Once the vacuuming was done it went thru the washer then sat there for another 20 mins waiting to be half assed and handed off To me. I got a sorry for the wait from the guy who was very nice, and I don't know that it was his fault, but more the fact that there were only 2 guys I believe running the place. Even then there was 1 other car in front of mine. So all in all it took an hour and a half to get a half ass machine wash for my car. I had to finish the job once I got back to my sisters. Showed up for a carwash…read more... Asked at least 5x for NO ARMORAL on the tires..... Picked it up.... any guesses? Yep covered. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to go ask them to take it off, but little too late. Wanted to get a massage but the seats were full of people who weren't paying for them, and eating in them. Kinda gross. I'll pass. And in those lines they vacuum the car and prep it for the wash. 10 cars deep with one attendant going back and forth by himself!!! This is so inefficient and unacceptable! I get that you don't want guys standing around with nothing to do, but they have something called the "10 day forecast" where you know you're going to have multiple days of consistent hot weather. And we all know that when it's hot "people wash their vehicles"!!! Stop being cheap and hire at least 4 more people to get the cars moving thru the car wash!!!
