We were told to come here by my cousins who swore by it! I am vegan and they said there were tons of options for me and they were not wrong! My husband and I ate here for lunch yesterday and it was FANTASTIC! The staff was wonderful and the food was incredible! I ordered the hail caesar salad and put it into a spinach wrap with tofu and my husband got shrimp tacos. We also got the sautéed spinach/kale blend and the sweet potato fries. Everything was so amazing, we went to go back today and get more food only to be disappointed that they were closed Wednesdays! We'll definitely be back for more food next time were in Montauk! Healthy and interesting menu items. Never had tofu sour cream and it really was delicious in my shrimp tacos and love peace and chicken wraps. The two ladies in the front were so welcoming and friendly. I know one of the women was Maria. She took our orders, answered any questions we had about the menu and is the reason for the five stars and why we went back every day. Yes, in the peak season it will be crowded and there will be a wait but the food is worth it especially if you like Heathy options and want to feel your patronage is appreciated. read more

Came here over the weekend for breakfast with the crew. Place was packed! Lots of people waiting on line to order as well as waiting for their food...little bit chaotic. I tried the Ole Ole burrito as well as an everything bagel with cream cheese. Their bagels are outstanding! Crunchy, chewy, borderline perfect. The Old Ole had eggs, guac, rice, beans, jalepenos and some peppers - it was on the smaller side but very delicious and filling. They have a huge menu of breakfast items eggs, wraps, juices, coffees. I think there's a lunch menu too but I didn't get to check out the menu since I was in a bit of a rush to get my order in. Staff was friendly and very helpful thru all the chaos. Was super excited to take a drive down to montauk and try this place. I saw the reviews weren't that great but decided to try anyway. We ordered and waited about 15 minutes, not bad considering there were a few others waiting. To start we ordered some smoothies, which were average, and I'll explain why. I just feel like it is extremely rude for a person to sip on a smoothie and choke on piece of ice that never blended...ugh maybe try blending the smoothie a little longer. I ordered the avocado toast. Okay hear me out, I don't think I've ever ordered avocado toast and got served 3 pieces of toast, but only 2 were toasted... not sure if that was intentional or maybe they forgot? Also the avocado was not spread on the toast either, which again, was different. Also the menu clearly states that it is served ON the toast. We also ordered the up in smoke wrap which was messy but good. I think this place has a lot of potential, but the expensive prices are a little ridiculous, especially for the quality and quantity of food you are served. Three stars for breakast and two stars for lunch. We had 2 meals there today. While the smoothies, acaii bowl and iced coffee were good for breakfast the lunches fell short. The black beans and brown rice had way too few black beans and the avocado we paid extra for wasnt ripe enough The shrimp taco had the taco shells on the bottom of the dish, wilted with holes in the shell. The gazpacho was generous and delicious The yellowfin tuna dish was not a whole piece of yellowfin tuna but tuna with mayo. Wouldnt have ordered that if I read the menu more closely The 'what we would eat today' on the menu: fuk yu was brown rice and veggies. Paid extra for well cooked shrimp. The dish was only fair. So the breakfast good but the lunch was fair and not worth $75 read more

The best healthy breakfast Montauk has to offer! I love the breakfast wrap I get a whole wheat wrap with rice, beans, bacon, egg, cheddar, grilled, with a medium ice coffee everytime. Something about the tortillas they use has me literally going insane whenever we go here. My girlfriend gets another wrap and a smoothie but I prefer the meet cheese eggs and coffee combos personally. I also got a smoothie/slushee here as well which had peach, watermelon and mango and it was super refreshing not too heavy. I also accidentally ordered two carrot juices one time and they were cool about it when I told them I only wanted one. 10/10 will be back at jonies. read more

