The service here is slow due to lack of staff, and there wasn't anything remarkable about their level of service. My boyfriend and I shared a crispy bagnet solo meal. The meal portions are very generous for the price, we even had some leftovers. The crispy bagnet was dense in meat, and as its name states - the skin was very crispy. It was just a bit too salty and some parts of the skin were hard to chew on. They also don't have a drink menu, and just sold bottles of water. So we had to go elsewhere to buy drinks. First time eating here. I went in wanting to like it but oh my gulay, the food was wretched. The pork belly was dry and chewy, the squash sat in a vaguely greasy broth, and the pansit had no flavor. Overall, a really bland meal. Plus the plastic food trays were sticky and had a strong odor of stale cooking oil. Crispy Bagnet by the pound!! I bought one pound of crispy Bagnet (which is similar to lechon but is double fried for a crispier and more intense flavor). At $19 a pound, it's definitely on the pricier side, but it comes out hot and also reheats well the next day. Crispy Town is a food court like stall in tukwila's Southcenter mall serving up delicious Filipino foods. It's a very casual place. It's located next to Seafood City, Jollibee, and Daiso area. The staff is kind and helpful, and even gave us three gravy containers for our Bagnet. Please be kind as English may not be their first language. This place is for those that don't care about being healthy or is on a diet lol . The name says it all, everything on the menu is deep fried to get the crispy texture. It's right next to seafood city across from Jollibee. The people are pretty generous with what they give you and is pretty nice about it. Their English aren't the best but still not too bad. We got the fried smelt single entree meal which comes with 2 scoops of rice and vinegar sauce. It was actually a lot of food for $8. It was crispy even without having to reheat it up and there's not much breading on it either which is nice. My husband also got a side of fries pork chop. The lady gave us one of the biggest pork chops she had which weigh 0.7 lb (I was curious and weigh it at home)!!!!! It wasn't as crispy as the smelt but the flavor was there and it was still juicy. There's plenty of seatings in the area and for the price, you technically can get a "healthy portion of food" without feeling too bad about yourself hahahaha read more

Everything is crispy in here goodah! Located in south center mall in Tukwila Washington state. Fast food and mostly to go foods. A bit fattening in here because all are deep fried stuff. Crispy pork belly and calamari is good in here. Affordable price and service is homey because most crew are asian specifically Filipino who always wear a friendly smile in their face. Parking is huge and wifi is free. So many Filipino inspired restaurants in this area so competition is a bit tough for the business. Well the red bee accross this place is really unbeatable(jollibee) We had liempo and calamari and we also ordere "ukoy" grated squash with shrimp,sometimes mongo sprout and carrots,dipping sauce is spicy vinigar with lots of garlic. Most patrons here orders dishes for party and events so i believed its a lucrative business aswell. My next visit i will try some more dishes in the menu. I was at the mall and was really hungry. The line at Jollie Bee was amazingly long, so I looked at Crispy Town and there were only a few people in line. I had the Value Plate Bagnet (I said I was hungry). The woman behind the counter was quick and very helpful. The time from getting in line to getting my food was about 5 minutes. Let's be real, if you're going to a place called Crispy Town and you know it's serving fried Filipino goodness, don't expect much. Of course the dining area is in disarray and sometimes you can't figure out where the line starts but that's half the stress of going to this area of Southcenter, right? There are a good amount of fried food options for example: chicharon, calamari, fried chicken skin, and even turon. I got the chicken skin and you know what, even after bringing it all the way home 30 mins away, their take out bag thing kept things crispy. Of course any of this is way better with a disproportionately insane amount of rice so I ate this at home where it's cheaper for me to make 5 cups of rice just for myself. There price ranges on full order or half order and they go by the pound. Example: half order of calamari is $6.99/half pound and full order is $13.99/ pound. It's decent but a little pricey. It's greasy but good. The banana cue is long and yummy. They also have hot food ready for plate lunches. The space is limited seating so make sure to go during non peak hours. I decided to get a piece of crispy pata (deep fried hamhock or ham itself if you are familiar with that section), Laing is taro leaves cooked in coconut milk, simmered to almost dry and on the spicy side, young Jackfruit pieces cooked in coconut milk as well with shrimp paste, torta (deep fried eggplant in a batter), banana-q for dessert (deep fried plantain banana in brown sugar), Dinugs for short (meat usually cooked in pork blood-it's a delicacy) and Bopis (mostly beef stew with a tangy sauce and spices) which was perfect to taste. Anyway, I named everything I got just to share with you what I had to work with. All was delicious, flavors were spot on, each side dish were tasty. Their prices are good. Staff is fast, the whole place is clean and well maintained. No problem there... The main thing for me is that their steam rice was perfectly cooked to match this entire meal I ordered. Sometimes, the side dishes can be very good but if the steam rice is not cooked right? I have ruined my meal. The white rice is a big deal folks! Ask another Filipino. Did I try each one? Oh Yes! Add pork hock (it's the kind of stuff Bourdain would drool over) My experience is pretty bleh: the food is close enough to my childhood memories that I keep coming back but the quality is pretty hit or miss. Pata- can be over cooked or perfectly done. The none fried dishes are reliable - Dinuguan (blood pudding style dish) & mungo (lentil style soup) along with pinakbet (vegetable casserole) are good. The space is set up like a cafeteria- you order over counter & put everything on a plate or container. The service has been uneven: sometimes you get an eager smiling employee then other times you get ignored and they barely get you what you ask. Overall- you get what you pay for, it's fast food and fried in oil. But it's soooo good when they do it properly. The fat content of their dishes is ridiculous, but that's what makes it good. Filipinos rejoice for the creation of this establishment. I found a great Filipino place right next door to Seafood City that offers all kinds of fried food. With a name like Crispy Town you know the fried food has got to be great! From crispy pata to calamari and of course fried chicken skin. I picked up half a pound of the chicken skin and my husband and I both thought it was great. I will say a little bit goes a long way. I just witnessed a customer get a baby seat with dried rice on it. The food tray we used was still wet. No one took the time to wipe them dry. The line to order was so slow. They don't seem to have enough staff to even clean tables or make sure the condiment section is cleaned and replenished. If you do eat here, be prepared for greasy deep fried food. read more

