I absolutely could not wait for Jollibee to reopen and apparently all of Stockton felt the same way. Whew!!! We had to wait about a month after the grand opening and it was still really busy but we finally made it in. The inside of the store is pretty tiny. Not much seating, there are some outside tables but it was cold so we decided to take our food to go. Since it was our first visit we had questions and the cashier was very patient with us which I appreciated. We tried the chicken, mashed potatoes, spaghetti, biscuits and mango pies. We all thought the chicken was pretty good. Crispy and juicy, I just wished it wasn't only dark meat. The mashed potatoes were a little lumpy and definitely tasted like instant-we weren't a fan but the gravy is lit! Dip your chicken in it and thank me later. We also enjoyed the spaghetti which is on the sweet side but also had a smoky taste. Very different to what most people are used to but it's good. The biscuits are fast food standard. I didn't try the pies but my son and bf thought they were good. Overall we enjoyed it and have already gone back once more. If it is busy just be prepared for a little wait.

Heard Jollibbe was opening up in Stockton. I went with some co-workers as none of us have tried Jollibee but have heard of them. The students at our school rave about it. The service was fast and the server was welcoming. There was seating inside as well as outside. Enough seating for everyone to enjoy there lunch. I ordersd the spicy jalapeño chicken sandwich. It was good, crispy sandwich and moist and tender chicken. The jalapeno wasbto slices which i wish they put more than that on the sandwich. My other co work also got the same sandwich with some mac and cheese, that mac was nothing spectacular. My other Co worker ordered the regular chicken sandwich with a mango peach pie and said it was great! Overall a great experience.

This is my first time going to a jolly Bean there's things that I liked about it and there's things that I feel like they can improve on the best thing I liked was those pies I think she said it was a custard pie and the other one was peach mango the chicken was good the fries were good and so it was good and they need to improve on the restrooms like I know they just opened up but I will try them again

First things first! Stand in line, dont wait in the drive thru. We were in and out in about 20 minutes compared to most likely an hour plus in the drive thru. As for the food. It was phenomenal. Super crispy, moist , and well seasoned chicken. The fries were cooked well and had the perfect amount of salt! And the sleeper of the meal was definitely the biscuit. It was fluffy and had so much flavor. Dont wait 2 or 3 hours like some people but definitely do yourself a favor andn visit jollibees in Stockton. You wont regret it!

Love Jollibee! The food didn't disappoint as usual but honestly the 3 stars is just for the location. This is such a huge shopping center and they squished Jollibee into the corner with a weird drive thru angle, and the tiniest indoor seating I've ever seen. There was no room to wait around let alone barely any tables to actually eat. They had more table seating outside but it's actually near the dumpster so there wasn't a nice smell outside to say the least. Luckily they give you a pager so you don't need to be waiting like sardines inside, but it wasn't super ideal. The wait was also extremely long just for two combo meals! Seems like they're still figuring things out here at this location.

This was my first experience any Jollibee. Overall, a good experience. Our order was take out. The restaurant was clean. It was a bit confusing trying to figure out where the line started. A manager had to direct people a couple times while we were there. The wait time from ordering to receiving our food was normal/acceptable for fast food. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The outside of the chicken was crispy and the inside was moist which, according to their website, is the goal. A 6 piece bucket coat is $18.99+tax. For me, the value isn't there when I can get an 8 piece of Cleo's for $9.99.

I ordered spicy, and they gave me original. The spicy option isn't available online. The staff was not attentive and got the order incorrect, they said it would be five more minutes and at minute 10 I just took what they gave me. I only get 30 min for lunch unfortunately couldn't wait longer. chicken was dry and I'm not used to Jollibee in SoCal being this dry. 2pc Chickenjoy w/ Biscuit + 1 Side this place is not ready yet. Avoid it, just go to Canes across the street.

Went A few days ago and the line was moving at a decent pace . They have just recently opened a few weeks back . The food was hot & fresh and I was greeted by smiling faces . Be patient it's a lot of young people working and it's their first job and they are doing they're best . I look forward to returning soon .

A Huge Thank You to Jollibee's and Manager Fatima! I'm the Program Manager at Central Valley Training Center (CVTC) in Stockton, CA, an Adult Day Program dedicated to supporting adults with disabilities. During the week of August 3-7, 2026, I stopped by Jollibee's to share information about our CVTC Open House, which was held on Friday, August 7, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. While there, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jollibee's Manager, Fatima. I gave her a brief overview of what we do at CVTC and left her my business card. To make a long story short, Fatima contacted me on Thursday, August 6, and shared that she wanted to provide lunch for our 80+ volunteers, including staff and managers, who would be supporting our Open House. We were absolutely blown away when Fatima arrived with lunch for 100+ volunteers, all while wearing the biggest smile! Her generosity and kindness truly blessed our entire CVTC team. On behalf of CVTC, our staff, managers, and everyone who helped make our Open House a success, THANK YOU, Jollibee's and Manager Fatima, for supporting and serving our community! Your generosity means more than you know, and we are incredibly grateful for your kindness and partnership. Thank you for blessing CVTC!

1 star off for the 45-50 min wait in the drive thru but understandable cuz they just opened a week ago, but chicken was on point. Will I comeback? YES! Will I wait almost an hour? YES!

For all the hype that this place gets, I wasn't overly impressed. I'm inclined to give them a little grace since this location has only been open for a week or so but for me it's a no. The food was average at best. I had the original chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was very disappointing, not hot at all and very lacking in flavor. The fries were good. A little crispy(which I like) but could have been saltier. The store itself was clean and the Customer service was polite and professional . For a place that prides itself in chicken, it was a letdown.

