Always great food. Service is good. Great value for the price. Weekends are expensive though and if you dont eat seafood you're paying for it still. Im allergic to shell fish so I can't eat crab legs or shrimp so I avoid the weekend price. Other than that its great. read more

I liked the good variety of tasty foods, the polite, attentive service and the reasonable price during my off-peak visit. My early weekday lunch buffet ($12.99) included a fruit bar, a salad bar, a hibachi grill, pho, a seafood bar with sushi, sashimi, kimchi and shrimp, a fair selection of Chinese favorites, a roast beef carvery, fried foods (including fried chicken) and desserts. The foods were at appropriate temperatures, but the labeling was spotty. I noticed two dining areas and seating around the buffet area. Went here for some authentic Chinese food. The food was great but one of the waitresses ruined my appetite. The reason she ruined my appetite is because she was yapping so much in Chinese loudly interrupting our formally conversation. She also was wearing sandals that showed her big toe. Also these children were running around the building like it was a jungle gym. One of them showed up in those children onesie. As the little kid was running around he grabbed a plate looked at it and put it on his head. Then proceeded to put it back grab a new one and start serving himself. As he was serving noodles he slipped on thin air thronging his noodles in the air. Shocked I thought where are these kids parents? Anyways this place was still good. And mostly clean experience for the waitress big toe. read more

*New Location Alert* Today we finally decided to come try out the new Joy Wok location! When we first got here I immediately noticed it was very spacious, very clean but relatively packed. It took us about 10-15 minutes to be seated just based on the fact that it was only one person available for seating us. After being seated we had to wait an additional 20 minutes just to get water at the table. The servers were scarce so it was alot going on. All in all, the food was good & the space was clean, so I would come back. read more

First time visit. Buffet runs about $26 and it is a healthy buffet. It could have more vegetables but everything was tasty. There is a hibachi station that has great salmon and crab legs. However I do not recommend the crab legs because there is no seasoning at all I mean, just bland crab legs. No seasoning ‍ As far as ambiance, for Friday night, it is pretty steady and busy but manageable. Communication was difficult as there were not a lot of English speaking servers. This is not a restaurant I would dine at regularly, but it is OK for a hit and miss every now and then experience. read more

The buffet here is amazing: great wide selection of proteins all prepared very well, and also-well-prepared side dishes. (Also a very nice dessert section, with all of the usual items plus great little cakes that are yummy but not overly filling. In 3-4 varieties!) The service here was perfect in all of my visits... they were welcoming but never pushy or critical. Just smooth and pleasant. They could give lessons to other places about how to treat guests. The ambience on my visits was always pleasant. Maybe a little upscale in decor for a buffet which feels nice, but the lunch pricing suits my budget, and I love this restaurant. My mom, sons, and I came in to try the buffet since we'd heard well of it. The location is quite close to my mom's home and we decided to check it out. Walking in, the restaurant was vey clean and well tempered. It wasn't really busy and we were fine with that! On the side where the seating resides, there's a really nice bar area with a couple tvs for viewing sports. Quite nice! On the other side, the buffet area was extremely clean and the hibachi, and sushi stations were well kept. The food looks great and fresh. The taste matched the visuals. I was very pleased at how fresh and clean tasting everything was. My young children are quite particular with food and don't like greasy foods and they are a good amount for a two and four year old! I didn't try the hibachi or sushi stations this first visit, but I May in the future! The service was pleasant and our server was very courteous in asking if we wanted more refreshments instead of just getting us more. She was awesome in allowing us to enjoy our meals without many interruptions. For the first visit, I was very pleased. I hope the location has longevity and keeps up their great menus read more

Don't go to Joy wok they don't explain what the cost will end up being. We thought it was $15 for the no seafood it was. she brought us our bill. Our waitress also never spoke to us and explained how it works. All she did was fill up water and she brought a third check and it was $30 and we all just have rice and chicken. we walked in and it looked promising because it's so pretty in there, but the food was shit. Joy Wok, is amazing! Had a hard, stressful, and just tired out Christmas. Up all night getting stocking together, moving presents. So happy I was able to relax with family and didn't have to cook. Huge selection of food, so everyone gets what they want. Such wonderful, nice and attentive service. Christmas night was the best! I would strongly recommend this restaurant. We had a horrible experience at Joy Wok. We were really excited about the new restaurant but to our dismay, there was a roach crawling on the wall where we were eating. We told staff who did NOTHING. They didn't even apologize. We ended up walking out without them saying one word to us. Needless to say we will never be back but I hope that this place doesn't make too many people too sick with conditions like that. Highly disappointing.
