My wife wanted a custom job done for her engagement ring; Joseph Jewelry was extremely helpful and patient throughout the design process, and the ring came out exactly how we wanted it. They provided photoshop mockups of a custom design, CAD renders, and a 3D-printed mockup before we got the actual rings themselves--far above what I expected, and perfect for tweaking the design to be just what we wanted. We ended up going back to Joseph Jewelry for our wedding bands as well. Tyler, in particular, was great to work with and made the entire ring design and diamond selection process go very smoothly. PreCOVID I was in search of a place that would make something unique and beautiful for my fiancé. I found Joseph Jewelry, and I am so happy that I did. They have everything that I wanted. 1) Ethical This is something I wanted something that I would have peace of mind with, and I love how they have the option of recycled metal and lab-created gems. 2) Quality They make things hand made. I feel this is a lost art. I knew my fiancé's ring to be engraved, and I have to say they did a phenomenal job. 3) Customer Service. I have to say working with them and just inquiring about my options, they have been so helpful! I have worked with other jewelers, and I have to say, they set the bar high! Now, let's talk about the process. The process of making a customized made ring was easy. I emailed the team, and they would provide me with an insight into what they recommended. They did require a CAD fee that would then go toward making the ring come to life. Once I received the ring, it was so beautiful! It was everything that I imagined and wanted for my fiancé. When I asked my fiancé to put it on, it didn't fit. It was not their fault, but my fiancé's since he's the one who told me his ring is a size 8 (LOL!). I contacted them again and asked them what they recommended, and they provided me with steps. It did take a while for me to get the "true" size of my fiancé's since everything was closed down due to COVD, and I'm from Los Angeles, which has stricter protocols. Once we were able to get the size, which is a 10, they did tell me that it would be some difficulty since they would have to add metal, and the engraving would be interrupted. I honestly trusted them in this process since they were the experts in this. They did show me what was done, and I was so impressed. My fiancé was also blown away with his ring. I even told him how happy I was with everything. Once COVID-19 is over, we do plan to go visit one of your locations and pick out another ring for our anniversary or have it custom-made. There was one problem that Joseph Jewelery was able to solve that no other Jewlers were able to solve and that was get my ring adjusted and ready for pickup next day. I called Thursday afternoon and had the ring in their store around 2pm. They got the ring adjusted next day and got a call in the afternoon that it was ready for pickup. Other Jewlers told me it was not possible. Also want to mention the number of diamonds and design was explicitly high quality compared to other Jewlers. Their service was definitely A++ and I would recommend you call this location first before asking around other Jewlers. I'm all about time over money and they definitely saved me incredible amount of time for an incredible reasonable price. When my now husband and I were ready to start looking for an engagement ring, we thought something custom would be out of our price range. We stopped at Joseph Jewelry on a bit of a whim and cannot say enough good things about our experience. The sales staff asked us a ton of questions, listened carefully to what we were saying (and not saying), and helped us design the perfect ring within our budget. At no point were they pushy nor did they put any pressure on us. They worked with us through every step of the process to ensure the ring was exactly what we had envisioned. Having a wax mold makes a world of difference! We knew that both our wedding bands needed to come from Joseph as well. I wanted a somewhat complicated tracer band to match my ring. Before we even got a chance to see it, we heard from the design staff that their first attempt wasn't as close of a fit as they wanted and that they would keep trying until it fit perfectly.
