When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly and courteous staff, including the owner, who is extremely accommodating and super friendly. They got me in right away, and were very knowledgeable and took time to listen while I showed them what I wanted done and than explained the process of what they would be doing to repair my vehicle very clearly. My truck is black and also had several noticeable scratches in various places, which really bothered me. I pointed out all of the scratches and asked if they could do the paint work and if so, to please let me know when I could bring my truck back to get the work done. They agreed. After that I decided to wait for the repairs to be finished, which I assumed wouldn't take more than a couple of hours at the most; but I was pleasantly surprised when my truck was done within just a little more than an hour! They brought it up looking fantastic! It had been washed and they even cleaned and polished my tires! Everything looked great and I was really happy with the work. But, upon closer inspection I was absolutely shocked and ecstatic when I realized that in addition to removing ALL the door dings (about 7 or 8-some in the worst possible places, which I've been told may be very hard to remove), and doing and excellent job on all of those, they also touched up ALL of the paint and those scratches that had been bothering me so much...GONE! All of them! I couldn't believe it! My truck looks AMAZING and I honestly couldn't be happier! Ive read some of the negative reviews posted about this business, and based on my experience nothing is further from the truth. I have had nothing but a positive experience here. I would definitely recommend Auto Showcase to anyone and everyone in the market for a new car or truck and/or excellent service/repairs or body work. The dealership is beautiful, the staff/management and owner are extremely friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The pricing is more than fair, and by comparison is right in line, if not better than what's being offered in the current local market at other dealerships. I also felt very comfortable and safe waiting there. It was just a good vibes type of environment! They seem to have a really well stocked line up of beautiful vehicles too. And, from what I could see, their diverse inventory includes all kinds of great cars and trucks at various price points to choose from. I can also assure you that they not only offer, but ACTUALLY PROVIDE and guarantee, top notch, excellent service and repairs and truly went above and beyond for me yesterday. I am extremely happy and very grateful! Thank you Auto Showcase for not only doing such a great job on my truck, but for also making this such a great experience too! I'll definitely be back and I'll be sending everyone I can your way!

Repair was completed but had further problems with seal leaking . I took the car to another repair shop and mechanic identified seal was never replaced . Go to Jones junction only 1/2 mile away from this showcase showroom . Jones Junction high integrity and exceptional customer service!

He went out of his way to ensure that the car was the best fit for me. He was very detailed in explaining how the car works and took the time to go through every feature of the car. Also, he took me on a tour of their facility and was able to have snacks and a warm and cold beverage. Also, finance manager Devin Jones ensured that I was taken care of and made sure that I found a car that suited my budget. I highly recommend using this dealership, they will definitely see more of me for future trade-in and purchases. This place has amazing customer service.     Yesterday I called and spoke with Jalen about a 2014 mazda3 i that was listed on their website…read more Jalen confirmed the car was available and I made an appointment for 9 am today. The Manager called to confirm the details of the car and appointment and I received a text this morning stating that the car was ready for my appointment. The first thing I noticed was the car was was blue when under the listing the car was black. Jalen confirmed the car we was looking at was in fact the car we called about. My daughter and husband went for a test drive and I stayed behind to set up the insurance, we wanted a smooth process and was ready to pay for the car with no dealership financing. When Jalen returned he started the paperwork and showed us the carfax. I noticed the year was 2017 and again stated that wasnt the car we called about yesterday. Jalen went to get his Manager and we were then told the car we wanted to see wasnt available and was sold the night before. The car we was about to purchase was in fact almost $4000 more than the car we initially inquired about. We explained we had a budget and if they couldnt meet the budget we werent interested in the new car. The manager tried to show us a Honda Accord that was within out stated budget but had 30,000 more miles and reported in an accident. My Husband explained we werent comfortable with a car in an accident however minor as this was a vehicle for our daughter. The Manager continues to go back and forth with my Husband trying to minimize the accident report. We finally just decided to get up and leave because the whole process felt like a bait and switch. I am totally disappointed in the way in which the sales rep decided to do business especially as we explained we have bought a total of 5 cars from the Heritage dealerships and continue to have our cars serviced at the Mazda branch. You left a bad taste in our mouths, I will be avoinding the Honda branch moving forward

I hate to cast shade on the sales team because they maybe simply awesome with our issue a result of inexperience, poor communication or tough luck. Bottom line, my daughter had a car lined up and had an appointment to finalize things only to have another salesperson steal it and sell it. My daughter arrived for her appointment only to see someone else driving the car away. I couldn't be more disappointed as I recommended this dealership. Two days later my daughter and I drove past Sonic and into Baltimore County. We arrived at a dealership anxious to meet our needs, exceed expectations and earn our business. Moving forward, we will likely utilize Michael the Sonic Service Mgr but avoid the salesroom at all cost unless Teena is working or .............. that sales-team culture changes!
