Plenty of parking! We did three games for $25. Our team had 5 people, and we were against 2 other groups. When you enter, you are shown a short video with instructions on what to do. You are then take to a room to put on the vest-laser gun combination. A few minutes later, the game begins! If you ask them to show you where the bases are, they will show you and you could hit those bases for more points. You cannot tag another teammate, and when you tagged, there's a few second delay before you are back into play. The age range was from elementary school children to working professionals. It was a fun experience trying to strategize how to get the most number of points! Some folks decided to stay high up and shoot downwards. Others sought to aim for the bases since they have quite a bit of points. Another team defended their base. I would definitely come again! read more

On the outside this place looks like a far cry from the 2000's when lazer tag was popular but on the inside it's still fun. We had a group of 13 that went yesterday and everyone had a fun time. The staff was nice and they even gave us free game for the price of 2. I like this place because it's big and has 2 levels so lot more room to move and shoot people. The lazers are visible so you can actually see what your are shooting at. All the equipment worked fine and had no issues. Fun birthday party for 9-year-olds - we had 11 boys and they LOVED it! The staff was great with the kids, kept the party on task and the owner was fantastic with chatting up the boys, even giving some extra perks because the pizza was arriving a few minutes late -- we didn't care, but he took the initiative to offer to ensure the kids were having a great time. Our party was at 10 a.m. on a Sat. and there was just one other b-day group there that the boys played against and also each other. I believe there can be up to 4 teams. We'd definitely host a party here again, and other parents said the same. Everyone had a blast! If you're not sure, check it out beforehand like we did on an early Sun. afternoon when it's not crowded. I came here on a Saturday evening with a group, there was surprisingly a good amount of people there, but was left a bit disappointed by how the facility was organized and ran. We had experienced an incident of a staff member being racist by assuming someone in our group was Japanese, and said konnichiwa (with incorrect pronunciation), and was feeling a bit offended by the incident. Some notes to read when going here: 1. Not all of the guns work, you will need to press the trigger to see if the gun/vests work. Each round, not all of the employees will help you or check to see that your equipment is working. They do not remove or separate the broken equipment from the ones that are working. I highly recommend doing this so people aren't left in the game without being able to actually play. 2. Do research on the actual game, I think it would be helpful if Ultrazone uploaded the introductory video online for patrons to watch. The first round my group played, we did not watch the video and they did not play it, so we were left not knowing about some things of the game (both hands on the gun/phaser to shoot, the objectives in the arena, etc.) 3. There was an employee/staff member actively playing in each of the rounds. The first few rounds, he was on his own team and camped various patrons while the were playing the game. He basically bullied people from being able to play because while you are shot, you are inactive for 6 seconds. At times, it seemed that his cool down or respawn time was less than 6 seconds as well so he was able to continuously shoot people who he had already shot before, technically leaving them disabled until they were able to get away from him. 4. Not sure why this happened, but at one point, one of the staff members actively said blue and green team against red (which was my team) which was unfair since there are more people on the combined team compared to our single team. For $13 groupon, it was not a bad deal, but the overall experience could have been better. Keep in mind that it does take a long time to play 3 rounds so be prepared to wait a couple of hours here if you want to play 3 games in one day. read more

On the plus side, the laser tag is fun. On the negative, the place is run by kids, and it shows. There are issues with guns that don't shoot. It wastes your time and puts your team at a disadvantage. The staff doesn't do anything about it (like move the faulty guns out of the gear room), and then if you complain you have to cajole them into giving you a free game. They just don't know how to run the place and how to deal with customers. My advice to the management: hire more responsible employees. read more

Taking my son to his friend's b.day. Got v bad cut on his leg since the bench had a sharp metal things to be attached to the wall but it was attached only into the bench. His short stuck on one of these metals and got cut very badly.wi never take my kids there.Really not safe for kids. read more

