Because I'm so happy today with the employees and how well they are doing. I walked in and no one was in line, probably because it was 10 mins before closing time. As I looked down at the menu to tell the lady what I wanted to order, she recommend for two dollars more I can get two drinks with it. That's very nice I told her and she said it's basically the same thing but you get drinks with a smile on her face. My favorite Juan Pollo location. Great packages for meetings or parties. I put in an order for 15 people company meeting. Ordered the party pack for 13-15 at $160. The chicken is always fresh, salad, dressing, potato salad (the best) and rice. Great thing about Juan Pollo they provide all utensils needed for free (including services spoons). The parking lot is small but we were able to find a spot. They supposedly have good potato salad but since I was doing a no carb for the week I did not try it. The food is always good, I'd give it five stars but I won't for one reason only - I always call fifteen minutes before arriving to place my order, they claim that it'll be ready in ten minutes. I arrive a few minutes after said 10 minutes and I still have to wait ten minutes to get my food. ALWAYS. Whether it's empty or not. I tried this place out yesterday because my mom wanted to take me here for a late Father's Day dinner and I left the restaurant feeling full and satisfied. I ordered their chicken bowls and they were not greedy whatsoever with their rotisserie chicken, rice and beans. Really basic and easy to order menu with food that looks nothing short of delicious rotisserie chicken. Will definitely be coming back for the burritos and tacos. The beans where a little salty. The restaurant was empty, could be cleaner. The restroom had no toilet paper but was clean. Customer service could be friendlier.
