I had two FFL transfers done through them and they were terrific. Greg handled the whole thing, I had to wait for another set of customers to finish up which is totally fine. They had maybe ~30 rifles of various types in there, from ww2 era bolt action stuff to some bling'd out ARs. Their handgun selection, I think all semiautomatic, was pretty beefy. Guessing ~50 different models sitting there? Decent ammo selection too, not huge bulk stuff, but they had a pretty broad variety and I think every caliber definitely some odd ball ones too. Lots of mags, AR parts, tools, etc. In all in a good experience and a good shop. Big fan, happy to hit them up again in the future. One thing that's nice is that for FFL transfers they have a whole page on their website talking about sales tax, timing, and paperwork. I got a call on the weekend when my rifles showed up. We like to come here to buy ammo right at opening on the weekend. It is located in an industrial area, but the street parking it vast and roomy. We have purchased some guns here and those procedures went smoothly. Staff always asks if you need help looking for specific items. Downside is that it can get busy because of how small the store is. Upside is that they manage to stay well stocked. During the pandemic there was a time when the hours were changed, and we didn't learn until they had their closed notice at the door. They were consistent in communication when they had ammunition shortages during that time. It is easy to contact staff through Facebook too since they've responded rather quickly to my messages in the past. read more

i went into Juggernaut Arms today to pick up an AR i had ordered from out of state, and i honestly cant remember the last time i experienced such amazing customer service. falsely advertised a Colt Le6920 as complete and fully functioning. When it was shipped to me I discovered that the upper receiver was a cheap knock off and not the stock colt issue. they falsely advertise their product as complete and real when the selling junk. beware of these snakes in disquise. they will steal your money and give you crap then lie to whoever wil listen. read more

Such a reliable, knowledgable staff! We preferred to shop here. Only downside was not knowing their schedule mid-pandemic time, BUT what's nice is when we called for hours the staff tells you their Facebook had up to date schedule changes, so stay tuned there! Prices are reasonable, and it is small business, so we feel better making purchases here when we can. They are stocked on what we need, and if not they let you know the next shipment. We also made a weapon purchase that was delayed but they were informative and patient in communicating with your questions. Came here when all the other gun stores denied me availability to put on some night sights on my M&P. They are alittle shop tucked in the industrial area of sparks. Went down there the same day and Greg greeted me and already knew exactly what I needed. He gave my pistol to another employee who quickly took it to the backroom and installed the new sights. 10 min later it was done and only cost $25. Really cant beat that ! A word of advise. Do not go to this shop with a full wallet unless you have outstanding self-control. I always intend to go in for one specific thing, but end up leaving with a full bag of goodies. That said, this shop has a great selection of guns, gun accessories, ammo, and knowledgeable/helpful staff. Greg has recently helped me locate and fix a problem with one of my builds, install sights on one of my handguns, and provided me with helpful tips regarding future builds. This was my second online purchase of a firearm since the virus arrived in March of 2020 in Northern Nevada. I decided I was going through GunBroker this time. Glad I did and glad I selected Juggernaut & Greg. This was my first time visiting a smaller gun shop. I really don't like going to the Big Box stores any longer, unless you're there when the doors open. So, I did a transfer through Juggernaut at a decent price and a speedy turnaround with no complications. Looking toward the future, I plan to use Juggernaut again on my next online purchase. They also do gunsmithing and I plan to have them work on one of my faulty 1911s. Of course, they have an inventory of firearms too. Absolutely fantastic service, great prices, and overall just a great shop. Their firearms are consistently priced lower than most of their competitors (for example: I bought a M&P 22C from Sportsman's, only to find it for about $80 cheaper at Juggernauts a few weeks later). That's saying a lot, because profit margins on firearms and ammo aren't great in general. They also have a great selection usually, especially now considering the circumstances. They have always been willing to entertain my questions and steer me in the right direction, even though they are often very busy. They go the extra mile for their customers. My husband and I were finishing up our Memorial Day weekend holiday together, and decided to swing by this gun shop to check out some Glocks. At first, when he told me we were stopping by, I had a feeling of annoyance because I didn't want to spend the last hours of our vacation time together in some dark, musty, old gun shop with testosterone raging so high you can feel it from a mile away. We arrived at Juggernaut Arms and to my surprise, it was clean, bright and had some friendly faces behind the counter. There was a little waiting area with chairs and a small table, which is great if you have a husband like mine who can spend 8 hours at a time there and you really don't want to keep moving around because you're in everyone's way. Greg, the owner, was working behind the counter helping multiple customers. He is very easy to talk to, listens to what you are looking for, and is overall pretty easy going. He assisted my husband answering questions, pulling out guns from his stock in the back, and works with you to find exactly what you are looking for. There is a great sense of humbleness and humility to Greg and his store, and you can see it by his actions. He is a business man out to service the Reno area and provide a great selection of firearms and service. His prices are fair and low, and overall it was a really great experience. Greg and his store have a very "Yes we can" attitude. He is a fair business man and very personable with his customers. We ended up buying a Glock, and I am positive that will not be the only firearm we purchase from him. Finally, a gun shop that is clean, not "Weird", and offers GREAT service! Very poor customer service. As you walk in and make eye contact with employees, not a single word and no greetings as if you were a ghost! They'll make you wait and just stand there 5ft away from you without saying a word. F*** this place, they deserve ZERO star for not giving ZERO F***** about a customers needs!!! read more

This was twice, one day after another. Came in trying to buy a gun and a silencer the owner greeted me as soon as I came in but was the end of it. He was talking to another customer, seems like they were more interested in small talk, but no help for me. I should have known as with all gun stores they small talk to not help the buying customer. I was viewing the handguns and he didn't say a word like do you need help with the something instead still small talk to the other guy that didn't buy a gun and was just a customer wanting to talk. Instead I was walking around the store like an deer in headlights and walked out with nothing. On another day gave them the Benefit of doubt. I asked to buy a silencer for my AK and didn't know the bolt size I brought in my gun which has no serial # or markings since it was stamped homemade gun. He thought it was illegal which it isn't if you build it for personal use and not sell it. After that he completely ruined it for me and spent a few grand somewhere else. read more

I went in the store to get some aftermarket sights For my Springfield XDS mod 2 3.3. I asked the guy at the register with no hair if the sights that I have grabbed from the shelf fit specifically to my gun that guy stated "yes it should fit". I bought the items I went home to install the sites, the front sight went in in perfectly but the rear sides wouldn't even go in as if someone probably returned That item with the wrong rear sight. I went back to the store and the same bald guy was working at the register I let him know of my situation and what I have done and this guy said did you open the package I said yeah but the front side went in perfectly but The rear site would not go in, Then he told me "there's nothing i can do because You've Opened the package and installed them" Nowhere on the receipt that it stays at all sales are final. Never going back due to the bald guy not being knowledgeable with the products that he sales. read more

My husband and I first went to a major sporting store by boomtown to order 3 firearms. After 3 weeks the person who is supposed to order firearms wasn't there and had never ordered them. At this point my husband was getting frustrated. I told him we will find someplace else in Reno. After all they aren't the only store in town. If you have read any of my other reviews, I hold customer service as a base to my reviews. And this store delivers! When I moved to NV from CA, I came by here to check out the local shops, right off the bat I was treated with great customer service even though I did not purchase anything. I ended up coming back after purchasing a couple of suppressors through Silencer Shop and had to use the kiosk inside the store to complete some paperwork. Not only did Juggernaut have the best prices listed for the suppressors in the area, they were super friendly when answering questions. I purchased some accessories and the prices beat anyone locally for the items I was looking for, and some of the online vendors even with free shipping.
