I show up for my appointment and the girl at the front says that she's going to contact me back to get rescheduled but never did. I called five times today before I got connected to someone and their next availability was over six weeks later. I felt that was unacceptable so I asked to speak to somebody else. I get connected with the office manager, and she tells me the same thing. I'm obviously very frustrated and she tells me I need to drop the attitude otherwise they don't need to serve me. Dr. Williams is usually but her front desk staff and office manager is horrible. Would give it a zero out of five if I could.

The I am not so happy with my hygienist; she is always late, then she is doing my cleaning in about 20 minutes (not sure if she doing everything in such short time) and she doesn't always do the measurements, so I don't know how my gums are doing. My opinion: they have to step up, or they will lose some of dr. Hoffman patients.

It was so bad that I was crying on the plane! For the record, I'm pretty tough. When I got home, I located this dental office via the *phone book* - I admit, I didn't use Yelp at that time. Though note, Floridians didn't know what Yelp was then! Anyway, I got an appointment right way - within a few days. I went in for the appointment; they conducted x-rays of my teeth (I despised this part) AND offered to extract all four of my wisdom teeth during the SAME appointment. I said YES! I was awake during the process though very thankful for the local anesthetic(s) - I felt nada! Well until afterward... Though I was prescribed a high-dose NSAID (in addition to an antibiotic) which helped to reduce the pain & inflammation. I ate real food (though cautiously and slowly) on the same day! I recovered well. Anyway, the service at this office was excellent and exceeded my expectations! Friendly staff. FYI, they speak Spanish - if needed.
