We were seated quickly and it wasn't too busy when we came in. The atmosphere was stylish and comfortable, with many arrangements of tables that gave a sense of privacy, with bamboo and clear plastic dividers. The service was attentive and good, our orders came out in a timely manner with everything correct. The food was delicious, I would definitely recommend the udon! The sushi rolls were also really good, with great portion size for the price. The crab rangoons were also tasty, and came with sweet and sour dipping sauce. On the other side of the restaurant, they had hibachi tables for chefs to cook at the table with fun fire displays. In the center was the sushi station, and you could see chefs assembling sushi there too. Overall, a great experience, and I wish I had known of it sooner! Will definitely go back.

Food is good but it's more of an experience than anything- more expensive than other area food options as everything seems extra ( fried rice +$3) but frankly cooking the food in front of everyone is some of the appeal so not getting fried rice would be really boring if sitting at a hibachi table

Delicious! Fresh! We keep coming back! We've gotten great service and the food and sake is excellent! Wonderful staff!

Came here for date night, food and service 10/10. I could literally eat here everyday! The food is SOoooo good! There isn't anything that I've tired here that I didn't like. I ordered the Japanese seaweed salad for my app. Entree was fried rice steak , lobster and shrimp. Their teriyaki chicken is also really good, definitely try it. I highly recommend this hibachi spot you will NOT be disappointed.

This was a great find in the Tiffany springs area! We had a few hours before our flight and wanted an excellent meal. We found it here with the hibachi grill. Food was cooked excellent and service was good. I recommend the filet cooked medium rare. It was amazing. Can't wait to go back!

Everything we had was great!! Can't wait to come back. Service was super fast, Chef was cheerful and skilled. Typical noise level for this type of restaurant. Family friendly, good prices, great value for amount of food.

I do like the food here, and the service is always friendly. I do wish they would do a better job of cleaning though. The floors are always sticky, the cocktail menu at our table was filthy. It would make the place so much better if they just gave it a good scrub!!!!

We came here for a special occasion. Food had good flavor and everyone was very friendly. I made reservations and I'm glad that I did. I called back to try to adjust my reservation and the lady on the phone said they only had one cook for the evening, so my reservation would get pushed out quite a bit. We opted to keep the original reservation. My son had Mongolian last week at a different place which is also located north of the river. He said the other place had larger portions than this one. Food tasted about the same. I also felt like the portions were a little bit smaller, so that would be the only negative. The menu had dessert on it but when we were done, no one came around to ask if we wanted dessert. We did feel like we were rushed to get out. That might be because they were a little short staffed. Plenty of parking and easy to identify the restaurant from the street.

Fast service and good sushi for the price. We definitely think there's nicer sushi out there but for the price, this was pretty good! We liked both our rolls and the soup but I wouldn't recommend the smoked/or cooked salmon roll- can't remember the name of it.

Came here with a few friends for lunch. They weren't busy at the time. Welcoming nice atmosphere. Loved the added touch of the cute little container of flowers on each table. We started out sharing the deviled eggs. Two with Sriracha, two with smoked salmon, and two with bacon. Loved them! Also shared the brussel sprouts which were good, but it seemed like it was missing something. I ordered the artichoke carbonara. It was very tasty and rich. I've never had bucatini noodles. It holds the sauce very well because they're basically like noodle straws. The egg on top was an excellent added addition to the dish. I really wanted a dessert, but I was so full after eating. After I left, I wish I ordered one to take home. Next time for sure. Oh almost forgot our waitress was excellent.

Bonus points: it was restaurant week, so I got to explore a curated menu. I started with the lobster bisque, it was very rich, velvety, and loaded with generous chunks of lobster in every spoonful. For the main, I went with the 8oz filet mignon cooked medium, and it was executed flawlessly tender, juicy, and cooked exactly to temperature. While exceptional food is always memorable, what truly sets a restaurant apart is outstanding hospitality and customer service. During our visit to Bristol, one person made our experience unforgettable: General Manager Brittany Padillas. I was excited to try the Lobster and Crab Roll, but I have a severe allergy to crab while lobster is perfectly safe for me. I asked our server, Ryan, if it would be possible to prepare the roll without the crab. He told me confidently that it couldn't be done because the lobster and crab were already premixed I asked if he could possibly ask someone and he said no. I was quite disappointed because I really wanted to try their roll. Although I suspected there might be another way, I didn't want to make an issue of it, so I simply accepted his answer with reluctance. A few moments later, as I was walking to the restroom, I happened to meet Brittany Padillas, GM for Bristol, She warmly asked how everything was, and I told her our meal had been wonderful except that I wasn't able to order the Lobster and Crab Roll because of my crab allergy. I explained what our server Ryan had stated. Without hesitation, she responded, "We absolutely could have accommodated you." She explained that the kitchen could prepare a fresh lobster roll without the crab. She asked if my husband and I had about 10 minutes to wait before leaving, and of course we gladly did. A short time later, Brittany personally brought me the most delicious, fresh, warm lobster roll I have ever eaten. It was absolutely outstanding. I was so impressed. What impressed me even more than the food was Brittany's attitude. The word "no" simply doesn't seem to exist in her customer service vocabulary. She genuinely cares about every guest's experience and goes above and beyond to make things right. Her professionalism, leadership, compassion, and commitment to excellence are exactly what every General Manager should strive for. As someone who has spent more than four decades in the culinary industry, and a professional food critic I can confidently say that Brittany Padillas is one of the finest General Managers I've ever encountered. Her hospitality is exceptional, her dedication is genuine, and she represents Bristol with the highest level of excellence. Thank you, Brittany, for turning what could have been a disappointment into one of the highlights of our dining experiences. Because of you, we will absolutely be back when we are in town and I highly recommend Bristol to anyone looking for not only outstanding food but world-class customer service. So yes it's possible to get a "Lobster Crab Roll without the crab or maybe without the lobster" just ask Brittany!