For a quick, healthy and tasty bite, Joni's is the answer. This is one of the places in Montauk I can continuously come back to and not get tired of. They offer a wide variety of healthy bowls for lunch and breakfast, as well as accommodate to any allergies and food restrictions. I will say that it will always be busy, because it is just that good!! So maybe ordering ahead of time if you're not in the mood to wait. It's a bit small inside and the outside seating does have bees so if you're allergic to bees I do not recommend sitting outside. They've got very diverse healthy options for breakfast including smoothies I got the Olé Olé and it was one of the best breakfast wraps I've ever Had. This became our daily staple for our large group over MDW. Whether pre-ordering breakfast açaí bowls, smoothies and egg wraps or swinging by for sandwiches after lounging on the beach all morning our group was consistently impressed with the food quality and the helpfulness of those behind the counter! My personal favorites were the Get Naked smoothie, the Love Peace Chicken Wrap and the chia seed blueberry muffin. There were definitely mornings it was busy with a line out the door but we usually pre-ordered in the morning and it was ready after 25-30 minutes and then we grabbed a couple pastries at the counter before heading out. Paid $9.25 for an iced chai. I was prepared to pay $7.50, since that's what was on the menu, which was a lot already, but then was charged the even higher price. When I pointed out the discrepancy, the person at the counter told me it was an "old menu" without apologizing for the incorrect info, and was rather rude about it, as if I was at fault for assuming the menu was right. I want to start off by saying, I really enjoyed the cali egg white wrap. However this review is solely based on the treatment and service I received while I was there yesterday morning waiting for my breakfast. I really didn't want to do this, but I can't get out of my head how a business could treat a customer like that ESPECIALLY during a pandemic, when you need me more than I need you. Stings right? The treatment I received was much different than the others on the line that morning. Other customers were asked "would you like your coffee or juice while you wait for your food?" I received after waiting for everything to arrive together, a medium HOT coffee when I SPECIFICALLY asked for a medium ICED when I initially ordered. The girl that took my order even asked "would you like to leave the crew a tip?" And although I thought that was strange, I said WHY NOT?! we're in tough times here's a couple of bucks for service I had NO clue I was going to receive. The woman distributing food and beverages I'm so sure was the owner because she spoke to the other employees with such disrespect. She gives me a HOT medium coffee. I kindly said "I asked for a medium iced coffee dark two sugars", she basically tells me that's not what's on my receipt and it's $1.00 extra but she'll let it slide this one time as if it was my fault? I clearly said MEDIUM ICED COFFEE. What this woman does next is pour the hot coffee into a tall plastic cup of ice. I'm dumb founded. I spend over $40 on breakfast and you disrespect a customer like that? The amount of money you charge for breakfast is already insane, make the coffee right. She brings it to me black. "I did not ask for a black coffee please put a little milk in it" ...She brings it to me light. Do you realize how much time you wasted just now? Not sure what point she was trying to prove but she was purely unapologetic. Im not trying to be a "Karen", I don't care about the $40, the way you made me feel? Breakfast is pretty good, lunch not so much. The menu looks amazing and we had such high hopes but were so very disappointed. We had breakfast from there two days in a row. Smoothies are delicious, as is their waffle, egg wraps and açaí bowl. Make sure to taste your iced decaf coffee before walking away because on day 2, I happened to do just that and it tasted as if they used cucumber water! The sweet girl at the pickup counter gave me cups filled with ice to pour hot coffee over - not ideal but it was fine. Lunch is another story - not one thing we ordered was good. Fuk Yu was mushy and tasteless. Shrimp tacos were packaged with the tacos on the very bottom of the container making it impossible to grab without them breaking. Kids turkey was skimpy on the turkey. 3.5 stars.... Joni's is definitely a place to bring your bougie hippy friends. If you want something organic, and gluten free, or something like a shot of wheat grass or some green smoothie after spin class, this is your spot. The place isn't necessarily all healthy though, they can certainly whip you up a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel if that's more your speed. Joni's is the kind of place that you order and pick up at the counter and find a seat. The space indoor is rather limited, especially on a busy weekend, but they do have a bunch of picnic tables outside. I created my own breakfast wrap ($9) and got a mixed berry muffin ($3) and both were perfectly fine except for the part where the muffin completely stuck to the paper and the wrap was a bit smaller than I expected. On the plus side the muffin was packed with fresh berries, more berries than actual muffin. My wife got another one of their breakfast wraps for $14 and an iced coffee. She was pleased with both. The prices are definitely verging on being a bit too high but are still reasonable enough for the area. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to order the same breakfast again if I was in the immediate area but wouldn't go out of my way to come back again if I had the chance to try somewhere better. read more

2 friends and myself went in to get some breakfast on a Monday morning. We waited about 20 minutes in line to order. I ordered Flax & Coconut Waffles that came with Syrup and Strawberry Butter, and a Large Coffee (this came to approximately $20). One of my friends ordered an egg white wrap, and my other friend ordered an Acai Bowl. While I waited almost another 20 minutes for my waffles at the counter, my friends got their orders much before me. The Acai Bowl was a TOTAL joke, we were actually laughing at how bad it was. They should take it off of their menu. I was so happy that I had changed my mind at the last minute to order waffles instead of an Acai Bowl, but I felt terrible for my friend. This Acai Bowl was $15 and it was literally a bowl of granola with about a Tablespoon of Acai and a few berries on top. Have you ever tried to eat a spoonful of dry granola? I promise, it's pretty awful. She wouldn't let me bring it back in for her, so she just left with $15 less in her pocket and an empty belly to start the day. I do have to say though, that my waffles were delicious. Not sure if they were worth $20, but very good none the less. I ordered an egg wrap with caramelised onion, goats cheese and bacon. I initially thought there was no bacon in it as it wasn't visible on either half, so brought it back. Apparently here was a bit of bacon, at one end of one half. Silly me for not noticing the most expensive piece of poor quality bacon in the world. Unfortunately for me the whole shop soon found this out when the counter girl shouted back to the kitchen staff "SHE DIDN'T SEE THE BACON". Thanks for that. The bacon debacle almost distracted me enough from the fact there was no real amount of goats cheese in the wrap either. Funky store. But the food and coffee leave a lot to be desired.
