She was nice and everything, but the reason that I stayed with this office was because I love Dr. Joe's bedside manner and his work. I guess because I am not a high dollar patient, I wasn't worthy. I recently called the office to schedule an appointment for a crown and was told that before they could schedule my appointment, I would need to pay my co-pay in full, which would be $700+. I questioned why I would need to pay that before I could even schedule an appointment as I have been a patient there for at least 10 years and always paid my co-pays at the time of service. I was informed this is their new policy. That was it!! I saw another review here that referred to this dental office as money hungry and I could not agree more. Another thing that struck me as unusual was that he appeared to have no office staff. He answered the phone himself, scheduled the appointment himself, and handled everything personally. At first, I thought that level of involvement was a nice personal touch. After our experience, however, it left me questioning the practice.
