So i took my clothes to the dry cleaners on Saturday (5) dress shirts and (5) dress pants and asked the lady if she can get it done by Monday she said no problem. The total cost was about $50. I went there to pick them up and i was in a rush did not have time to check them out. All my dress shirts were having lines all over them(like they didn't know how to iron). Do not go to this dry cleaners. They lost my fiancé dress pants the day before a Christmas party. We had to spend money we didn't have to replace them. Then when they found the pants they didn't even call us. There answer was a $10 voucher Very unprofessional. read more

These guys are a lifesaver! I flew into town for my wedding back on July 20th. I was as careful as I could be with my dress, but life had a different plan; somehow the kid in front of me on the plane had spilled their fruit juice when I was napping. Not a big deal normally, but by sheer luck the drink managed to get under the seat and ONLY on the zipper of my garment bag, which leaked all over the hem of my dress!! Naturally, my hem is made of delicate lace and beaded, which of course is even more difficult to clean. I was panicked; it was 4 days before the wedding, and the stain had hours to set in before I was aware of it! My dress was off-white, so bright pink splotches would have been very, very noticeable. Very fortunate for me, my Aunt happened to know of this gem of a dry cleaner, as she'd been going there for years. The owner took a look at my dress, and it was cleaned within the hour; if I didn't know where to look I wouldn't have ever guessed there was ever fruit punch on it at all! (Silk, Polyester, and Nylon combos are fun when it comes to staining) This guy saved the day for me, and I can't recommend him enough. Thank you thank you thank you!! :) read more

I want to thank you guys for really doing such a good deed for me. My house caught on fire and I took my clothes to them and they handled everything very professionally. My insurance didn't want to pay for my cleaners expenses, I expressed my concern to them and they still took care of me and made sure that financially I was ok. I had my wedding dress ruined by their tailor. This dry cleaners hires a tailor that works from home and the cleaners gets half of the money. The tailor took the dress after seeing it and we saw each other twice at the cleaners as our meeting spot. After only being contacted by the cleaners I got a call from the tailor's personal phone asking if I could please go to her home since she's in Corona and she couldn't make it to Riverside. I kept driving there often because everytime I went there was something else wrong with the dress. I got tired of it and decided to pay her the $175 she asked for the unfinished dress. Soon after, I went to the dry cleaners to show them what their tailor had done. They did not want to take responsibility saying they had nothing to do with it. The only time they seemed concerned was when I told them what she charged me. She told them she charged me only $50. She was stealing from them and not saying the real price she was charging. On top of all this the staff at the cleaners was so rude and unprofessional. This tailor ruined my wedding dress, overcharged me, and stole from the cleaners. Beyond disappointed with everything this place did. They definitely made my expetrience bitter. I wouldn't even give one star but I have to. Don't waste your time and money going there. read more

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the alteration work Daisy did on my bridesmaids dress. I went two weeks ago asking to have my dress taken in and the length done only to pick it up saturday and be completely disappointed. She took the dress in from only 1 side which then pulled the back zipper to the left completely uncentered. Each side of the dress was a different length. I called and was told to come back on Monday when Daisy was there so she can correct the dress and so I did only to see she wasn't confident in her abilities to correctly fix my $200 dress. I addressed my concern to her and she said she would take care of it. I received a call this morning from her asking if I can pick up the dress and I'd be refunded because she felt it better to refer me else where. I picked up the dress and did not receive 1 single apology for the inconvenience or for damaging my dress. The wedding is 4 days away and here I am 5 months pregnant and stressed for time. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. All she had to do was tell me from the very beginning she doesn't work on those kinds of dresses and I woukd have taken my business else where. We had a stove fire in our kitchen, which fortunately did not burn up much but the smoke made most of the downstairs stink something horrible. All our drapes, wool area rugs etc had to be cleaned. I was puzzled by the negative reviews for this cleaners. I have taken my business here for years and they have always been professional and I have always had great service. Having worked in a cleaners as a teenager, I can tell they do quality work. Re the curtains guy, most cleaners won't even do curtains as they usually fall apart. I think there is something more to that story. I would recommend this cleaners to anyone in the area. They are family owned which I love and always go out of their way to make sure I am happy with their service. Please don't believe everything you read. This business is a winner. read more

I have been taking my dress shirts, suits, sweaters and jackets into Jones Dry Cleaners for 35+ years and am happy with the service they have performed and continue to provide. Jones Cleaners keeps their customers clothes and drapes onsite; they launder, dry clean, steam and press their customer's items via their in-house plant and own equipment; thereby, not subletting the clothing and drapery to other cleaners. Many cleaners release clothing to off site plants because they do not have the equipment or permitting to do the job onsite/in-house. To be fair too, regardless of the business type, I always check my items before leaving the store, and on the rare occasion where I see something that needs to be addressed, such as a wrinkle that needs to be repressed I've pointed it out to the store and asked them to take care of it. And, they've taken care of me right then and there-because they're willing and able to. Some dry cleaners that I have been to during out of town travel stints can't because they don't actually launder and/or press items on site...so I wait until my return and take it to Jones Dry Cleaners. I always know that the service and product they provide will be to my satisfaction and my item remains in their possession and on their premises. read more

I don't usually wright but this has to be told I came to riverside for a family wedding and I offer to pay for the dry cleaning for the table cloths so my wife took them to the cleaners that the groom used in the past my wife came back and said it would cost $400 dollars for 40 $10 a piece I thought that was a lot of money but o we'll.That same day the tent company came by and set up the tent and table and I just asked hey how much would it cost to have the table cloths done they said $4.50 each I just got sick my wife just got takin advantage off so I decided to go and ask if there was something that could be done.I was greeted by a young lady very nice and I explained my concern knowing my wife agreed but I still felt something should be done and she look over her shoulder and there was a young guy and he said with a grin that's what was agreed in a most heinous way I have ever been talked to the lady immediately apologized and asked him to call some one but he refused so I asked again and he was so unprofessional so I asked must be a relative of the owner the lady said yes I said must be because no employee would talk like that.Then to make matters worse when we took them out to put them on the tables they had wrinkles all over this was the worst experience I have ever had I just want people to know I would not go to this place if it was the last place on earth I am sorry for the lady that works there as for the owner I didn't meet for you to not advise your son to call you if there was a problem make you at fault to because I guaranty this is not the first time especially his smirk and gestures so for someone like myself who has only written a few reviews this is by far the worst which it deserves . read more
