We wanted to find a local small business to cater a staff meeting for my awesome preschool…read moreteachers. Luckily Dilla Libra was right around the corner! The food was a HIT with everyone! The chips and tortillas are perfection, and the variety of choices make it so everyone found something they liked. The queso had just the perfect amount of a kick and was super yummy. The vegan queso is SO good I could drink it! They even called me to narrow down an exact pickup window so the food could be as fresh as possible. We will absolutely order from them again and hope they stay around for a long time! We'll be back for happy hour!!

I saw only one server, he was waiting about 3-4 tables and seemed to be responsible for the to go orders, as well. He did not welcome me or my friend with me, so we took a seat until he was able to help us. After sitting for about 5 or so minutes, he hastily set two glasses of water down in front of us without making eye contact or saying anything to us. I said hello and asked if we could put a to go order in. He very obviously rolled his eyes at this request, and quickly removed the waters from the table and walked to the ordering POS. He did not say literally any words. Just gestured for us to stand and meet him at the kiosk. We get up and follow him, and I begin by asking for a chicken quesadilla. I did not realize this was something not on the menu, but it doesn't seem like a hard thing to make at a Mexican restaurant ??? He replies rudely, "That isn't even something we have on our menu. Do you even know what you want to order?" I was not understanding why he was acting with disrespect, as neither my friend nor I had treated him with any behavior similar to his. He quickly says "I am going to give you guys 10 minutes to figure your order out and get it together." He leaves. We sit down, and I texted my friend what she wanted instead of a chicken quesadilla. He returns a bit later and we try again. She asked for a bean and rice burrito, so that's what I ask for. He slams his hands on the counter, and huffs and puffs about this order, too. He goes "WE DON'T HAVE THAT EITHER!" At this point, I am really upset with how I have been treated. There was not one point where he was patient, kind, or respectful in any category. This is 100% not how you treat patrons. I ask, "Is us being here too much for you? Is our order too difficult? We can leave, if that is the case." He says it is. We leave. I have worked in food since I was 15 years old. I understand the stress and urgency that comes with a restaurant. At no point have I ever made someone feel badly for ordering. That is what your job requires. If taking an order for a bean and rice burrito is so overwhelming, I would heavily consider a different career path. Disrespectful and incredibly unprofessional. 0/5 stars if possible :(

The broth is the heart of the pho, and if it's bland and meh, you're gonna end up getting the runs. I needed to add salt to it, and I usually never add salt to any of my food, that's how bland it was. Both time it sent me to the loo. But I guess it's a food truck so what did I expected. I love pho, but not sure if I'm gonna be getting it from this truck again. I heard from my coworkers their other non-pho food items are amazing!

I had already scouted out the food trucks that would be on Adams Street and knew Pho King presented the healthiest options for me. Fortunately, I got there when there was only one man ahead of me in line and a few others lingering nearby in wait for their food. I asked the man at the counter about the wait time. He said 5 minutes, and I think it was actually just under that. I ordered the chicken and veggie stir fry. It really hit the spot. It contained a good amount of food. There was a thin layer of rice, a hefty serving of fresh and crisp vegetables (what I so desperately wanted and needed!), and sauced big pieces of chicken breast on the top. The stir fry sauce was a bit salty, but I'm used to making my own sauces at home, so that's really to be expected. I'd grab food from this truck again. Plus, the name made all my writer-friends laugh. We can't help but love profane puns.

The…read morerestaurant has a casual vibe and it's a fun place, it can get noisy, but I caught it at the right time. Anyway, when you're craving good tacos, Diego Pops is the place! They have a selection of burritos, ceviche, flautas and salads, but tacos are a thing here. I decided on a shrimp taco and a green chili chicken taco. Lunch came with a six piece sauce pack, so you can customize the tacos to your liking. I'd been thinking of Mexican food and these tacos were good! I had a long drive back to the hotel, or would have indulged in one of those icy cold and delicious looking drinks, like the Diego Margarita or Fuego Fresa. The servers are friendly, prices are reasonable and this restaurant is popular with tourists and locals. The air conditioning is perfect for getting out of the heat and the food and ambiance make it even better! They also have patio dining for cooler nights. On my next visit, I'll return to Old Town, one of the best areas in Phoenix. It offers great restaurants like Diego Pops--it's on my "must come back and try a margarita" list.

It has a lively atmosphere that's great for meeting up with friends. Servers are always friendly and food comes out FAST! One of the best things about Diego Pops is their happy hour, which runs every day from 3-6 pm. I also just found out they do $3 tacos all day on Mondays... what a steal! The food is always delicious. My go-to order is the braised green chili chicken taco and the charred steak tacos. They also have frozen margaritas, and I'm already planning my next visit because I HAVEEE to try the blue raspberry flavor. Reliable place to meet up with friends, enjoy good food/drinks without breaking the bank!
