    Tip I didnt OK
    Lalo G.

So we just went to get a burrito through the drive through. It took very long which is understandable since Im assuming the food is made fresh. But what I dont get is why the tip is being included when I was not asked for a tip. I didnt even know i had been charged a tip until I saw my receipt. Thats crazy asking for a tip when im going through the drive through. I get it it wasnt much but still it should be my choice whether I want to tip or not.

Followed the tok and shouldn't have. I ordered flauatas and they are lacking flavor and the rice and beans are below average. My husband got campechana and liked it. We ordered the guacamole and it comes with no chips and of course we had already finished what we had got at the beginning so we had to pay more for a refill. We were brought our food and never asked again if we needed anything or even came back to be checked in on. The tables are left dirty for a long time and. It is cold in the establishment so it's comfortable but I won't be back. One of the girls was just chatting it up with a sugar daddy costumer.

The food was delicious! I had the Chili Verde combo (rice, beans, tortillas). The others in my party had the chicken flautas and they loved it! The chips & salsa were also good and not too hot, but still had a little "kick". The server/hostess was friendly, prices good and portions Huge and the restaurant was clean. I would definitely consider this restaurant again when passing through town.

Just happened to be in the area, did a quick Yelp to read a few reviews and decided to meet up with a dear friend here for breakfast. The place was popping, bustling with patrons and serving staff. It's a small restaurant, an even smaller parking lot which includes a drive thru. We didn't know we could grab a table and have our orders taken, since we saw people standing to place their orders at the counter. This made us feel a little rushed in deciding what we wanted to eat. I ordered their asada chilaquiles with 2 over easy eggs (extra charge). They cooked the asada just as I asked, medium rare and it was tender, flavorful and juicy. My guest ordered their chicken enchiladas and was surprised to see that the chicken isn't shredded, it was chopped into small pieces, same as for chicken tacos. She ate every bite! I read that the service was subpar and that the female staff were less than friendly. We found it to be the absolute opposite! Joanne and Hortencia came by several times to see if we needed/wanted anything., They cleared plates and refilled our waters before we could even ask. We saw a lot of great teamwork. The place is small and we did end up eating on the other end of the table where a lovely couple were already elbows deep in their menudo and chili verde. They were very friendly and said this was their 2nd time this week at the restaurant! The space is a bit too cramped for my liking, and although there is some outside seating, I didn't care for the loud traffic, it's a very busy street. I will definitely try a burrito via the drive thru next time I'm in town!

Great little spot. Truly Authentic mexican food, like my grandmother used to make. My better half found this place and we have been coming here for years. I highly recommend it and if you're in a rush there is a drive thru.

    1. Chilaquiles Combo Plate

What is this. Seriously. Waited 30 minutes for this bs. These ladies don't understand customer service and overall food is gross. I ordered chilaquiles combo plate and the rice was disgusting the food was all over the place and just gross. Thought it would be good because there was a long line but nope. Disappointed.

    Is breakfast served all day?

I don't wanna tell you yes and then you go now it looks like I'm giving you the wrong information . At least for breakfast burritos, yes.

Does anyone know if they are open during this covid-19 situation? It says open on the websites but I've been calling and calling and no one ever answers.

I drove by Thursday and they were closed :( No updates on their Instagram either.

I was there enjoying them with a beer and good conversation. We were taking our time eating and enjoying our drinks; the aguachiles were not the only thing on our table. While we were still eating, someone from the kitchen came out and asked if he could take our plate. We politely said no thank you because we were still working on it. A few minutes later he came back and insisted on taking the plate, saying something along the lines of, "A clean table makes a consumer buy more," but the way it was said came across as rude and made us feel rushed. If the plate had been mostly empty, with just a couple of pieces left, I would have completely understood. But that wasn't the case -- I had only eaten about 2-3 shrimp out of a dozen. I shared how I felt, explaining that I understood clearing finished plates, but we were clearly not done. His response was dismissive and he walked away. The food had potential, and the aguachiles had good flavor, but the service experience left me disappointed. Sometimes giving guests a little time to enjoy their meal, conversation, and drinks makes a bigger difference than having a perfectly cleared table.

When ordering the lady asked my boyfriend if he was okay with cilantro, onions, rice okay in the burrito and he omitted the beans. One thing she never asked is we wanted hotsauce on the food. Because when I got my tacos and he got his burrito, it had hotsauce. I think this is something they should ask if you want when you are ordering. What if someone is ordering for a kid and they don't like hotsauce. I say this cos I don't like hotsauce. My boyfriend had to bring to back and they have new tacos with no hotsauce. Another thing that is a hit or miss here are the chicharon. Our chicharon was both crunchy and soft. I noticed it depends what time of day you go and you also know by how much chicharon they have left (you can see it on the display). I like how they have the toppings in a little bar where you can get (hot sauce, pickled jalapeños, cilantro and onions). It is a small restaurant. They have some seats indoor and outdoor. And they even have a tortilla lady in the corner making fresh tortillas.

The tacos are really good and packed with flavor, and the burritos are just as solid, big portions that actually fill you up without feeling overpriced. You definitely get your money's worth here, which is hard to find these days. One of the best parts is the salsa bar. They have a good variety of salsas, and all of them taste fresh and delicious, not watered down like some places. You can really customize your food depending on how spicy you like it. The only downside is there's no kids menu, so it might be tough if you have really picky eaters. But if you're just looking for good tacos, good burritos, fair prices, and a taco spot to grab a quick meal, this place is definitely worth checking out.