    Dianna I.

They're baaaaaack!! Definitely have to stop by after all the hype has died down. This place is packed but that's expected on opening day. This location in general hasn't done well with restaurants but I'm hoping Jollibee will change that. Their spaghetti will always be my fav!!

Just another review…read more I've been going since they opened the new location. The owner and staff have been nothing but welcoming and kind. They always offer us samples of their newest additions, and I've always left satisfied. They have rotating desserts and food items and I love that I can always try something different. I'm a creature of habit so my regular is The Tip and their deep fried mushrooms. I can see there are a couple of 1 star reviews. I can tell you now it wasn't over the quality of the food. I have a feeling they are just Karen's and don't like when the staff sticks up for themselves. I enjoy their responses and their food. To the owner and staff, thank you for everything! In order for the 2 of…read moreus to get maximum exposure to Fork It's quality, ordered 1 12" Cowboy with BBQ sauce on the side; 1 12" Clucking Bacon Ranch, 1 chocolate cream pie, 1 coconut cream pie and a single order of onion rings. My husband called in the order and I advised him to get there early as things have a tendency to sell out. 15 minutes later he arrived in the small strip mall off Don & Hammer, happy to find a disabled spot almost right in front. The area itself is a bit sketchy but okay during the abbreviated hours, mostly 11AM-4PM.. Closed Saturdays and most Sundays. The two big bags of wonderful smelling food cost $70, and I will describe and show photos of just what you will receive. A special note for the owner's son, Big D. The fact you noticed my guy was both elderly and disabled and offering help with the bags was beyond and above. He doesn't mention it but he's still a bit unsteady after hip surgery. My food rating is 4.5 but genuine kindness bumps it to a full 5! We started in splitting the chicken sandwich. I loved the fresh, lightly toasted bread and the fact this small business father and son team source locally. The roll was dressed with shredded lettuce and a couple ripe tomato slices. Two meaty slices of bacon added to the enjoyment, but what really knocked me out and made this such a fine value, 2 huge, (about the size of your palm and fingers), slices of breast with another half thrown in for good measure. The chicken benefitted from marinating then grilling just right. Missing in action? Any and all ranch dressing-I even looked for to-go containers but none to be found. Comparing notes with DH he said his bread was dripping with sauce to the point of being soggy...I guessed when the sandwich was upright on the drive home everything wet rushed to one side! Stuff happens. The size of these sandwiches is huge but we moved on to the Cowboy for dinner. Cut in two, I took the smaller side, closer to 5". I've deconstructed down to the point of separating out onions, mushroom and tri tip. We opted for Provolone for more of a cheesesteak vibe. Generous slabs of mild cheese helped hold the whole thing together. DH grilled tri tip and ribs for the Stockton Ports game for several years and knew what to look for. The consensus, fair amount of meat, cooked medium well, tender with good flavor. I specified BBQ sauce on the side, which was no problem. That way I could deconstruct my half Cowboy, could be a nurse thing! DH thought too many onions while I thought the ratio to meat was spot on. Sadly the mushrooms turned out to be 3/4ths of one button mushroom thinly sliced for my share. Both grilled onions and mushrooms add additional moisture and flavor. Adding the sauce, a molasses tomato blend with a small peppery kick made for a very enjoyable meal. The onion rings were about 1/2" thick and plentiful. Crispy on the outside while still being moist on the inside with sweet onion. The coconut pie was creamy with toasted coconut sprinkled over the whipped topping. The crust was of interest, buttery cookie instead of graham cracker or standard pie crust. Our chocolate cream pie was a chocolate lover's dream. A light mousse touch to the filling with heavier ganache brownie crust. We're still working on that one. So 4 meals, 2 happy campers and even our dogs give 4 paws up.

The reasons for 3 stars are: Not enough staff: we weren't greeted at all and even when the worker finally came to the register after waiting almost 10 minutes- she just stared at us blankly. She wasn't friendly, at all. She seemed really unhappy to be there and was unnecessarily cold. The restaurant looks like it's under construction. There's a line of metal poles lined around the inside windows that looks like it's meant to hold an L shaped counter- but no counter. There was sauce and crumbs on tables and chairs. Way more effort should be put into their customer service and the dining room atmosphere. Finally, the price! $40 for two combos at a fast food restaurant is insane. We liked the burgers well enough that we will probably come back but with these prices it won't be more than 1 or 2 times per year. Chilis and Applebees both have decent burgers for half the price and they have cocktails and actual Servers who smile and act like they like their jobs.

This means I'll need to find a place to eat dinner by myself and Burnies hit my radar. Walking in around 7pm on a Wednesday, the place was empty then while I was scanning the menu on the wall the counter person comes out from the back to greet me and explain the menu. I decide on a double smash burger ($12.99) and half size of Burnies Fries ($9.99) with a "can" of coke. There's no fountain service for their drinks here; it's not a deal breaker but would have been nice to easily grab a refill while eating this much food dining in! The person did also tell me their Burnie sauce is like "Cane" Sauce which I do like. As I waited for my food, several more customers flowed in & out which made me happy. After receiving my food, the first bite of the burger was juicy but their sauce was overly sweet and having the sauce on the fries too made my 1st experience disappointing. I had to eat around the fries that had sauce on it and I could not remove the sauce from the bun since it was soft and soaked the sauce in already. *So for first timers, I would suggest getting the Burnie sauce on the side to determine if the sauce is to your liking. There are unique flavored shakes (with cereal) available but hopefully that's enough for me to return and give them a try
