    Steak Quesadilla
    Tina C.

I ordered delivery through Door Dash, and my order was packed nearly- no spills. I had the chicken noodle soup, and it wasn't salty, which I appreciated. The soup even has potatoes, which was a nice touch. I also had a steak quesadilla- large portion, enough for two meals. Prices were reasonable, and I'd definitely order from them again.

I was in the mood for Mexican, so I ordered lunch here. I ordered the shrimp tacos online for pick up. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and was greeted. I was offered some lemonade, which was nice. The food was ready and I left. When I dug in, the tacos were pretty good! I just wish they had flour tortillas because the corn ones break easy. The shrimp was flavored nicely. All in all I had a good experience.

Note: A good 90% of these reviews are posted on the other review site and the owner is much more active there. I only added it here so more people could find out. You can also call them if you want a specific soup and they'll most likely be able to make it also which is very nice. Anyway, I have been here a few times. The groceries here are primarily Polish though there's also some other goods (primary European outside of their drinks.) There's not many options for a light healthy lunch/dinner in these parts and this feels most welcome. The salads are large with a great mix of toppings though one of the pieces of chicken had some cartilage. Both of the soups I have had have been good, their Forest mushroom bisque and a soup with Kielbasa. I had their burgundy beef once which was good also. A bit small of a portion but the flavor was quite nice. This is a new place with a very nice owner. I'll probably move this down to a 4 eventually but for now, they are new so a bit of slack can be given.

    Zuppa Toscana

Wow the zuppa Toscana was so amazing. Possibly the best soup I've ever tasted not kidding. And the owner is super sweet. I'll be back a bunch.

I had my Easter meal catered by Paul at the Soup Maison. It is so delicious! I know my photo does not do this meal justice. Amazing!

Such delicious, fresh and healthy soups, stews and meals. Plus the owner is a delight to talk to and very accommodating. This has become my favorite place to puck up a meal. Very healthy and fresh. Delicious foods at a comparable price. Also, simple foods available to pick up at standard price. No upcharges. Reasonable. I am a loyal customer and am so grateful for Paul and his skill as a chef. You'll be happy you stopped by.

So after running some errands and doing a bit of shopping at the mall, I decided to stop by. I ordered two Tacos and a Guava+ basil water. One taco was chicken al pastor and the other was carne asada. Here is my rating for the experience: -Food: 9/10 -Customer Service: 9/10 -Decor, Organization & Cleanliness: 10/10 The best part of the tacos is definitely the tortilla. It's a bit thicker than what you would normally use at home in Mexico. It seems to be made the traditional way by grinding the corn rather than using processed corn flour. And its flavor is sooooo gooood!!! Because of this, the taco doesn't fall apart while you're eating it, no matter how much liquid or salsa is inside. Congratulations to this growing franchise and blessings to the whole team. Thank you, see you soon!

This one is very good. I got chicken tinga, al pastor, and chorizo and they were all very good, packed with flavor. Chicken tinga is nice shredded up chicken with really good flavor. The Alpastor was very good, great flavor cooked good. Comes topped with pineapple. The chorizo was my favorite it was slightly spicy but great flavor. Love that it's crumpled up. I only gave it 4/5 stars cause it was a bit pricey it was $21 for 4 tacos but they were very good definitely worth the money. Service was great you can order from the person or there is a iPad to order on. They came out fast. Lots of seating inside as well, high top tables and regular tables towards the back. I will definitely be back

It's on the top floor (or the ground level if you're coming from an outdoor parking lot) and one of several mall eateries that aren't in the food court. The ordering decision tree proceeds as follows: 1) Decide whether you want tacos, cheesy tacos (called, quesatacos) or a platter, 2) Pick your proteins (vegetarian options available), and 3) Determine which toppings and accoutrements you want on top of your tacos. The best part of ordering was seeing the fresh masa and tortilla press right behind the counter, a reassurance that these tortillas would be as fresh as one can get. And they were. Not only that, the meats inside them were incredible. We tried the birria, carne asada, crispy fish, and smoked chicken, all of which were conversation-silencing delicious. I'm also not a bit embarrassed to admit I sipped straight from the small cup of that rich consommé that's meant as a dipping broth for the birria tacos. If I had to pick a least favorite from the bunch, it would be the smoked chicken, but that's not to say they were bad; the other ones just blew me away far more. The chicken tacos were packed with tender meat and redolent of smoked wood, a flavor I wouldn't have expected to encounter in the middle of a shopping mall. Most of the restaurant space seems to be reserved for the ordering and food prep area, but there's a decently sized seating area right outside the restaurant and even more places to sit a little further away from Carlito's if the tables are full.