We love this place to laser tag. I just recently celebrated my sons birthday here. The only things they need to improve on is some of their party "hosts". Our party host barely spoke to anyone, it seem like he did not know what to do or care, he served everyone flat drinks and didn't care to replace them with a brand new drink. The time limit in a room is 1 1/2 hour for $300 with a minimum of 10 kids. I expected better service for a short amount of time or in general. Their refrigerator for the drinks work but it is not cold so bring ice. The good thing is that you can bring your own food as well but not pizza since they have a contract with papa johns. I don't think I would celebrate his bday here again but def would laser tag. read more

Absolutely love this place. They repainted the place a while back, maybe a few years ago, and it really made the place look 10 times better. The staff are great, the arena is fun and easy to learn, and the gear is almost always working. They keep score, and you can compete with friends without hurting each other! P.S. This review is just for the laser tag experience. BAD: I've been here a few times, and there's always an issue with the equipment. The last time I went... (1) In the dressing room, my gun wouldn't light up, so the Game Master had to find me a working vest/gun set; (2) During the game, my team and I shot at the Blue Team's base non-stop and it wouldn't blow up the way the Red Team's base had for us. We had to find the Game Master and amidst being shot at, he had to manually give us points; (3) My equipment didn't register any damage/shots fired, and I didn't find out until the game was over and my scores all registered as zero. This all occurred during one game. GOOD: The staff is really friendly and helpful. Since my equipment didn't work, I got a free game pass out of it (although I had already bought a three-game set, so this wasn't really helpful). After asking the Game Master, we were able to get our entire party of seven on one team (without a reservation), and he even took a group picture for us in the dressing room. There aren't a lot of laser tag places around, so I guess you can't be picky, but my advice is not to spend too much here. If it wasn't more cost efficient to buy the three-game pack as opposed to two individual games, I'd say two times is plenty. read more

I've been going for over 2 years now and it's been amazing and the staff is amazing they're so chill and I feel like I can have conversations with them but recently they hired a new employee and dang she really is something lol. She is always sighing and makes it feel like school work to have to recite the rules until we can play and she forces us to go on separate teams without our friends or else she gets mad, and she makes us wait and wait and wait for every little thing when the other employees are just like go for it. I've been here a couple times. Once for a birthday party and the other couple times just to go for fun. There is a lot of parking spaces outside. The inside has about 5 private rooms to hold birthday parties in. They serve pizza and juice for the birthday parties. There is a mini arcade with a couple games to play while you wait for your turn to play laser tag. There's a rock climbing area, basketball hoops, bike games, photo booth etc. for the laser tag there are different options to purchase the games. Each game is 15 minutes long. they take the groups in the first stop is a brief video on the instructions and rules of the game. The second stop is the equipment room where you get the vest and guns. There are up to three teams- green, blue, red. The third stop is the game room. It is dark with lots of laser beam lights. Lots of ramps, corners to hide in. Once you're in there it's actually pretty intense and fun! We were a group of older people in our 20s playing a group of young children about age 7. And believe it or not they beat us!! My friends and I came here on a Friday night. We've been going here since we were kids, and still had fun as teenagers. One employee stood out among the rest: Mario!!!!! He's so nice, chill, and really friendly! The only negatives of the night were two things. 1. It's very hot in there and I feel like that is only because they want us to buy water. 2. They changed the instructional video. It used to be so much better and the new one is some weird space themed video that doesn't even COMPARE to the old video. It could've used more fog or ambient music, but overall it was a fun experience. It was built like a maze and there were a lot of corners to hide in and grates to sneakily shoot people through. Some of the equipment didn't work properly. One of us shot someone point blank and it didn't register, and the screen on the back of my gun wasn't lit for one of the games so I had no idea what was going on. The trigger area of the gun also irritated my middle finger and I noticed after the game that I'd lost a big chunk of skin on my finger, but they had bandages at the desk. The lobby had a bunch of arcade games which were good to pass the time between games, but I wish there had been more seating aside from the private party rooms. Maybe it's intentional so people pay to play the games instead of sitting and staring at their phones. My fiancé and I tried the hurricane simulator but it only went up to 60 MPH so it *technically* wasn't a hurricane, just a tropical storm. The location is convenient, so I'd come back. read more

