You would think that since businesses like Chinese stores are on every other block these guys would provide even the slightest customer service in order to remain competitive... Well, guess again. So I decided to order duck for the first time. It is a bit pricey compared to my usual meals of Egg Foo Yung. This order, like most comes with a side of rice. I order and within a reasonable time they deliver my order. When I get my food, the white rice is missing. A simple mistake, it happens no big deal... I call up and explain that my rice is missing. They tell me that the delivery driver will return and bring me the order, I say okay and wait... and wait... and wait... I realize perhaps it is a busy night so I am understanding, but a wait more and about 45 minutes past and no food. The store is not THAT far from my location so I call again. They person on the phone tells me that the delivery driver is on his way. Happy to hear this, I say "thank you" and wait longer. It is well over an hour and still nothing. I wait.. and wait... and wait. I think that even if they are busy, putting me on the backburner to another order is still inappropriate, seeing how they messed up my order in the first place. I realize that the lady on the phone was lying because they would have been here by now, so I finally realize they weren't coming and drive to the store. I demand my food or a refund of my money, they tell me that the delivery man is on his way. Knowing it is their "go to" line I am not convinced, but I finally get a call from home and told that the food had arrived around the time I get to the store. The delivery man wordlessly and unapologetically handed the rice to them. I WILL NOT be visiting this business again, I urge others to stay away from them. Small businesses are not franchises and have little incentive to do better, let us hold them to a standard... let's not allow them to take advantage of people and not give our dollars. I adore this restaurant. I love everything i have ever tried from here. Particularly their singapore mei fun and the bubble tea which i buy almost every time because it is so good. In addition to the food, the workers are super friendly. One worker in particular stands out as she is usually there when i visit. Her name is May. She deserves as much recognition as the food because she is very outgoing, hardworking and welcoming (and she's pretty too!) This is where i go whenever i am in the mood for chinese food because this location has the perfect combination of friendly, dedicated workers and delicious food. read more

Some of the dishes here are fantastic (MuShu Pork, Fried Rice, Mango Smoothies, Mongolian Beef) others have gone down hill over the years and are almost to the point of horrible (WonTon soup, egg rolls). Once you get to know what to order, the experience is great, good food, delivered FAST, accurate and hot and they have friendly customer service. Very disappointed. Ordered through GrubHub, and I regret it. Food took almost an hour to get here. Cold, flavorless, and the dumplings are more mushy dough than anything. Only thing that wasn't bad was the wonton soup, which I probably would have given two stars for because I would have been impressed by them messing simple wonton soup up. I usually use these guys if I'm craving some MSG and those crunchy noodles. They have all of the standard Chinese fare as well as a couple of things I have never seen before. A few Thai dishes and a couple of different apps. The food is generally tasty and overall leaves you satisfied. My gripe with this place lies with the service, particularly their delivery man. He uses a couple of tricks to make his job easier and to annoy the shit out of me. First off he will call you and say he is outside. Lies. He calls you when he is five minutes or so away; so as to make you come outside or to wait by your door. He then pulls up and will not get out of his truck but rather forcefully wave and point at you and roll his window down an stick your food out. Essentially a hand off. I literally had to tell him to come to me in order to get him out of the car and when I asked for change you would have thought the world was over. Overall, decent food if you can laugh at the poor attitude of a career Chinese food guy. read more

Good food and great service. I ordered a chicken and vegetable dish not greasy and it was perfect. They did forget my egg roll and so kindly came back and delivered it and refused extra tip. I have ordered from many different Chinese places near Montclair State University and this one is by far the best! The boneless spare ribs are amazing!!! The delivery is FAST! As a student I have to say the prices compared to other Chinese places are a little higher. It would be nice to see a special deal for college students like the other Chinese delivery places. read more
