All we got were 2 pies. The service wasn't very fast. There were seats since we went at around 10 pm. It wasn't too loud at that time either.

Having ate at this place while I was in the Philippines I had some expectation's... just not the same... food and drink items missing, food we did get ... ugh... cold ... just not good.

I love Jollibee because it is always fried fresh and they use only dark meats so their fried chicken is always juicy. I would recommend the spicy one though because the original is not as great in my opinion. The pie is also awesome. I love it!

I've eaten at the Times Square location twice back in 2018 and 2019 and the Roosevelt location once back in 2024. I absolutely love the Times Square location, I got the spicy chicken and it was crispy, juicy, and had just the right amount of spice. I honestly thought that Jollibee was one of the best fried chicken spots I've ever had in my life. If you get the gravy, I highly suggest dipping the chicken in there for extra flavor. Their pineapple quencher was too sweet though and so was the peach mango pie. And then, a few years later, I tried the Jollibee in Roosevelt, Queens and I don't know if it's because my taste buds have changed or if the location was different, but the chicken didn't hit the same as before. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to eating at my favorite fried chicken spot again. I understand that they were busy though but the chicken just wasn't that flavorful. However, I got their ube pie and OH MY GOD THAT WAS AMAZING!!! Honestly, one of the best things I've ever eaten, I thought I was in heaven after my first bite lol. I definitely prefer it over the peach mango pie. Oh and I also got their spaghetti, I actually liked it. I know some people aren't a fan of it since it's sweet or whatever but personally, I didn't think it was that sweet. It paired well with the chicken.

Guillermo was awesome and so nice. On national fried chicken day, he provided excellent service and was just absolutely splendid the entire time. He also made sure to check up on us and was super friendly. Food was also good. Spicy

I discovered this Jollibee location after my doctor's appointment. There was only one group dining inside. There was also a lot of homeless loitering in front of the store. I order the half and half combo - one regular chicken joy and the other is spicy with french fries. The fries portion was generous. I ended my meal with the ube pie, which is not sold in the Times Square location. Service was so quick, and this location has the area where you pick your own drink. I was happy that I was able to eat in peace and enjoy the meal. The spicy chicken definitely had a kick. I had my meal early in the morning around 10:30 am to avoid the lunch rush hour crowd.

Jollibee is my favorite fried chicken! The chicken is moist, crispy, and flavorful, and the spicy version is actually somewhat spicy compared to say Popeyes or KFC. It blows other fried chicken out of the water. It's a Filipino chain that's now expanding into more cities in the US. There are two in Manhattan, with another one set to open in Grand Central this summer. The quality of the chicken here can be inconsistent - sometimes it's a bit dry, or the meat bland/under-seasoned, but when it's cooked as it's meant to be and comes out piping hot, it's the best! Some of the sides are distinctly Filipino style, like the Jolly spaghetti (yes the sauce is supposed to be sweet), palabok fiesta, and the aromatic adobo rice, so embrace them as they are. The candy sweet pineapple quencher will tickle the limbic senses of childhood nostalgia. And while I have not tried the pies, I am intrigued by the ube and peach-mango fillings. The wait can be a little long during lunch & dinner hours (which I try to avoid), but nothing like the endurance sport of waiting on line at the Jollibee location inside the American Dream mall in East Rutherford NJ.

where to even begin, the food was 100 out of 10. Amazing fried chicken. I highly recommend trying this. It's some of the best fried chicken I've had from a fast food place. If not the best service was alright. The interior was fine, but the focus is this food. The chicken was so good. The mashed potatoes amazing the gravy spectacular the pies phenomenal. The spaghetti is different but it's amazing and the pineapple crunch was pretty good. Highly recommend it. I want one closer to me.

It's a few years since I've been able to return to the Philippines, and I remember being excited when the first Jollibee opened in NYC, in 2009, to huge lines, and yes it took me 15 years to finally have a chance to eat at one, but it is the best fried chicken out of any chain that I've tried, and the flavors of the spaghetti instantly took me back to Manila. It felt like a typical fast food experience. Walked in, read the menu, chose the special, paid, stood in the waiting area with my receipt, collected the food when my name was called. We ate inside, and people watched. Chairs and tables were fairly comfortable.

I was craving some spicy fried chicken from Jollibees that was next to Port Authority and was so disappointed to find out they did not have any in stock around 5:00 pm on a Saturday. There was also only one person at the register while there was a big line, so it really took us over 20 minutes to get the food that we were ultimately not satisfied with.

