When I first called, the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. He had me text him pictures of the couch and was very confident they could make a significant improvement. That gave me the confidence to book the appointment. The technician came out the next day. He was running a little behind, but I really appreciated that he texted me ahead of time to let me know. When he arrived, he was much more cautious about setting expectations than the person I spoke with on the phone, which admittedly made me a little nervous. Even so, he worked efficiently and did a thorough job. There are only two things I'd mention for anyone considering upholstery cleaning. First, on the seat cushions, some of the dirt seemed to settle toward the front edge as the extraction tool passed over the fabric, so there are still a few light stains in those areas. Second, my couch was extremely wet afterward. I was told it could take up to four days to dry. With several fans running, mine was fully dry in about two days, but it's something to plan for. Overall, my sectional looks about 85% better than it did before, and that's a huge win. It saved me from buying a new couch, which would have cost far more than the cleaning. I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely use Heaven's Best again in the future.

I tried JTS and am so glad I did. In the past I had tried other carpet cleaning places including steam cleaning a chem dry types, but none have been remotely as good as JTS with his Rotovac Carpet Cleaning Equipment. My carpet is just 3 years old and it was cleaned every 6 to 9 months so I thought it was pretty clean. Boy was I wrong, when Jeremy ran his Rotovac cleaner over the carpet, the carpet changed back to it's original color as a result of the best cleaning it ever had. I will be using JTS for all my carpet cleaning. I did have hime use his Rotovac Carpet Cleaning system, so I can only review that not the normal steam cleaning he aslo uses if that is what you want. Just bought my first home - You can tell the owners before probably never had a professional cleaning in years. I had a lock box set up, and Jeremy was able to go over and work his magic. I didn't have to miss work to meet up with him which is a bonus for me - He kept me in the loop through text messages of when he arrived to when he left. Was finally able to see the work over the weekend. It was Day and Night difference. The Tile downstairs and grout looked brand new - the Carpets upstairs were amazing. Even though it was 2 days after Jeremy worked on the house - you can tell that most of the odor had left the house, and it felt Fresh and SANITIZED again!!!! 100% would recommend! read more
