I use to have to travel an hour and and half to get delicious poke, but not anymore. This place definitely curbs my sushi/poke cravings and is super delicious. The only thing I would change, as other reviewers had mentioned, is that they should mix the sauces with protein choices and select toppings. Coming home from a swim meet the kids were hungry... found this place and loved it. We all got bowls with rice at the bottom and several yummy toppings. The sauces on top were key. The poke bowls came with fruit including mango, pineapple, cantaloupe, and strawberries. We would all definitely come here again... the food was all amazing and the service was great. I am so excited/happy to see a poke place in Springfield! I've tried poke in several different cities and I must say, this place is great. I like how they don't cut you off on the toppings and the fish tastes very fresh. I usually just stick with the salmon bowl and load the toppings. Also, the inside is super cute and well decorated. I love joy bowl and the service it usually very good. Always satisfied. But today on august 19th at 2pm I went in to order 3 bowls and the two girls that were working were extremely rude and didn't seem to want to do their job. They complained under their breath because I wanted 3 bowls and the experience I had today was just not a good one. I felt like my order was just an inconvenience for them. I didn't know there were a few Joy Bowl locations around the area! I ordered from the Springfield location and it was amazing! Between the spring rolls, the Hawaiian classic bowl, and having Hawaiian Sun (my favorite beverage ever), it was all sooooo good! The food was fresh and at the perfect temperature, even on a hot summer day. Wow! I am so impressed with this local chain and everyone needs to try it!
