My experiences are not so much similar to few of their 1 star reviews. I must say this shop had its own distinguish style that attracks me when walking in the shop. Stylish and elligant design along with high tech gadgets are welcoming vibe at the same time. I had iPhone 8 Plus that I recently purchased and it went down deep in the water and had little bit of screen issues afterwards. Took extra care but I guess I'm crumsy like most people who seeks to get help from local shops like this one. Had first some skeptical about this business since many bad reviews were not so attractive. However, everything about them was very professional start to end. I was greeted by this one gentleman who seemed to be very knowledgable towards the devices and gave me insight about the repairs and more. A day later they called and all the small issues I was experiencing was due to couple componant in the logic board that was exposed to liquid and they performed the full clean up on the phone and they were guranteed to be working flawlessly. When I picked up the device, my phone had screen protectors and cases that I didn't purchased and they said it is on the house since I paid enough to cover the repairs and they really did not spend much time on it and said it was gift to me to cover whatever exceeed amount of charge...really?? most repair shops are trying to charge here and there adding fees and such...this business was honest and even throw in free goods because they think they made too much?? WOW simply....this is very trust worthy business almost too good to be true....I gave them FAT tip though to show my appreciation for running a true business. This is what business supposed to be and people out there must learn 1 or 2 from them. Overall I'm super satisfied and what can I ask for more?? I'm in marketing firm that helps big corporation to manage their brandings and I will commit to this busiess that whatever they need they have my full support from now on.....which they obviously refused. Let me preface this review with a little background information. I cracked my screen and did an at Home Screen repair and after that I had a ghost touch. Everything worked perfectly, but when I touched the area where the top row of letters is on the keyboard it was not recognizing touch. This made things difficult because i couldn't press some numbers when i needed to do phone updates, and had to do it using my computer. Also, I couldn't rearrange my apps because it would glitch when I tried moving them past this area. To type I had to move my keyboard in landscape and even then I still couldn't touch some letters. I endured this for 5 months. Oh, I cracked it a second time after this. So, one day I said enough is enough and I went on Groupon. They had a deal on screen replacement. I called and asked if they were accepting the Groupon and if there were busy at the current time. The employee answered all my questions and told me to come down and he would take care of me. I went in and he was super friendly and communicative. He let me know it would be 30 minutes which was perfect to run my errands. I came back 45 minutes and it was ready and the repair not only fixed my screen, but also my ghost touch. This is how I was able to type this review. I definitely would go back and recommend. MY YELP REVIEW FROM 2018 TODAY !! Something new to see when the outside display seems fine, however, the inside is all messed up. Searched everywhere on Yelp before heading to the local Apple Store. Out of all the shop that I've asked for a quote from 15 companies locally in San Diego "JUSTIN" was fastest and gave the best flexibility with detail information and competitive honest pricing. I was on the side of you get what you pay for type but man JUSTIN proves it can't be opposed. You pay less for higher quality. He was able to show me the microscopic image explaining what other shop did to my phone while fixing the screen as well as pins other shop knocked it out.he has great confidence and didn't seem to be confused at all. He's as professional as they come, awesome!! 30 minutes or so later he was done, he tested everything before he buttoned it up, everything seemed to work just as was before I broke some shop on Convoy st tried to fix with real knock off parts. Look, I'm not in to the whole leaving reviews on businesses if I'm being honest. But Today I had the most kick ass experience trying to get my iphone 7 fixed. My roomate just went through a nightmare dealing with another local repair shop. I was scared I was going to have to deal with the same things but i had to get my phone fixed i cut myself a few times already and my son uses my phone to watch videos so I needed it fixed asap. I called jti and they told me it would be finished in 1 - 2 hrs. I thought that's fine so I come in and got greeted by a very friendly young man that had me laughing the majority of the time i was there! I should of asked for his name! but anyways I gave him the phone ate some thai food next door and came back in less then half an hour. I didn't have anything else to do so I went back to just wait. Literally 2 minutes later the same young man comes out with my phone and it looks as good as new!!!!! I promised to leave a review so here i am! Thank you for help! read more

Everyone knows that cracking the screen on your phone is one of those things that can ruin your day. Today, it happened to me. Luckily I looked out around for a bargain price, found them on Groupon. It's like I have a brand new phone. Seriously, I was afraid i'd get my cracked iPhone screen fixed and end up with a new screen that didn't respond as quickly as the original. BUT, surprisingly this new screen responds as if it were a new phone. Plus they gave me a $30 discount on the service. Which made the repair $120 with taxes included. JTI Wireless service tech was very polite and honest. He helped me find a new phone case so I wouldn't waste money on something that didn't work for me, and he gave me a screen protector. I initially had a battery problem which they gladly fixed after Apple was unwilling to fix it. They give me a 6 month warranty as well for this new battery. My phone wouldn't work also because my charging port broke. Justin was able to identify this very quickly and showed me the problem. I trusted him especially after showing me the problem. He has a great knowledge on an array of phones. He even fixed someone's phone that was specific for Korea while I was waiting for my repair. Feeling bad about there being two defects with my phone they had given me a discount and a free screen protector. I highly recommend this place as they aren't looking to scam you like other shops. I had great experience with them. My iPhone battery got to the point where one day my phone wouldn't turn on. I called jti wireless for an estimate and dropped my phone off. While they were working on my phone, they encountered another problem where my screen wouldn't turn on (just my luck!). I came back thinking my phone still wouldn't work and if it did that I would be out a ton of money. I was wrong!! About both!! My phone worked and I only paid for the battery replacement!! The screen was replaced but at no cost to me!! I was soooo grateful that I had happy tears!! These guys are total SCAMMERS. Please do not leave your phone there to get it fixed, they make it even worse. They take out original Apple Parts and replace it with defective Aftermarket Parts. I brought iPhone 7 there to simply have the battery replaced and since then it doesn't work anymore properly. I had to bring it to an actual "IPhone Repair", who actually knows what's the problem and they showed me that this business has removed parts out of the iPhone which causes it to not work anymore properly. So now I had to pay 2 places to get my iPhone fixed, because JTI messed it up. Don't ever go there! read more

DO NOT GO THERE, BEWARE I went there to replace the screen of my iphone 5s, the whole screen was cracked but was working properly (touch response was perfect) after i replaced the screen with these guys omg!! my screen was acting up so bad, anything i touch didn't respond as it should they offered me to replaced it again but they are so unqualified, even after 2nd repair the screen was a mess I went to apple and they said that most likely they broke the digitizer. I gave up on fixing my cracked screen because for my iPhone 7+ at apple store it would be around $400 but then I realized it's about the time to get the screen done by accident I found this store and they fixed my screen for only $117 including the cover which protects a screen from the further cracking. They keep fair prices because their rent is cheap. Folks don't be paranoid about price. So I came without appointment and they fixed the phone for only 30 minutes. They really help me a lot. The tech was quick and fast. Please be aware the Samsung technician is available 5 days a week and this place is a "MetroPCS" storefront as well. Great service! Justin was very helpful. I walked in with a smashed screen and damaged LCD and not even 10 min later I walked out with my phone looking brand new.
