The food here is 5/5BUT the customer service today was HORRIBLE . First I called around 5:40 to place an order and the lady on the other end was being rude, didn't even get my name for the order and hung up the phone quickly even though I wasn't done. Then I got there around 6:30 (nearly an hour later) . The girl at the register who helped us (didn't get her name but she had blonde hair and blue eyes, & looked young) was rude the entire time. We told her we were there to pick up an order and she rolled her eyes and said for who then we told her that they didn't get our names and then she asked what was in the order so we told her... Then she said OK and charged us for it and then I asked her how long it'll take and she said "don't know.." then she walked to the back for a minute or two and brings out our two trays and instead of handing them to me she kind of just throws them in front of me on the counter and says "there".. I normally never comment or say anything because I understand how fast food services work , especially when it's busy ( as i work in the customer service area as well) but the rude personality toward me was very unprofessional on both parties ( the lady on the phone who "took" my order and the cashier). So, I went to Juan Pollo to compare their chicken burrito with Baker's chicken burrito, which I wrote a review for recently (horrible!!!). For just a few cents more, I got a burrito 3x the size, 100x the quality and flavor, and I even had enough left over for the next lunch. And, they throw in a container of potato salad with it for no extra charge.... Just try to beat that Bakers! This is a no nonsense place that serves great food, has a cool interior to sit and relax, and some mariachi music that will delight anyone (it's happy music!). All thumbs up to this place, and Bakers can go jump in a vat of their own disgusting sauce. I don't know how Bakers even stays in business.... read more

In a small older looking shopping center in Fontana. Service is typically quick, you may have to wait 3-5 mins when it gets busy. Food always tastes fresh and it cooked perfectly. We get a chicken, beans, rice, and corn with tortillas.. Then we make little soft tacos.. shredded chicken, then rice, then beans, and put some grated jack on top.. heaven! Such flavorful tender chicken. I love it for lunch the next day! And it feels so much more healthy than other fast foods! read more

Juan pollo doesn't get enough props this places rottiserie chicken is good. The potato salad and the chicken rice also good. I grew up on this place and now I get take out every other week from here for my family. The chain is big so I'm sure there's one near you if your in southern Cali, but the one in Fontana is better than some of the others I have had. read more

Great rotisserie chicken place would recommend if you're trying to buy fast service baked chicken in the area never had any complaints besides at night when they're cleaning up (which I respect) how clean there restaurant is, I don't think they know all the bleach that there using to clean up is getting into the chicken. You cant clean up with hot bleach while you're still cooking chicken. read more

I've always considered Juan Pollo as the best chicken and my personal favorite however 4 days ago my daughter brought home 2 chickens from the Fontana store which made us both sick. Both chickens were heavily seasoned to the point where you had to remove the skin to get rid of the seasoning but then a couple of the pieces had a spoiled taste to them.
