Absolutely delicious! One of the best chicken spots in town with friendly staff, plenty of sauce options, and yummy ice cream to finish it all off. This is going to become a go-to spot!

I saw super chic on social media and was excited to try it as I've seen that they were opening other locations around Seattle as well. Super Chix specializes in chicken and custard. I came during lunch on the weekend and it was about half full. After ordering and finding a seat, I noticed that half of the empty tables were really dirty and that their HVAC was really strong - every table I stopped at had a pretty strong gust blowing. There's also a sauce bar which has like 10 different sauces to try. The only downside was that 1/3 of the sauces were empty and needed to be refilled. I got the super parm sandwich (chicken parm) and although the chicken was juicy, that was about it. The chicken wasn't seasoned and the sandwich was just okay. I tried the cajun fries and loaded fries (queso blanco, bacon bits, green onions) and they were all super salted. The only redeeming item for my meal was the custard which was delicious. Overall, everything could've been better (except the custard).

Great, simple chicken sandwiches. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, my husband had the blackened Cajun chicken sandwich, and we shared fries and a drink. They have a cool sauce bar with several sauces to level up your meal, and to-go cups if you're not dining in. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich has a great flavor and heat, but could have used more pickles and either a thicker bun or something to "thicken" up the sandwich more. I could have easily eaten two! Pro tip: dip your fries in the signature sauce, it's delicious! The staff were friendly and fast with my to-go order. Although I wasn't dining in, it's a large restaurant with plenty of tables/seats.

My friend and I were the first to come into this place when they just opened at 11am on a Friday morning. It's a pretty casual place with a lot of seating and many windows that let in all the natural light. The floors were also just wiped down when we got in, so relatively clean as well. Some music plays in the background but it isn't as loud as I expected. Parking wise, it's in a big plaza area along Southcenter Parkway with tons of spaces to boot. You can either order up at the counter or use their app to place your order ahead of time. We did the former and each got their deluxe burger while splitting a side of large Cajun-seasoned hand-cut fries. I absolutely love their sauce station which is located near the back at the hallway where the restrooms are. There's so many kinds, and I don't remember all of them. We at least got ranch, ketchup, Nashville hot sauce and some others to share. You can also grab your drinks here too if you got any. For each of our foods: - Their deluxe burger is a chicken burger that has pickles, garlic aioli, lettuce and tomatoes. It's somewhat small yet the chicken was so tender, hot, juicy and a little smoky. Each one was wrapped well in parchment paper and kept its shape after every bite. Definitely made with a lot of love as mentioned by one of our servers! - Fires were standard, though the Cajun seasoning was bomb. It did end up being a little too salty, hence most of our sauces weren't used in the end. We overestimated how much we both could eat collectively so we almost didn't finish the fries in general. Pretty nice food here, and quick as well!

There are a lot of chicken sandwich shops around these days but this one really was quite yummy. I tried the bacavo which is the chicken sandwich with bacon and avocado. Chicken was delicious and the sandwich overall was very good. For a side, I had the rosemary fries and they were also delicious. Would definitely eat here again!

What a great place to get chicken sandwiches and custard! The highlights of this place in my opinion was the loaded fries and the custard! Everything was so flavorful and juicy. I really enjoyed their sauce too. Overall, I highly recommend and would come back.

Don't walk, run here! The food is fresh and fast. The Cajun fries are perfectly cooked: crunchy and soft. The staff here are always so nice and friendly. My daughters and I visited and had a really good meal. Tip: the kids 2 tender meal includes fries, drink, and custard for $9.99!! #winning. We also got the avocado salad to go and it was so yummy. The place is clean and spacious.

Food was just okay. But the staff are nice and helpful. I had fun trying out different sauces from their sauce bar. The place is big.

Super Chix was super good. We got the southwest salad, loaded fries and the chicken tenders. The loaded fries were really good although the fries were a little too salty for my liking but that is cajun fries. I really liked the salad and it was a very good price considering with the portion. My partner got the tenders and it was so fresh and juicy. Plus the staff were SUPER friendly which makes me want to come back. Love this place!

Oh my goodness! Stopped in tonight for a quick dinner before flying out of town. The chicken was so fresh and moist. Breaded or grilled. Combo comes with fries or fried pickles and a drink or milkshake. The frozen custard is amazing. We had Black Raspberry and mint Oreo shakes. Yum! The service was impeccable and super friendly. The place is very clean and bright and when I suggested they move one mat from a closed door to one that was open and due to the rain was super slippery, they took care of it right away for safety!!! Daniel is the store manager and he is AWESOME and personable!!!! Can't wait to go back.

The chicken tenders were small but it was good and the fries were yummy here! Service was great, the gentleman that helped us was friendly and welcoming.

