The tech asked if I wanted GEL and I said "No" definitely don't want Gel, I just wanted regular polish. I asked if it would be possible to do an ombré for the color when choosing colors and was told it would be $10 more for the "design" and asked if I agreed to that, which I did. The tech had difficulty even getting the ombré look and I had to wait for him to get help from another tech. When I approached the front desk to pay, the total was an additional $10 more than the amount that I agreed to with the tech. So the basic pedicure + $25 instead of the $15 that I agreed to. I immediately questioned the amount, to which I was told "the design was $10 but the gel polish was also $15 =$25 more so a total of $57 for a classic pedicure. " I explained that I specifically said that I didn't want gel, and they said that they couldn't do an ombré color without using Gel polish, which was never explained to me when I asked for the design. Why would they go out of their way to ask if it was ok for $10 more for design but not another $15 more because the design required gel. I never would have agreed to the design knowing that it would have required gel. It seems like some sort of scam to increase pricing without the customers knowledge or consent. It's such a shame because there were quite a few seats and I didn't need to wait a long time to be seated. I was hoping that by bringing the pricing issue up immediately they would have corrected it in the moment due to the tech not providing price transparency or the fact that he would be using gel when I specifically said I didn't want it.

Absolutely wrong because the previous set I had were perfect. She quickly and aggressively took my hand and started filing. But not before and all the while discussing it with her coworkers in a foreign language and with a very rude manner. Several of them 2/3 looked at me and started talking back and giggling. I know she was complaining about me who simply asked for her to fix a very crooked nail. She then held my hand up and rudely says ok fixed what do you want me to do now? I decided to not discuss the issue anymore and just said that's fine. She quickly walked away to do nothing but sit at the end of the counter with another coworker or freind. I should have left the minute I sat down when she left stacks of color books on my lap and didn't let me turn on the massage chair. The manager who is always amazing was not there. I will be calling her to discuss this horrible situation. This salon is convenient for me and I've had pleasant experiences but not this technician. She does not meet the standards or quality that I've come to expect from this salon.

The shape is inconsistent from nail to nail, some are noticeably thicker than others, and a few have a slightly bumpy appearance. The overall finish just wasn't as polished as I expected. The nail tech hurt me several times, left my full set crooked on two nails. It was not a good experience. The woman halfway through had me go to the chair at the massage spa. She wouldn't allow me to do the back massager and the whole experience of getting hurt several times on my fingers from her being too rough with me ruined my whole foot spa experience that I paid the upgrade for. My fingers still hurt from her cutting ski. When I asked her to fix the crooked nails she tried to argue and say no it wasn't crooked. I showed her it was crooked and then she'd fix it. She started talking in her language, sounding irritated and left. I might go back and make an appointment for the two original girls, but I will never let that woman touch my fingers again. I still tipped well, but I honestly feel robbed of what should have been a relaxing experience. I rarely do self care and I work a lot. This was supposed to me my special time. My toe nails were not to par either. I wish I asked for the two techs names. My toes were done by a man and my fingernails were done by a woman second chair to the end of the building on the right. The entire time the nail tech didn't ask me anything other than if I liked the shape, color, or how long I wanted my nails. I tipped my nail tech then went to pay. They both started talking in there language than said $55. I was confused because on the menu it said $35 and $50 most for gel acrylics. I didn't ask for gel just an ordinary acrylic set. I just paid than left. Be wary if you're not a regular customer and ASK how much it will be. I don't want others getting ripped off like I did. They do a great job and take there time, but making random prices for people is not cool .
