Worst experience. Do not go here. Service was terrible. They left me in cold water for 20 minutes without telling me there was going to be a long wait. She burned me with the scolding water to rinse my legs. The technician walked away 3 times during my pedicure service, once to eat, another to do someone's eyebrows and to answer the phone. I asked for a different package and they did not give me the one that i original requested. Over charged me. Really was excited for a stone hot stone massage but was never provided one. She wanted me to be happy since she gave me a hot towel. Not very clean atmosphere. Just pass on this place. read more

I was happy with everything except the professionalism of the staff. There was a young lady who kept smacking my technician in the head. As a result, he slipped with the drill and I have 6 fingers with cuts on my cuticles due to this. I also requested coffin shape and got square. Will not be returning. read more

Asked for basic thick French nails, the guy kept insisting I get a different design, he didn't look like he wanted to do the design I wanted, my nails are sloppy, lines messed up, he cut my cuticles low I started bleeding, I'm utterly disappointed in the service he provided, any changes I requested he had an attitude before doing it, I hate my nails and so disappointed I paid. I did these before my shift so I couldn't stay any longer than I was ready there for...don't waste your money! Terrible service and nails $55 down the drain. read more

I went to get Nails and feet done by Chen. Had a horrible experience. I been going for years and Tom was doing a great Job. Chen ( a guy) is unprofessional. I had a bleeding toe and three fingers bleeding he gave me No apology. This happened June 9. 2025. Mr name u"is Denise W. I will never go to him again. Ken did a really good job on my nails and Alex did a great job on my brows. The prices are reasonable, I think they should have a sign saying they charge a small fee when using card because who really carries a lot of cash around these days. read more

Avoid this place at all costs! The salon is completely unsanitary--they reuse tools that should be thrown away, don't properly disinfect anything, and do rushed, sloppy work that doesn't last. The nail techs are rude, overcharge without warning, and get aggressive if you ask questions. I was promised a free fix, only to be scammed into paying extra. When I calmly asked about it, I was met with attitude and even threats to call the police. No real manager, no accountability, just a dirty shop that preys on customers. Black people, spend your money somewhere that respects you this place is a joke and a public health hazard. read more

Ive been coming here for year. Anne is the best with doing eyebrows and really the only reason i drive 45 mins from home to come here, at least once a month. Expect to wait for up to an hour or more if you didn't already schedule an appointment. Today, a wed. at 330p i arrived and wasn't seen til about 445. There were 3 people who came in after me with no appt who were shown the pedicure chair. I wasn't there for a pedicure, but i was pretty disappointed that i was still skipped over. the people who were doing pedicures are also able to do fill-in's because they've done mine before (all but one) so i was irked by that. They did some repainting of the shop and it doesn't look well. It's a algae green, so the feng shui of the place is def. off. Perhaps they are not done decorating yet.. read more

I came to this nail salon one afternoon hoping for a quick gel manicure. I walked in right behind another patron. She was called back after advising she would be getting a full set. There were other technicians hanging out and after about 5 minutes of them attempting to avoid eye contact with me, I was summoned to a station. A couple of things I was not pleased with: the employees were talking soooo loud back and forth to each other having a GREAT time. They were speaking in their (foreign) language and just loud. Definitely not a relaxing experience at all which is what I like when I go to get my nails/ toes done. Also, a gel manicure took an hour. I'm not sure if the woman servicing me was new or just slow but I couldn't understand why I was still in the chair 10 minutes after the woman who started a full set right before me was out the door. My nails looked neat and pretty but the avg time for a gel mani is 30 minutes so that's definitely something they need to work on. As well as keeping their chatter to a minimum or just being mindful of the atmosphere they are creating for their customers. I don't plan on revisiting this business. read more

Absolutely terrible. There is very limited customer service which is something I can deal with if the actual nail service is good. Unfortunately that is not the case. I was asked very few questions about what I wanted, and what I did attempt to communicate was not taken into consideration. The nail filing was done with little to no care about my nail beds and the health of my actual nails. The machine actually became so hot that my fingers were uncomfortably hot against the overheating machine. My nails were uneven and I had to request for him to file them down to equal length, and even then they were still lopsided. I would've give 0 stars if that were an option. Anytime I go here I'm waiting for 45 minutes or much more. It's annoying. Never going there again. I go here all the time and so do my daughters, well yesterday my daughter went in before work and they did a terrible job on her nails . she told the guy she did not like them at all but she had to go to work. she went back in today and Tom and cookie were so rude and started yelling at my daughter saying why did you not tell me ?? well she did tell the person doing her nails she did not like them. but like i said she had to go to work so she went today to get fixed , they refused , started talking about her and were so very nasty . she has it all on video and the nails were not matching different lengths and the acrylic and gel all over her skin... August 17 2015 I went to this nail salon to get a manicure and a pedicure. I purchased my own tools for my pedicure because I'm really funny about nail salons doing my pedicure with their own tools. anyway the technician told me that I purchased the wrong tools and that he would have to use his own. I said "are they clean?" he said "yes" he proceeded to do my pedicure. a few weeks later upon removing my nail polish, I noticed a green spot on my big toenail. I went to the dermatologist and they said most likely that it is fungus. the doctors are going to have to run a couple of test and when it comes back that it is fungus, I will have to take a medication for three months to get rig of the infection. if I were you, I would not go here they are nasty and dirty. read more
