The toppings on the burger were the only good thing about it. The Beyond burger had mustard that tasted off and there was no mayo. The bun was hard and dry. I was hoping for homemade fries in a place like this, not shoestring frozen fries that taste like they were purchased from Fry's store brand. The shakes were ok. For the about the same price as Culver's or Red Robin, I was expecting a better quality burger. I guess for Globe it is a high quality burger place. This patty protruded well beyond the brioche bun and, better yet, it was hand crafted, not pulled out of a box of 300 other patties that were shaped exactly the same. And the beef was flavorful. We both enjoyed the fries and onion rings. Our meal was so filling we didn't eat dinner that night. Oh, the staff are super friendly, attentive and downright welcoming. If you find yourself in Globe, you could do a lot worse that supping at Copper Bistro.
