I have a 2-story single-family home w/an attached garage. There's a crawlspace underneath the entire house except the garage. When I finally decided to have them looked at in '14, I contacted California Foundation Works through Angie's List. They came out and gave me a very fair price. The work cost $6,000. However, their inspector Brian advised me that I should have the garage walls inspected as well to determine if they're bolted down or not. He gave me a quote for a best case to worst case scenario, so I told him, I'd address it in '15 as I couldn't afford the added cost at this time. So they came out last month and were able assess my garage walls for even less than the best case scenario! $300 later, I feel confident my house is as earthquake ready as it reasonably can be and all thanks to California Foundation Works.

Eldar was easy to work with and he kept to his original estimate even though our job turned out to be a little more complicated than he anticipated. We also had a few small issues with his workers but Eldar took responsibility for everything and made sure everything was addressed.
