Within the old Bell labs building, there's a unique food court now established as Bell market. Here you'll find Jozu ! Limited hours typically Monday through Friday 12 to 2:30 PM. Jozu has a limited menu but their choices make my mouth water in anticipation. Today I had a Poké bowl, ($12.50) with Ahi tuna, Seaweed salad, daikon, and Kim chee ! Wow the flavors and textures Were well balanced. Customer service was friendly, With plenty of seating for indoor dining. Currently, there Ramen was not available(July 21), but assured it should be within the next few weeks. I will be back! Follow me on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and here on yelp. As I travel the world in search of the perfect bowl of noodle soup. @noodlesoupr

I've eaten here quite a bit as I have an office in the building. They have great poke and ramen. My only dislike is the last few times I got their poke bowls the salmon was a bit fishy. I got it with cool shrimp and it was fine but that fishy salmon turned me off a bit.

We also ordered tonkatsu ramen, burnt garlic tonkatsu ramen and a side of rice. Everything was so delicious. The egg was the highlight of the ramen, cooked to such perfection! The chili oil also made it. Overall really good food. Would come again Service: we were seated immediately and the hostess was very kind and attentive. Polite as well Ambiance: I love the vibes of the restaurant and the music is chill too. Very nice place

I started with the spicy tuna tartare served on fried rice crisps. Perfect portion size, well-balanced seasoning, and just the right level of heat -- easily a 5/5 appetizer. For my entrée, I ordered the A5 beef ramen (not entirely sure of the official menu name, as I couldn't find it listed online). The bowl itself was intentionally simple, which worked in its favor. The broth was extremely rich and flavorful, and with a small addition of chili oil it was spot on. The noodles were clearly fresh and had excellent texture. My only real criticism was the amount of beef, which felt a bit light given the price point. My total for a solo lunch came to about $40 before tip. Overall, I'd rate the experience a 4/5. It's a great spot for an occasional treat, though probably not a regular go-to at that price. If I return, I'd likely explore some of the more budget-friendly ramen options on the menu.

We were quickly and warmly greeted by the young woman working behind the desk. She was finishing up an order and then took ours. I always stick to my tried and true favorite of Thai milk tea with boba. I would give my Thai tea a 4/5- it was tasty, but lacked a bit of the stronger/earthy flavors other Thai teas have. My husband got the pineapple tea. He forgot to request boba, so his was just the drink without the bubbles. I liked the stronger flavor of his tea more than mine. The cups were adorable, with cat shaped covers and ears popping up. If you are heading down the shore and are in the mood for a bubble tea, this is a good option. They also offer tangulu (fruit dipped in crunchy, clear sugar coating). We did not try it this time, but I will definitely be back to give it a taste. Very unique menu item that isn't found in many others places!
