I hired ASF Clean Team for gutter cleaning and repairs. The service agreement included cleaning the…read moreentire gutter system and flushing/testing the gutters and downspouts. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

Unbelievable, my father became ill and couldn't deal with this and I did contact the Better Business Bureau and they stated that too many years had passed- it was 3 years. How long is a roof supposed to last?? Regardless, poor craftsmanship and material reflects the job quality of Manada Roofing. I just today, completed the repairs for this winter. I was pretty shocked how aggressive they were in their phone calls and emails. I recommend that customers keep detailed records and receipts for any work done with this company.
