pie and a side of rice and gravy. I wanted two thigh pieces, to which they obliged and the food came out within a few minutes. The food was freshly cooked and was pipping hot! Juicy and well seasoned chicken and the pie was also delicious. It was what I wanted and expected. Okay! So it's been over 16 years since I reviewed this particular Jollibee and honestly, it bumped UP by like 2 more stars solely on the customer service and cleanliness. I go to this Jollibee sometime almost every year or special occassion. Overtime, my taste buds have changed but I will forever be able to enjoy Jollibee and their sweet spaghetti. Everytime I visit, there is a lot of people and the atmosphere is very nostalgic. It feels like a community of families just enjoying their time which is very pleasant. The service per usual, no complaints. The staff are willing to assist whenever and they serve the food with joy. My favorite order is the adobo rice, so savory and tangy. I also like the spaghetti, still enjoyable even with the sweet banana ketchup. If you like the sweetness with savory, you may like the spaghetti. The spicy chicken has a kick to it, but I would say it isn't as spicy as I expected. I love the ube pie and its hot, purple filling and how it melts into your mouth with the mixture of the crunchy crust of the pie. Just be cautious not to get a large amount of the filling out of the crust or it will burn a lot. read more

On 03/22/2026, at around 3 pm, I ordered 2 10-Chickenjoy buckets, a bacon cheese burger, 3 coleslaws, and 2 french fries online for a pick up at 6 pm. When my sister went to the restaurant for a pickup, she found that the order had been cancelled because this restaurant ran out of coleslaws. No one attempted to contact me to change the order or fix the problem until the pickup time. My sister re-placed the order without coleslaw and had to to wait more there. He provided top notch service, he was friendly and personable as well as generous towards making sure that we received the best deals. We ordered so much and he was gracious to adjust to make sure that our order was correct as well as offer the best deals. We were so impressed by his kindness. He should be an example to all in regard to providing exemplary customer service. We enjoyed our food as always. The restaurant was clean and comfy. I also want to add that the women's restroom is maintained very well, it was clean and provided everything I needed. Clean restroom is always a plus! Talk about a staple! I don't have a Jollibee near my hometown, so any time I travel I enjoy stopping at one. The food is nostalgic, the service is quick, and it's pretty clean every time I've been to one. One of my favorite combos includes the classic spaghetti, fried chicken w/gravy, and one of their peach mango pies on the side. If they have the spicy fried chicken, my heat lovers have got to try it. The chicken is super crispy and juicy inside, it never fails. Dipped in gravy? Even better. The spaghetti is filling, but unique and sweet. The cheese balances out the savory side and the pasta is soft and "plump" compared to american style spaghetti. It's definitely something that you can't "knock until you try it" in my opinion. The peach mango pie is crispy on the outside and similar to that of an apple pie. The peach and mango make it a slight sweeter though, but if you like those two fruits you'd love this. Sweet, light, and tropically delicious. This Jollibee has been 5/5 every time I've gone. Ordering is simple, wait time isn't terrible, and they've never messed up the order. Getting additional utensils, napkins, etc is fast too. Jollibee shares the same parking lot with a few other businesses, but there's normally enough parking. There's usually not that long of a line whenever I'm here. Always get the same thing for the most part: 1-2 piece chicken w/ Jolibee spaghetti and a Pineapple Quencher. Regardless of what you get, get the Pineapple Quencher! Love the crispy skin on the chicken and really love that it comes with gravy. Have at least a few bites right after you get your food to enjoy it while it's hot (worth it). Sometimes I'll get a Peach Mango pie, sometimes not - overall a nice treat after all the food you just ate. This place is known for there spaghetti and chicken. Both have always been a fan favorite and I myself do agree. Compared to other spaghetti's. This one has a banana flavor due to the kitchen and also has hot dogs slices on them. The chicken joy is very crispy and tender in the inside and has a good flavor to it when you dip it on the sauce gravy. As for the chicken sandwich I would not recommend getting it (2/5) because it didn't have any flavor on it and the Mayo was the only thing that made it eatable otherwise I would have not eaten it. We just got the national fried chicken day deal. 10 piece chicken joy bucket for $10. $11.02 after tax. You create an account and check out with code NFCD10 until 7/12. At first, the deal wasn't working for other day, but it worked eventually. They didn't have ASAP pickup available since it said they were busier than normal. We picked up about 10 minutes before our time. No issues. Spicy chicken has a toothpick and flag to let you know it's the spicy one. Chicken was juicy. Gravy was delicious. Jollibee is always busy. As a long-time Jollibee customer, who has always been excited to introduce new friends to the restaurant, it was a major disappointment to witness how my friend was treated when we went to try the new Katseye meal. I understand that these locations are often busy. Fast-food service is a difficult job and I understand employee frustrations from personal experience. However, it was made clear to me that my friend was ignored because she wasn't obviously Filipino. Despite patiently standing there, waiting to ask for utensils so that we can enjoy our meal, one of the employees deliberately ignored her, taking and assisting Filipino customers instead, customers who arrived after my friend. This may appear as a small oversight on the employee's part, but this spoke volumes to my friend as a non-Filipino customer. This employee never assisted my friend, and it was ultimately someone else who fulfilled our very simple request. Is this the impression and expectation this global franchise is trying to set? Are these the values Filipinos want to be known for? I was embarrassed and disappointed that this was our experience at this location. We will not be returning. read more
