The most rude 'professional' I have encountered. Our introduction included a berating of how my child needed deep cleaning. She just gave an attitude as if the purpose of the dentist is NOT to clean teeth!!! So baffled I had no clue why she needed to talk to me. Her patient in the chair is 18. An adult able to talk and maintain eye contact. But after about 20 minutes I'm informed there is an additional cost not covered by my insurance. Oh effin K!!! Where do we pay?!!! I should have left right then. Today we arrive for an appointment just for trays. I must have received 10 reminders. Mint Dentistry needed the reminder!!! We arrive to no person at the front desk. 5 turned to 10 minutes. Lead to a phone call. I watch my call arrive to a phone that has the ringer OFF!!!!! The after hours line answers and they try the same thing - twice - the phone is on silent!!!! 20 minutes later we see the first sign of life. To be informed we are short staffed!! ‍ ... the entire staff should leave cause they are on a horrible path!!! I've already seen 2 locations closed. I'm so sorry I even came for the free teeth whitening promo.

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, nothing. Every time they promised to call back, they didn't. At the start of the week, I told them I'm going out of town on a business trip and that my tooth is killing me. They still didn't follow through. Now I'm traveling and stuck trying to find another dentist while I'm out of town. Save your money. Do not go to this place. There used to be a dentist there, Dr. Shepherd, he was amazing. I referred six people there from my business, and they were all super happy. But whoever bought Dr. Shepherd's practice... stay far away. They don't do what they say they're going to do.

There is a wider issue with transparency in the dental profession that social media helps but does not solve. Unless you have the Cadillac of dental insurance plans (i.e. you will owe nothing after whatever the dear Dr Williams suggests), be super clear about what's covered vs what's not, what's required and what's a nice-to-have. With that said, this is a common issue with any medical / dental profession as the provider seeks to solve the problem they are presented with, as they see it and based on the training they received.

The staff are friendly and they are also the reason my insurance covers most of my treatment. They informed me my provider had better plans than what I had originally. My hygienist Rebecca was amazing. She was very thorough and explained everything so well. My treatment plan and how it affects me and my health. When I get treatment they offer me a list of items I can have such as a blanket, water, the remote to the tv and several other items. They provide me with glasses for my treatment and a hot towel to clean my face. I definitely don't mind visiting the office when I typically go running.

I had some of the worst dental pain I've ever experienced last weekend (Saturday into Sunday…read morenight), and I was honestly just trying to find someone who could help quickly. I reached out to a few offices, and Dr. K actually called me back himself and got me scheduled the same day. From the moment I walked in, the experience felt easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't waste time getting to the root of the issue (no pun intended). He took care of what he could right away and made sure I was referred to an endodontist for a root canal without any delay. What really stood out to me was the follow-up. He personally checked on me before my procedure and again after, just to make sure I was okay. That level of care isn't something you come across often. I'll definitely be continuing my dental care with him and his office. One thing I do want to mention: if you're scrolling through older reviews, just know those are from years ago and reflect a completely different doctor and staff. From my experience, that's not what this office is now at all. I wouldn't want that to take away from what he's building. Grateful I found them when I needed it most. Highly recommend.

Dr. Figueroa is quite comforting, she knew how scared I was.
