I stopped by for a few quick slices. This place was noticeable clean. I'm sure you have all been in little pizzerias that are dingy. Nice little family owned pizzeria where the pizza maker puts a little love into making pizza. I only tried their plain pizza but I'll definitely go back to try more food and you should too. They have coke and Pepsi for those of you that have a preference. I was happy they have canned soda because I avoid single use plastic when I can. Pasquale's used to be my go to pizzeria when I lived in the area from 1986 to 1989. I have driven by countless times since then reminiscing about all the great pizza and meals we had there. I couldn't take it any more. I made up my mind to give the place another try. And, I'm glad I did! I placed my standard order. Large mushroom pie, eggplant parm dinner, mussels and an chicken parm hero. When I went to pick up the order I never expected that the original owner would still be working in the kitchen after 37 years. Yet there he was. Absolutely Amazing! And the food was every bit of what I remembered. Excellent! Nothing fancy. Just good old school pizzeria fare very well done. Which isn't easy to find these days. The prices are very fair as well. Awakening from my slumber, the dreams and visions reminded me of one day in this quaint family eatery. One large pie with pepperoni was filling enough for many. The sauce as homemade as if Nonna was there in the kitchen daily, grabbing tomatoes from the vine with love. Authentic, real - deal, fantastic Italian. I get their chicken marsala and it's absolutely the best I've had. I order it with the garlic and oil linguini because the flavor is DYNAMITE! Their mussels are out of this world; their calamari is outstanding. Their salads, pizza, calzones, ANYTHING you order is great! It's a simple restaurant set up with all the flavor you'd find in a New York place. Also, Judy will greet you (or answer the phone) and you will know you have met the nicest person in the world. The stars are for service: the person who answered the phone was friendly and the delivery arrived on time. However, we found our half sausage/ half plain pie to be wanting. The sausage was chewy and there was way too much cheese. The crust was floppy and yet somehow still blackened on the bottom. Overall, edible but not the best. The only real record we could find of this place is here on Yelp. They have no website, and no menu posted anywhere online. Even though we're first time customers, they didn't send a menu along with the pizza for future reference. It's really the little things like that which makes a place stand out. It's a shame, really. I've lived across the street from this place for 2 years and I haven't tried it until now because of the Slice app. We never ordered here because it's randomly closed, and now, as a fat guy, this is the saddest thing in the world. I went basic- cheese and carbs ( plain pie, mozz sticks, and mozz fries). The cheese pull on the mozz sticks were what wet dreams are made of, the sauce robust. Speaking of sauce, you can taste that they don't just repurpose the pizza sauce for their mozz stick dipping sauce. The sauce on the pizza, sweet but savory with a fresh little how do you do of basil. A perfect debt to crust to sauce to cheese ratio, almost made from dimensions DiVinci himself sketched up. I walked in with my wife and were greeted by a lovely man and women (whom I do not know the dynamic of, yet hope to be like one day). We went here on a whim yesterday after reading the reviews. Friendly fast service and the pizza was a really great surprise. I go allover the place for a good pie and these guys fit the mold. This is a very small and cute pizza place. The food is delicious and I frequently catch my parents driving over a half hour to sneak this food. This is a family owned shop which means you get great service every time thanks to Franco. In an area where there are literally 20+ pizza shops in a two me radius, this little place stands out as one of the best. Thier pizza is delicious and always consistent. The Pasquales special, with meatball, pepperoni, peppers, and onions is a real gem. It comes with mushrooms on the menu, but I ask them to leave them off because I don't care for them. Chicken parm sandwich is very good also. There are always the same two people working whenever I go in. An older guy in the back making the food, and a younger girl at the register. I called to order and pay over the phone because I don't actually live in Little Falls. I was buying food for my boyfriend who was studying at home, and was going to surprise him. The girl who took my order over the phone was soooooo sweet, helpful, and just extremely pleasant to talk to. She even listened to my requests and left him a cute note with the food :). I wish I would have asked for her name. He got the food and said it was amazing and that it was "steaming" so I'm sure it was super fresh (chicken marsala) for it to stay that hot even after delivery. I have noticed that no one has left a review for Pasquale's in awhile so I wanted to update mine. Since my initial review: I have now lived in Little Falls for 2.5 years. Other pizza places have opened but I still ALWAYS order from Pasquale's. The pizza and service is top notch, let me give you an example: After a LONG night at work, I stopped in just before they were closing and asked for some slices. They were sold out. Frankly, since it was only 10 minutes before closing, I wasn't surprised. However, they offered to make me a French bread pizza, which sounded great to me. IT. WAS. AWESOME. A small Italian eatery I was recommended by mike from Wayne, what's crazy is its actually by my main tattoo shop I would go to! Their is absolutely no parking because it's on a st with no side parking where it's located, Their is parking up the block across from the sushi spot, Anywho I looked thru the menu and I went with the Chicken cutlet parmigiana, mike told their sandwiches were delicious so I had to try it for myself and Mann they don't cheap out on the chicken,sauce, and cheese for the sandwich... I've lived in the area for over 15 years and never heard of Pasquale's until I looked on Yelp last night in an effort to try a new place. The pizza arrived hot and in less than 30 minutes on a Friday night, which was great! I would have appreciated a printed menu with the delivery though since there isn't one online either. The sauce tastes very fresh and just a little bit sweet which, to my surprise, I really liked. I just wish there was more of it, there is definitely more cheese than sauce, but that's my personal preference. The crust is the "Goldie Locks" of pizza crust...not too thick, not too thin, but most importantly, it was not greasy at all. The woman I placed the order with was also very nice. Moved to this area few months ago and tried a bunch of the pizzerias in this area. Compared the pizza quality (sauce, dough, cheese, size, delivery time, etc.) to the price point and definitely came up with Pasq's as the best tasting pizza AND pricing was good too AND delivery time and delivery guys are great! The only thing that disappointed me was their Italian hero sandwiches are not made with the industry standard oil vinegar. Instead they use a balsamic vinegar, which totally throws off the Italian hero meat flavors. PLEASE consider adding oil vinegar read more

My family and I have been ordering delivery pizza from Pasquale's for years. Even with dozens and dozens of pizza places situated within 5 miles of our house in Northern NJ, Pasquale's has been the only restaurant we order pizza from. It makes, by far, the best pizza around. There's just something about the sauce, cheese, and overall taste and consistency that sets it far apart from any other pizza I've ever tasted. Its sandwiches and pasta entrées are fantastic as well. I moved to Little Falls Jan 2015 and I've managed to try every pizzeria within a 5 mile radius of me. Pasquale's is the best. The pizza is fantastic. The delivery service is fast and extremely friendly. One of the boys even offered to help carry my Amazon packages inside which I accepted. I order about every 2 weeks for my pizza fix and they never let me down. The mushroom topping is my favorite so far. read more

Friday night, 9/13/19 I ordered a veal and chicken parmigiana dinner. They both were dry and burnt. I normally order pizza from them weekly and love it. But when we called to tell them that we would not eat this their reply was we are nit replacing it. You sent a dinner back not to long ago. My family has been in the restaurant and bakery business for many many years. We know food. The return was shrimp parmigiana. I tasted burnt also. Almost like they fry everything in the same fryer. Well the moral to this story is they said they are nit taking it back and will not deliver to us again. I am so happy a business today can be so independent.