Nashville Hot Breaded Chicken Tenders and Fried Pickles

Located in Tukwila along Southcente Parkway, inside a plaza with loads of parking so no need to worry about that. Upon entering, it was pretty empty for lunch time; there were so many seats so this place can definitely handle a lot of people if it does get busy. The music was blasting pretty loud which makes me feel like it would be hard to talk to people if I were to go with friends. I ordered Nashville Hot Breaded Chicken Tenders as well as Fried Pickles. The tenders were really disappointing; I had never expected to be able to cut into the chicken with a fork so easily. It was cooked but it was almost mushy and would say it was more drenched on top with sauce rather than tossed. It was also not even close to what I was expecting with something being advertised as Nashville Hot. What saved the meal was the Fried Pickles. It was a little oily but the breading combined with the juicy pickle on the inside balanced out the meal. Will have to give the other items a try as well as the other sauces. Hoping maybe the sandwiches are better.

    Darian S.

Overall it wasn't bad but the food didn't stand out. As for the chicken sandwich, it was juicy but I wish it had more flavor. The fries were nicely seasoned although. I do think they're many more options around that do stand out.

The outside was nice too as you could enjoy the weather in a relaxing patio area with nature, manicured green grass, trees, with the sounds of the trickling fountain. They also had a bar area for that very casual, louder vibe to just talk and/or catch a game on the TV. We went with the dining area and Julissa was our server and she took very good care of us. She was courteous, attentive, and thoughtful. She recommended a few of her favorites when we asked her for suggestions. Charcoal Grilled Pork Chop: coconut-ginger braised collard greens, grilled spring onion, pork jus, wasabi butter (4/5). The Double cut portion was cooked to medium. It was tender, juicy, and the juices had a sweetness to it. The wasabi butter was good and not overpowering. I'd order this again. Superfood Salad: white bean hummus, quinoa, kale, carrots, blueberries, golden berries, cashews, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, avocado, herbs, feta, lemon-sesame vinaigrette (4/5). My wife really enjoyed her salad. I admit it was full of good ingredients but a tad bit heavy-handed on the dressing. Don't get me wrong the vinaigrette was delicious. Banana Bread Pudding (5/5) - Moist, crisp on the edges, and smothered in warm caramel sauce - this decadent bread pudding paired with vanilla ice cream was absolute perfection! We'd definitely come back the next time we're in the area. Support your local business.

And with the bad, I strive to be positive on the experience that was good before giving suggestions or letting the owner know what fell short. I'm never out to bash a business. Rather, as an owner, if you pride yourself in customer service, you will take what a sincere Yelp Elite reviewer has to say, step back and see how you can improve. I just read the comments another reviewer posted a few days ago and saw that they were berated as well. I had nothing to gain from giving the review I did and it's unfortunate that you're no longer going to be in business, but there were two other people with me that came to this consensus. With that, I will reply to the unfortunate remarks slammed at me, the reviewer. Let me preface by saying I asked for a pic with the owner before tea service started. If it was said that we had a wonderful and lovely time, it was not by me but one of my friends who, when asked how everything was, couldn't think of anything else to say. Also, I wasn't going to express all of this in front of the owner at the time because I had others with me. So, to rebel and ask me if my mother is still alive and did she teach me to behave like this? Well, all I can say is your reaponse as a business owner is extremely childish and unprofessional. I didn't make the food. I reviewed it and if that means it's not the best review, so be it. It pains me not to give a business owner a good review because that's not what we as Elite members strive for. That said, lashing out is not the answer. At least I have the maturity and diplomacy to put these comments in without getting into a mud fight like you chose to do. Review..... My two girlfriends and I came here for afternoon tea. Since I'm the Yelp reviewer, I asked them for their input and so it was a consensus of the three of us. Here's what went right. It was nice to have a carafe of water at our table, there were beautiful flowers and dyed water to match in the vase, the teacups and saucers were very pretty, the owner was extremely nice. Here's what we thought needed a second look. The sign in the store advertised cheese and fruit for the afternoon tea but it didn't appear. When we asked we were told it didn't come with it but we could get some if we wanted. Please revise the sign as people do notice. Suggest you have a selection of three sandwiches rather than two of each. One was a small croissant filled with egg salad and if we hadn't been told that we thought it might be chicken. The other was a cucumber sandwich which although it's nice to have thin slices of cucumber, these were razor thin. Sort of disappointing that there was so little on a beautiful piece of bread. They scones were nothing special. Perhaps have something inside whether it be cranberry, currant etc. The sweets consisted of a Mexican wedding cake which was rather dry and was there a detection of almond extract? The orange macaron, as beautiful as it was, lacked flavor of orange. I was expecting a nice burst of something but it just wasn't there. The fondant on the petit four was much too thick, and sweet. Whatever fashion the raspberry is used, keep a bit of that tart flavor to offset the sweetness from the fondant. The effort was there, things just felt short.

I honestly have no idea how he spells it, but he was enthusiastic, friendly and quick with recommendations. He suggested adding avocado to our club sandwich, and that was a GREAT call.
