Welcome to the best and cheapest high quality buffet in town!! Especially in this economy, it's hard to find a place with so much food and variety for this price. I went for an early dinner around 5 pm and saw that the buffet was fully stocked with options for everyone. They mainly focus on Chinese and Mexican food items and have more than 20+ dishes ranging from Chinese + kids appetizers, all sorts of noodles - lomein to Mei fun, Beef - Chicken - Pork - Shrimp stirfries/main courses, amazing variety of Mexican food ranging from pork and chicken in red sauce, Mexican pasta, rice, fried plantains etc along with 6 types of soups ranging from egg drop to Mexican spicy shrimp soup to chicken n noodle soup - emmmm you name it. Sooooo all this for $14.95 is a steal. Honestly, what surprised me was the taste because usually buffets focus on quantity and not quality - these had a great flavor, were fresh ,full of seasoning and were refilled regularly. The desert section also had decent variety ranging from jellies, fresh fruits to small pastry cakes. Overall, getting this huge selection for that price when you can get barely get 2 burgers at Culver's for $15 or one at five guys ($10 double patty burger) is an incredible deal. Otherwise service was good, servers were friendly and did clean the plates as soon as you finished so that the tables remained clean. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was kept clean and there was a lot of place to sit even though the restaurant was full at 5 pm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Cheers to great experience without spending a fortune - I will be back for more. Dragon Empire Buffet is worth visiting!

Excellent service and the food was fantastic. Nice variety from soups, appetizer, main course and dessert. Loved the Chinese green beans. It's so hard to find them cooked this perfect. Very clean restaurant plus the buffet was gorgeous nice looking, clean and inviting. The only thing I didn't like was the egg drop soup. The flavor was delicious but the egg was so large like scrambled eggs.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Visited on a Wednesday night and there were hardly anybody there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They had what I would say was a smaller selection than most but some differences as well. They had combo chicken, beef, shrimp fried rice which you never see at a buffet and they also had a Mexican section with Mexican rice and taquitos and whatnot. They have single serve ice cream cups in vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry which is better compared to self scooping in my opinion. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff was nice and everything was clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Prices weren't bad, you can pay for a to-go box if you don't want to stay and load it up as much as you'd like. Not my favorite but it's not the worst I've been too!

Sesame honey chicken. Crispy on the outside, NOT dry on the inside.

I was back in town for another soccer tournament and had to come back and try this place again. It did not disappoint. The restaurant looks small from the outside, but that's deceptive. They actually have a lot of seating, and they keep the place clean and tidy. If you're looking for a greasy spoon, this isn't it. They seem to care about making sure the food actually tastes good. You can see the quality of the ingredients used here, and food tastes delicious. I've been to A LOT of Chinese buffets and this is one of the best in terms of cleanliness, taste, and service. I got a few more photos of the food this time. I made sure to take them before I started eating. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you haven't tried it, you really should. They have a good variety, including both mild and spicy dishes, and some seafood. I wanted to keep eating but eventually I got too full. I'm sure I'll be back, possibly as soon as tomorrow!

Pretty dim selection of buffet type "Chinese" dishes and a selection of various pork and bone in meat in Mexican red sauce, green sauce, etc. Mostly sad and lacking in flavor- see the "Mexican spaghetti" dish which appeared to be a pile of buttered spaghetti noodles with a wee bit of Parmesan on top. It was over $15 which isn't a good price for the lack of selection. No one spoke much English there. No idea who my server was as I never got my water refilled. The ice creams were all dirtied with frozen ice cream leaked from elsewhere which was really unappealing even after I dusted off all the frost crystals. I'd really need to be desperately starving to eat here again and I'm no food snob at buffets.

Great spot right by the mall. The interior is much bigger than it looks like from the storefront with plenty of seating inside for couples, families and groups. The service was awesome with everyone working together to clear plates, fill drinks, buss tables and checkout. If you ask they will make a custom dish to add to the buffet at no extra charge! For $10.95 weekday lunch you'll find good variety, small fresh portions refreshed often and a pleasant clean atmosphere. Some highlights for me were the egg rolls and crab Rangoon and something called Singapore noodles (curried glass noodles with lots of egg).

seafood options? and less than $15 for dinner? amazing

For a typical buffet, this is a good buffet to go to. The prices for their lunch and dinner are VERY reasonable and there is so much food that they offer! The service is great, and the staff was very attentive to us each time we've dined here! Again, this is a buffet, so the quality of the food is like any other buffet that you'd go to. But I'd say it's solid buffet food that is continuously refreshed, really great prices (I feel like it's one of the lowest ones I've seen...given how much food they offer and the quality of it) and good service. If you're in for a buffet-fixing, come here!

