Having to replace an entire roof including structural repairs of its wooden beams, new insulation, and re-bricking of the upper portion of the chimney was a major undertaking. They still went ahead and scheduled us for a specific time until I reached out a FOURTH time asking it to be cancelled. They were just going to come without me agreeing to the service or knowing the price. They have no clue if the gutters were cleaned the day before, we had moved, or we were out of town with the water off. And for that, I won't be using them again. Not to mention the last time I did use them they didn't clean one of my downspouts and it ended up overflowing. They did thankfully come out to fix it, but is did need to hassle with them a bit about it. Response: They didn't explain why I had to ask for the unscheduled appointment to be cancelled 4 times before it was actually cancelled. They are right the prior service fix was beyond the 30 day warranty but it was not months. As I informed them, we had a baby days after the service and it wasn't really a top priority to check their service at the time until we saw damage to the ground around the clogged downspout.