I came here on a Saturday night for their all-you-can-play (from 8 pm - 1 am) option, which costed $19. This is how the all-you-can-play works: you are given a certain colored wristband. Then, a person over a PA system says, "everyone with (x) colored wristbands, enter the briefing area." The group that has those colored wristbands enters the briefing area, a place where they are shown a video detailing how laser tag is played. Afterwards, you are brought to a room where there are three differently colored laser tag vests (green, red, or blue). You choose your vest, and then a round of play lasting about 10 minutes begins. Once your round finishes, you are brought back into the "vest" room to take it off, and then you escort yourself back to front-of-house, which is an arcade area. Pros: - it's laser tag, and laser tag is always enjoyable! If you're going, bring friends. - the customer service interactions varied. Almost everyone was great to interact with, but some more than others. There was one employee that I could tell was completely indifferent, and they had an air of, "I'm too good for this." Cons: - If I could describe the smell of this place, I would say it smelled like urine combined with weed. In their defense, it only smelled of weed because of the other patrons there. The urine stench was oddly most notable in the room where you put the vests on. - I couldn't stop thinking of how dirty it was (bacteria-wise, not grime-wise). In a place where people are constantly taking off and putting on vests, in addition to playing all of the arcade games, one would think they would have several hand sanitizer stations around the venue. Unfortunately, this was not the case. There was one tiny Purell bottle located at the counter where one purchases their ticket to play. - There were three differently-colored wristbands, so if you choose the all-you-can-play option, you only get to play 33% of the time. The other 66% of the time one has to be spent in the not-so-great arcade area. I would have enjoyed my experience more if I got to play 50% of the time, but I also understand that they're a business and they have to make money. Just prepare to be a little bored if you decide to buy all-you-can-play. - For anyone familiar with playing first-person shooters online: doing well involves knowing the map you're playing on, in-and-out. They did not have this resource available, and I wish they did. It would have made playing the game much more fun, since you can develop different strategies with friends on which parts of the map to take over. In conclusion: If you are looking to scratch your laser tag itch, just purchase the ticket for one or two rounds of play. The all-you-can-play option isn't worth it. According to the other Yelp reviews, Ultrazone is under new ownership, which should usher in some more changes. Hopefully they occur sooner rather than later. read more

Need more professional workers. I had a fairly large group with all day passes. My group was really enjoying themselves until it was time for a group from a birthday party to go play. My group came back out and my daughter said a worker grabbed her by her shirt and told them to get out. I spoke to an employee about the issue. Initially, I was told it was because my group went through the wrong door, which wasn't true, we (adults were sitting at the exit). Then we were told it was because a party has VIP. They also did no one stud get out or grabbed my daughter, again this was a lie. My group would have been playing laser tag UNLESS someone told them to get out. They could've handled it nicer by simply asking them to wait until the next round while the birthday party had their round. My group would've really understood that. Sad thing is, it's my daughter's birthday as well and we were there to celebrate too. This lady changed the entire mood of our group. So we're leaving and heading to skyzone. I'll find another laser tag facility for my family. This one SUCKS!!!! Don't recommend it read more

We had a great experience for our son's birthday party, the hostess took care of everything (i.e. food, activities, party favors and keeping everything moving) It was a blast for the kids and pain free for me. Came with a bunch of friends looking to all have a great time and wasn't sure what to expect - since we are all adults. Staff was beyond great. You could tell that the staff genuinely loves their jobs - which allowed all of us to get even more excited for playing (I didnt believe it was possible). Ok so we came here about 5 of us and we used Groupon no problems. Staff was cool and helpful when needed . the only Thing i didnt like was that when it came to scoring we couldnt use pur own names... but i understand why its just to many ppl there and would take up extra time... so basically if you wanna keep score and compete with your buddies just remember the name that was on the Gun you used.