This new restaurant featured a buffet, with menu items available for takeout. My lunch buffet ($10.95 lunch M-Sa, $13.95 dinner and Sunday, with lower prices for kids) included access to the three buffet islands, which offered eight classic Chinese entrees (including chicken, beef and shrimp dishes), drumsticks, fries, rice, soups, fresh veggies, fresh fruits and desserts. Every item I tried at the buffet was nicely flavored and perfectly cooked except for the chicken on a stick, which was overcooked and dry. The drumsticks were especially good, and the fried rice was tasty and moist. I was disappointed to see that there were no labels above food items because they would have been helpful. I liked the spacious seating areas with booths and tables in three divided areas, background music and music videos playing on TV. The service was mixed, with friendly beverage and plate removal service at the table, but no plates being removed during my meal. It was also unusual not to receive a bill at the table. Instead, you pay at the front counter when ready and receive a receipt (upon request) that hasn't been itemized. Overall, it was a good, basic Chinese buffet with reasonable prices and room for improvement. A-OK.

It took them a little longer than I was quoted but it wasn't too much longer. The interior was very small with a capacity of 10. They do have a table but that's pretty much it. I would plan on taking it to go just due to space. Everyone was friendly and they made sure my order was correct when it was completed. I went with the beef and broccoli dinner combo. You get either white or fried rice. I went with fried. And it comes with an egg roll and a crab Rangoon. The crab Rangoon was large and had a sweet flavor to it. FYI: They use imitation crab for my friends with shellfish allergies. I also ordered an additional order of Rangoon and I wasn't disappointed with that decision. I think the egg roll was just a veggie one, they do have a pork and chicken option. It was fine but I preferred the Rangoon. I would try the other egg roll options in the future. I also added on a hot mustard sauce. That's a must. It's spicy. The beef and broccoli was really good. The broccoli was fresh and there were a few carrots. The beef was tender and without that weird fatty, gristly stuff. Definitely good quality. The fried rice was a bit plain. It's literally just fried rice, no veggies or egg. But it's also not at an up charge so I can't really complain. I also ordered egg drop soup. It's delicious and such a good value. I highly recommend it. I definitely plan on returning to try a few other menu options.

Both were a great deal for the price, good sized portions, and they come with a cup of soup too. My beef with mushrooms had insane flavor and I will be back asap for more. The fried rice was pretty good for a lunch special and the white rice is so fluffy! General Tso's has a decent kick, so be careful if you're more of a mild General Tso's person. Only downsides: the takeout bag had stuff leaking everywhere, and the egg rolls got soggy from steaming in the container. Also would've loved the crispy noodles for the soup. Dine-in is super limited (one table), but they do have chairs if you're waiting on a pickup. Parking was surprisingly easy: instead of pulling straight off the busy main road, you turn onto the side street and enter the lot from there, so you don't have to panic trying to cut into traffic. There's also a decent amount of parking around the area. Staff was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

Their menu consists of a lot of dishes, and some are quite unique .. you don't usually see items like bird's nest dishes at most Chinese restaurants around here except for maybe Bolings. Me and my husband visited on a Saturday night around 8 pm and really devoured our meal. The menu can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but you honestly can't go wrong with stir fries at any Chinese restaurant. For appetizers, we ordered chicken egg rolls, which were hefty and filling. For the main course, I ordered the chicken in black bean stir fry, and my husband got the shrimp Kung Pao chicken stir fry. We paired both with steamed rice. The black bean chicken was rich and earthy, with that deep, slightly funky flavor from the fermented black beans. It was very umami, salty and complimented nicely with the fresh, crisp vegetables and well-cooked chicken. I really liked it. The shrimp Kung Pao was spicy and tangy, with perfectly cooked shrimp (the fried shrimp covering was chefs kiss) and crispy veggies. Overall, we really enjoyed the food. The egg rolls were about $4 for two pieces, and the stir fries were around $17+ each. The portions are quite large compared to other places in the area, so the pricing seemed reasonable. For 2 main course dishes your bill could easily reach up to $40. Otherwise, The restaurant was clean, the staff was kind, and service was quick. It also wasn't too crowded when we visited. I would rate the service 4/5, mainly because we had to ask for silverware, condiments, and tissues separately. The food, though, is definitely a 5/5. Highly recommended! I will definitely return to have more dishes like beef chow fun, the soups and last, but not least BIRDS NEST!!

I ordered the spicy beef fried rice, the beef did not taste fresh and gave my rice a weird taste. The vegetable fried rice was dry BUT had an enjoyable blend of vegetables.