I was very disappointed. :( I haven't one starred in awhile. I was expecting the chicken skin to be crispier and bubbly more like chicharrone but instead it was fatty and greasy, no crackly crunch. The lumpia shanghai pork filling tasted ok but the flavor was clouded with icky grease from everything else that was fried in the same oil. It's all old premade food in heat lamps or steam tables not even made or fried to order. They ran out of crispy pata so I didn't get to try that. They didn't have sweet chili sauce. The regular chili sauce was clotted at the top and wouldn't pour. They had lechon sauce, seasoned vinegar, patis, and sweet soy, and in pourable syrup looking bottles. Not recommending this place not in a hurry to return. I can't eat any of the stuff I bought. I shoulda stuck with Jollibee. This is truly a heart attack special here. I'm Filipino and love Filipino food but this is crap. I left here instantly with indigestion and stomach ache that lasted well into the night that led to a few visits to the porcelain thrown. Its now next day 6 in the morning, daring as I am, which I may soon regret, I just ate the lumpia leftovers for breakfast cause I be hungry now. I'm going back to sleep. If I get sick again I'm not going to be happy if it doesn't meet my good leftover test. The lumpia tasted pretty much the same, just there, no lively flavor. I had frozen eggrolls better than this. That says alot. I did take my leftover crispy chicken skins threw them in a paper bag, folded the top over to seal it, and nuked them for 15 seconds at a time 2-3 times to make them cook through and makes them crispier/bubblier and tastier. It's always hard to find good Filipino food, but this place always hits the spot. It's definitely not as good as my mom's cooking, but it will suffice seeing as how she is two states away. I've tried all the Filipino restaurants in the mall, and this is the best one along with Grill City. For the two times I've been here, I've gotten the crispy bagnet combo. It's deep fried pork belly and not for the faint of heart. It's also called lechon kawali. It's really good and it's one of my favorite Filipino dishes of all time. The combo comes with rice and an entree. I've gotten the pakbet (soupy vegetable stir fry) and lechon paksiw (sort of like lechon adobo). Both are okay and good for what it is. But the star is obviously the crispy bagnet. It's crispy and delicious. You dip it in the lechon sauce or vinegar. So so good. Also I always get lumpia. I can never say no to that. This place is more traditional compared to Jollibee and Chow King. Definitely will come back, especially if the Jollibee line is too long. read more

Very disappointed, the crispy pata was hard and taste old, I can cook better than this. Looking at the lechon kawali or bagnet it was over cooked and color black maybe the cooking oil is old or it was burnt. Then we order the ginataang halo halo it was dry like a kalamay and the laing has a lot of soup I commented to the employee maybe the soup for the ginataang halo halo was accidentally put into the laing. I've been to crispy town in Las Vegas and they are way much better. I always go check how food looks like at Tukwila still the same and will not be eating there until I see the food gets better.
