Forget a picture of J's sample platter, has two of egg rolls, chicken pot sticker, steak pot sticker, crab Rangoon and two fried shrimp. Was very good I had the Mongolian trio and the wife had the orange peel chicken. I had the jasmine ice tea and enjoyed the pleasant taste. Bathrooms were very clean and so was dinning area. Staff friendly and helpful. I agree the outside of the restaurant will fool you a bit but a very nice environment inside, a hidden gem. We would return.

General Tso's Chicken, a favourite of mine.

I went to this restaurant on a Monday afternoon with my family. We were one of just people in the restaurant. The server was nice and he provided us with everything we needed. I saw the lunch specials that were $7.49 and I could not pass up on it. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken with fried rice, broccoli, wonton soup and crab lagoon. Here are the ratings for each food: Wonton Soup: 8/10 - Good, best I've had in awhile General Tso's Chicken with fried rice - 9/10 -pretty good, the chicken was nice and tender Crab Lagoon- 7/10- it's just fried cream cheese Broccoli was cold and needed - 4/10 (6.5/10 with salt) Overall, it was a good meal. The meal was really good, and for $7.49, it is so worth going to! Not many people come in, but those that do are in for a treat!

I've had such a hard time for the past few years to find Chinese food that was consistently good. I think my problem is solved! Tried out J's Cuisine for the first time over the weekend and I'm really happy with my experience. For my takeout order, I ordered orange chicken with fried rice and crab ragoons. The orange chicken was so tasty! No complaints about it or the fried rice (although I don't understand why it's an uncharge). I'm VERY picky about crab ragoons but there's were full of flavor and they don't skimp on the filling. I had plenty of food leftover for a meal the next day which is always a plus. It was easy to place the to-go order. The staff were wearing a mask when I went to pick it up. To my knowledge, they don't offer curbside pick-up which would be nice considering the time we are in.

Best egg rolls we've ever had. Crab Rangoon was delicious. Mei fun was on point! Fast, fresh food. We will be back.

Not a good Chinese restaurant. Food is like mall food court quality. I'd keep looking - likely to Dayton before you find good Asian food.

This place has only been opened for 2 months. Very clean, good friendly service, great and plentiful portions of food.

They were all delicious, but the Sabbich was really special! While I'd like to try more of the menu, I think I'll go for the Sabbich again next time. We had a toddler with us, and a huge, unexpected plus was a small table with kids books and crayons. Great staff, clean interior. Can't wait to go back!

We loved the fried oyster mushrooms!…read more We really wanted to love the food here due to our shared aethnic roots in more than one direction, but we felt somethings were missed. I do like creative explorations of culinary crossovers and fusion, but some thing are best left authentic with experimentation done along the edges. Being used to Indian cuisine, the chaat was not exactly what we expected, and the Sabich was missing one of the main ingredients (hard boiled egg) and just had large slices of fried eggplant over a thin garnish of fresh vegies rather than a shepherd's salad. It came with a side of humus and a mango chutney which I assume was supposed to be a substitite for the traditionally sour and umami tasting fermented mango (Amba) sauce. It was almost like they were going through the motions of the ingredients, not their culinary role and effect. Amba is supposed to give a counter-punch of strong curry flavor to the smoothness of humus. I felt a sweet mild mango chutney, even though they are both technically mango chutneys, missed the point entirely. In my opinion they need to re-think their dishes from scratch. I do believe they can do it and do great if they go back to the basics. I wish them the best of luck from the bottom of my heart! The service was very nice and friendly! We loved the staff! The decore is lovely and I liked the progressive conscientious political activism it projected.

I was a bit worried as it looks more like a night club from the outside, but the food was fantastic! We ordered the popcorn chicken, the Shanghai noon burger, mama Chien's dumplings, drunken noodles, a cobra old fashion and a local beer (paper cloud?). The chicken had some unique seasoning and the drunken noodles were phenomenal; the noodles were giant and cooked perfectly and the dish has some unique touches like pea pods that you don't usually find. You order at the bar, but even with that the service was great! A server brought out an herb for us to try that is in many of their dishes. They checked in on us several times and even refilled water, which you get yourself at the back. The customer base was very diverse. I'm guessing the place may turn more club-like later at night, but for dinner it's a perfect family restaurant.

I've been here for drinks and bites - and they have that distinction of being unique AND good. It's eclectic and Asian fusion, so if you don't like Asian flavors - you may not find something on the menu to suit your basic tastes. Plan accordingly - the food is good, the bartenders are awesome, but getting a seat can be all about timing!
