Dr Lin used to be an incredible dentist who would work with anyone and everyone. She would work with any medical or traumatic issues one had. And the quality of her work set the bar for perfect. This is no longer the case. I am very sad to see that the office staff had been sub par as of the last few years. And that Dr Lin is now refusing service to those who have medical issues. I had 2 root canals done with doctor Lin back in 2016. Immediately after the procedures, I still had pain. But Dr. Lin assured me it would go way. Every year since, I be had pain the the area of the teeth once every 2-3 months. I convinced myself it was a sinus issue. I just went to an Endodontist and he confirmed both root canals were not done correctly. One tooth was only plugged 1 canal, and 2 exposed. The other tooth the canals were not plugged until the end. I went 6 years with tooth pain from this. I've also had fillings from Dr. Lin that fell out, and that has never happened before. Although Dr. Lin is very kind, her work does not reflect good service. read more

Doctor Lin is the worst. I initially loved that she worked with me and convinced me to a have a root canal twice. But after my crown has fallen off every year for the last three years and now that I had filling come off, I'm done. Today I waited in a chair for 30 minutes only to have her show me I need a root canal for a broken filling. Not doing it. She is just insurance hungry. And everytime I go I am in pain for a week. Last replacement of my crown she put in so right that I could not floss and was in pain for a MONTH until my teeth moved. And my front teeth were always straight until I met her. Dr. Lin is amazing! I'm so glad I found her; she is gentle, sweet, informative, and caring. I came in last week to get my wisdom teeth pulled and had a wonderful experience. She and her staff helped me relax and assured me that the process wasn't as painful or scary as it is always made out to be. After some x-rays, she went to work by numbing me and giving me plenty of shots. The actual tooth extractions took about 10 minutes - if that! Before I knew it, we were done and she even let me keep my two wisdom teeth! WITH a little box for them too! Dr. Lin was very thorough in explaining the aftercare procedures to me and I left the office feeling very confident. A week later I returned for some cleaning and a follow up on my healing process - and both went very well! I was nervous about having my teeth cleaned, as I hadn't actually had them cleaned in about 4-5 years (I know, I know, I'm gross - but also poor because dental insurance is expensive). For not having a proper cleaning, the damage done wasn't too bad, that said, there was damage: some cavities, needed a mouth guard for my TMJ, a retainer, new crown, etc. But it's ok, because Dr. Lin came up with a plan for us to treat everything - and the price was very reasonable (now, considering I have partial coverage via my work's healthcare plan). I can't recommend Dr. Lin highly enough! She's a professional, she treats you like a human being, and takes a lot of the anxiety about the dental experience away so you can relax and get on a path toward a good clean mouth. That said, I felt and still feel super guilty about flossing and brushing only once a day! I don't want to let Dr. Lin or myself down, so it's better oral hygiene from here on out. read more

Our work schedules are not consistent and we love that she always tries to work with us. I do miss her nurse Tatiana, but everyone else here is nice and easy going. could give a zero star if possible! Came here for a several times, end up I wanna chose Dr. Lin, cuz she's super sweet. After a while, I really need a deep cleaning for my teeth. But Beware of there Deep Cleaning, never got numb before a deep cleaning, only 15 mis. long, just like a basic cleaning. OMG, are you kidding? then she set me up a month later for touch up, what's for??? Usually a deep cleaning takes up an hour and half, and another think I don't like, that Dr. Lin makes all the volunteers worker call you all the time to remind you your appt. coming up, even you tell 'em you got another Dentist. would never coming back here. horrible service, especially an old lady in the front office, so annoying. read more

I came here for my first time today to take care of an awful toothache. I called in the morning and told them my problem and was able to get an appointment that same morning. I went in expecting to just get an x-ray and an initial check up. I had those done but also ended up having 3 teeth extracted. I was scared as to how painful it was going to be. Dr. Lin was very gentle, she put a numbing gel on me first and then gave me some shots to numb the area where the teeth were going to be extracted. I didn't even feel the shots. Time for the extraction I was freaking out a bit on the inside. In less than 5 mins all 3 were out and I didn't feel a thing. I definitely recommend Dr. Lin she's very attentive and gentle. I'm now not scared to go to the dentist anymore lol. read more

I am so happy that Dr. Juddy Lin is my dentist! I went to her for a second opinion as my regular dentist at-the-time wanted to laser my gums. Ouch to the gum and wallet! So I went to Dr. Lin for a second opinion; she thoroughly examined me and gave me other options. I have been seeing her for a year now and my teeth and gums are the healthiest they have been in years. And I didn't have to get my gums lasered plus she found out that my prior dentist had left cement under my bridge which caused my gum tissue to become unhealthy. Dr. Lin explains her processes thoroughly and also works with my dental insurance plan to make it stretch. She's taught me so much about gum health that I drive over 15 miles to her office. I highly recommend her plus she works some Saturdays which is a big plus! read more

I went to Dr J Lin with a sensitive tooth. She suggested a minor filling to get rid of sensitivity so I agreed. Few weeks after the filling, my tooth hurts lot more than before so I went back to see her. She told me that her filling didn't cover my teeth so some of my roots are exposed. So she wants to do a root canal. Ok she ruined my good tooth then makes more money on it by performing a second treatment on a tooth that was just a little sensitive? What a caring and thorough dentist! Dr. Lin and her staff are so friendly and helpful. I had to get some old, silver fillings replaced in a few teeth. I don't like pain but when Dr. Lin put numbing gel on me before the pain shots, I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Lin made sure that the new fillings are now a new white color so my teeth look great!