Went to this location for the first time. Located on the next block from the Port Authority Bus Terminal and not far from Times Sq area. Seating available in a small area in the back- I think 6 tables (some for 2-4 people,1 maybe can fit 6). 1 lone table in the front. Service is good. An error in my order was corrected right away. Menu is missing palabok, which I was informed they didn't have at this location. Got the 1 pc combo with spaghetti ($9.99) - spicy chicken drumstick, skin is crispy but not the battered part (maybe I am not like most but I am not into the gravy); spaghetti was enough amount for me, sweet, cheesy sauce, but lacking hotdog bits. Combo is a filling meal for me. 2pc- combo is $12.99. Adobo rice was nothing special, a little dry, so won't get again. I told my son that the Ube pie is plain with ube paste filling, but he wanted to taste it, and he agreed that it is. I prefer the peach mango pie better. Both with a crispy pie shell.

Raw peach mango pie inner dough (hard to see in the photo but gooey to touch)
    M. S.

I was told I HAD to try this place, so I did. I could tell that the food would be really good had I not gotten partly raw chicken leg and thigh and mango peach pie with raw, gooey dough on the inside that's still stuck to my teeth. The outer pie crust was so light and crispy and delicious. The pie filling was delicious but very runny and running out of the pie, thinner than the gravy they have. Perhaps there's a problem with their fryer and temperature gauge or that particular location. It was a shame. People will get sick if they keep serving raw chicken!

    Do you have palabok fiesta?

no, the chicken is the same as the Philippines but the rest of the menu is more plain and watered down for Americans for most likely a stupid reason

    Did they start serving palabok?

    Not yet.

Are we able to go in to order takeout?

Yes. We ordered take out and were very happy when we got our order home. Still delicious.

Do they have burger steak at this location?

No. They don't have burger steak

They were open when we were there 9/7/20. No burgers were being served.

    Do they do delivery?

    Yes but only on DoorDash.

Do they have Breakfast Joys here?

    No they don't!

Do they serve breakfast? Or is it just lunch/dinner?

Yes, they serve a few breakfast items. I think they stop serving them at 10AM?

Do they have food delivery or use food delivery apps such as uber eats?

Is this location ever going to serve Little Big Bites, Palabok Fiesta or the burgers?

I hope they will, but look like they are still working on expanding their menu.

Do they have palabok? I don't see it on their menu. 😪

Not in Manhattan. Yes, in Queens.

Kumusta, I have a friend who is bringing me fried chicken from jollibee tomorrow. It will be about two days old by the time I receive it. Do any of you know if it will still be good by then? Salamat for your time

Be sure to reheat it in the regular oven and definitely keep the delicious gravy for dipping.

    Is Jollibee open Jan 1st?

I remember them being open on Christmas day so it stands to reason they will be open New Years Day.

Are they selling their funko pop! Toys at this location?

I have gone to the restaurant three times in the last month or so and I have not seen any Funko Pops advertised or at the counter (or behind it). The only toy I recall seeing looked like the bee on a bicycle of some sort (I did not get a close look… Read more

What are the hrs for NYC location Sat and Sun? I don't see it posted on YELP.

I don't know the exact hours but from what I know. I believe it's open to 12 midnight. I passed it in the mornings around 8 and it's open so I"m assuming 7 to 12 midnight

What are the hours of operation?

    7am-12am

Can we place a pick up order?

No pick up or delivery as of yet, but I must say the wait time is not that long, approximately around 20 minutes on peak hours

What is the hours of operation?

    7am - 11pm

I see a crowd waiting outside around 6:30pm (oct 29). How long is the wait around that time?

During peak office lunch hour, the wait was less than 20 minutes long. It was actually pretty quick for how busy it is.

We knew it was too much, but our goal was to figure out what we would come back for. Honestly, I did not enjoy most of the chicken because it's sitting in steam trays getting overcooked. Not saying they were terrible, but it all fails in comparison to all the great beef offerings. OMG! You really can't go wrong with any of the beef dishes. My cuisine rating is really based on the various beef items, the yummy veggies, and both amazing rice. The current price is $10.99 per pound regardless what you fill your box with, except a couple of items. We filled our two boxes with about 4lbs of food. Obviously too much, but we got to try many things. No doubt I will be back asap for round two.