This vibrant culinary tapestry weaves together indigenous ingredients, European techniques, African traditions, and Asian influences to create some of the world's most exciting and diverse food experiences. For over the past two decades, these chefs have elevated traditional ingredients and techniques to new heights. We've passed this restaurant many times on a busy River Road in Fair Lawn and decided to stop in. Upon entering this warm and cozy interior without a reservation as first-timers, my partner and I managed to locate a table outside on this summer-like day. Juany's Cafe is a cozy, family-run establishment making a great impression as a place for brunch on locals and visitors. The owner is Peruvian, and the Mexican cook began in the kitchens of his homeland, known for its authentic Latin-inspired cuisine. We decided on the Latin bowl with marinated steak accompanied by black beans, sautéed veggies, avocado, and sweet plantains & Grilled Chicken Burritos with Sweet Potato Fries. Complimentary fruit salad started our meal. All ingredients were fresh, and the seasonings were unique with their bold flavors. There was a wait time for food as everything was homemade, made to order, and well presented. The prices were more than reasonable considering the quality of the food. Our server was friendly and accommodating. The service was a bit slow due to a large party group. Brunch is the norm here, but we can't wait to try it out for dinner.

We grabbed a table on a Saturday night we were immediately impressed by the amazing smells upon entering . I spent my summers in Italy growing up and this place took me back . Hubby had the eggplant parm and I did the pasta with shrimp and broccoli . We also got a side of broccoli rabe, the meals also came with a nice side salad . The portions are a realistic smaller size and delicious. Unbelievably so! Fresh and great quality olive oil is used you can taste the difference. Decided to do a triple birthday dinner for my mom my aunt and myself + 2 others. It was sweatshop hot in there. Then it got cool (tease) then back to hot. Waitress was extremely nice, patient and understanding. I ordered white sangria. First sip, I smell dirty tap water. Thought it was just me. Tried a few more sips and the smell then the taste got worse. I couldn't do it. Complained. It kinda seems like the waitress knew what I was talking about. Ok get a new drink, different type of glass, yum. Little bit later ask for a Pepsi, no ice. Get it. Taste it, SOAP. Now usually my sister thinks I overreact sometimes and she will call me out. She tasted it and same. You could smell it. Complained again. Got offered a 20 ounce bottle, awesome! Thanks. You'd think they'd comp it?!?! Nope. 3.50. Maybe 1/2 price on the sangria?!? Nope $13 or whatever it was. Ordered apps. Nachos and plantains, delicious! Quesadilla.....3 itty bitty triangles meant for a toddler. Whatever, live and learn. Ordered entrees. My 1 sister and I get fajitas, her steak and shrimp, me just shrimp (add extra). When I think fajitas, I think decent portion of deliciously seasoned protein, lots of peppers and onions (I did say light onion), juicy just waiting to be devoured. Sure the plates were sizzling.....with overcooked flavorless proteins, (with the $11 UPCHARGE x2 for extra shrimp I got 9 and a half pieces total; she got 4) and get this.....1 piece of undercooked green pepper, 1 piece of red pepper, 5 onion slices AND 1 SLICE OF TOMATO!!!!! Huh?!? Never had fajitas with tomatoes, ever. Shrimp had to be pried off the HOT plate. WAY OVER COOKED. Did I mention NO flavor. Anywho bottom line we didn't complain about the fajitas. We just packed them up and decided someone at home can have them. The other 3 meals (enchiladas, skirt steak, and a burrito) were enjoyed! $336 (that includes a great tip) and not even an "I'm sorry for all the issues and disappointment here's a brownie on the house" lol or maybe the extra tortillas I asked for. SOMETHING, ANYTHING. Nope, nothing. I didn't take photos because I wasn't going to post this and just let it go and not go back, but after thinking about it for the last hour, I HAD TO. Sooo disappointed.
