The value and quality of work was better than what the dealership quoted me. VW advised me to replace the valve cover gasket but Jesse let me know it's very likely that whole value cover needs to be replaced since they are made of plastic and crack. The valve cover replacement at MB Euro cost me less than the dealership was charging for the valve cover gasket alone. He showed me the old parts after the repairs were complete and I'm glad I went with his recommendations. Looking forward to keeping the car in good shape for years to come!

The problem is, after all that money was spent, the original issue I brought the car in for was never actually fixed. Instead, I was charged for repairs and services that addressed everything except the problem I specifically asked them to diagnose and repair. I had the work completed in September 2024. In December, I relocated overseas for business, and unfortunately this was my only vehicle at the time, so I couldn't leave it at the shop for an extended period while trying to get the issue resolved. The day after picking up the vehicle, I noticed additional issues that were not present before the work was performed. Now I'm back home, the vehicle has been driven less than 9,000 miles since the repairs, and the same problems still exist. The check engine light remains on, and the code showing is related to work that was performed by this shop. I understand businesses have warranties, but hiding behind a 1-year/12,000-mile warranty when the original issue was never fixed is extremely disappointing. I should not have to pay additional diagnostic fees for a problem I already paid thousands of dollars to have repaired. After spending nearly $6,000 and ending up with the same issue I came in with, I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this business. If you're looking for a shop that will actually solve the problem you brought your car in for, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere

Trust that the mechanic knows more than you and will diagnose and fix what actually need, not what they want to do. Martin is that guy. He will give you the truth, not push you to act and charge you fairly. We used to travel almost an hour to our mechanic and now this is much closer. You may not know me personally and that's okay. But I care about value and quality and I'm switching over to Martin taking my cars there now. Let me also add that his communication with me BEFORE I became a customer was excellent. It says a lot about him as a person. Even if you're not in the area, it'd worth the drive. Just set an appointment ahead of time and you'll be more than satisfied with the service!

Changing this starter cost me a ten minute YouTube video and about 20 minutes of work. A ratchet, an extender, and three metric sockets. Bananas. This repair was easier and cleaner than an oil change. I get it that it's a shop. I get that not every starter is going to be this easy, but you can walk over to a parking stall with the new starter and bang out two or three of these per hour if you're a professional. If you need quality Toyota parts quick, this is your next best thing to a dealership.

Time and time again I hear people try to penny pinch and get better deals elsewhere for worse product but Sage and their line of tints speak for themselves. You get what you pay for. I recently had the pleasure of visiting JR Automotive, where Jason changed out my light bulbs, including some special LED ones I provided. Let me tell you, Jason elevates customer service and auto repair to an entirely new level! He replaced six light bulbs at a more competitive rate than I found at five other places. What impressed me most was his ability to accommodate my special bulbs--no other shop was willing to install them. Jason got me in within a day, while other places asked me to drop off my car and wait a day or two for a callback. Now, let's talk about Jason's customer service. He treated me like a real person, with no pressure to buy anything, no disparaging comments about other garages, just straightforward, honest conversation.
