Absolutely the BEST! Literally the BEST! I had issues with multiple dentist offices in the past but not with them. They are very honest people and they treat you as a person not as a client. They absolutely want nothing but the best for you and they have patience with you every step of the way. I have been having issues with my wisdom teeth for over a decade back and forth. And the dentist I had come across were not convincing at all because they only wanted what could put more money into their pockets. Not Dr. Flores. This place literally cares for you. I have left a previous review regarding this practice but after yesterday I feel they deserve another review. I had a root canal done and everyone let me know how awful they are. To be honest, I could of fallen asleep during the procedure. The Dr. was gentle, explained everything he was doing and kept checking with me to make sure I was okay. His assistant was just as awesome! After my procedure, Dr. Flores himself checked with me to see how everything went and took the time to show me and explain my xrays. I have been seeing Dr. Flores since I was a little girl. I followed him to Downey from South Gate and I'm so glad I did! I'm not sure why a previous review said that the technology he uses is out of date, that was not my experience at all! Every time I go in they are offering a new service (tooth whitening, teeth straightening, etc.). He is incredibly gentle and so understanding of the anxiety/nerves that come with seeing the dentist. This last time, I saw the new dentist, Dr. Ibrahim. In addition to getting my teeth cleaned, I've had to get a few fillings this last time. She is young and just as patient and gentle as Dr. Flores. I have been with Dr. Flores 15+ yrs. My parents and Auntie use to see him when his office was in South Gate. 0n 6/11/20 I had an appointment with Dr. Flores to glue back on my 1 Veneer that feel off. Well come to find out my husband change our Dental plan from a PPO to HMO. The receptionist said I can not be seen cause Dr Flores does not take HMO. She and the other receptionist treated me as if this was my first visit ever. Mind you I've know these people for a very long time and have been a loyal customer. They sent me on my merry way I felt all this time I've been going to that office it's been fake cause that's how they treated me. They just showed me that Dr. Flores office is ALL ABOUT MONEY and not loyal to their customers. Should have NEVER came here, office is not up to date with technologie.Prices are ridiculous even if you have PPO insurance . Over charge my insurance and myself. Got my tooth extracted my insurance covered 90% I still had to pay $400 out of pocket, which I did not agreed. Called my insurance company asap and they told me doctor was in-network with my insurance and my copay would only be $35. Financial girls do not know how to add nor subtract. Be aware call your dental insurance before any procedure. Ask for the code for procedure, patients are allowed to ask for that. This offices sees patients as $$$$ (money) signs. read more
