From the start Jon was professional and super-nice and always responded within 24 hours. He was able to easily make adjustments to quotes in case we changed our minds and email them in an official format. The team that did the window install did a fantastic job and was able to install a new window in an older-style Spanish Revival frameless look (I forgot the right term). Jon has been a pleasure to work with during the entirety of getting 13 windows and a patio sliding door delivered and installed. We didn't have his team install for us, but he went out of his way to meet with me early in the morning (6am!) to show me my options. He walked me through the different type of glass (sound proofing, uv protection, etc), didn't try to upsell me, and gave me his opinion from being in the business for as long as he has. This was after he reached out to me with a general quote for what we were looking for. Not only did he have the lowest price, he was super fast on the turnaround of getting the invoices and paperwork out to Milgard to get the windows/door delivered quickly. Once we received the windows we noticed a few needed to be either replaced or adjusted. Jon was able to get a follow-up order in right away and Milgard dropped the ball a couple of times (they came out with the right grids but not the right thickness), missed an appointment date because the factory was backed up in Simi Valley with trinsic orders, and finally had the correct ones come out. I could always reach out to Jon since Milgard wasn't the best at communicating appointment times or dates and he'd get back to me right away with when the system was showing that info. All in all, a great experience. If Milgard could get their act together it would have made an even better experience, but for Jon's part he (and his team) are doing top notch work. What I never wrote a review for Jon's I am must really be slipping since mid 2019 everything has been in turmoil. with the exception of getting new windows. Jon's first crew came out was clean efficient worked straight through lunch worked all day long extremely hard. Came back the next day and brought a guy to do a little plastering where they had shipped out some on the outside and installed the awnings. We had them redo four specialty windows while the installation was OK from the outside inside inside they did do a little damage which they didn't rectify but we took care of it ourselves. Wasn't that big of a deal great crew to work with cleanup was excellent. Certainly can tell the difference in the house with a new deal paned windows. I still have four more to do but since they are on the alarm system I have to wait until I can get the alarm company to send somebody out to disconnect them have the windows put in and reconnected all in the same day come on Covid go away.
