I've moved twice in the last 7 months - once the old fashioned way with cardboard boxes and once with Juggleboxes. I will never move again without using these guys. No more trying to find cardboard boxes or going off to buy them and haul them home. No more building and taping boxes. It saved me SO much time to just be able to grab a Jugglebox and fill it and pop it closed. Packing went SO much faster. No more worrying if my stuff was well protected enough - not a single broken item. The hard plastic boxes are great for keeping your stuff safe when the boxes are stacked and moved. And no more having to break down the boxes and recycle them. Our movers said they love using these. It's a lot easier for them to pick up (have handles) and stack and load onto their dollies. Pick up and drop off of the boxes went completely smoothly. I scheduled drop off online and was given a time window. The delivery arrived right at the beginning of the window - no waiting. The delivery guy was very polite, friendly and professional. For pick up I left a voicemail saying when I wanted them picked up. Within a couple hours I received an email with a 2 hour time window. The pick up guys arrived right on time again, and again were very polite and professional and took special care not to scratch our wood floors. I love that using these is eco-friendly and knowing that they are going to be reused many times over rather than seeing my pile of cardboard out on the sidewalk. The only con I can think of is that they are all the same size. If you have anything oversize you may have to use a cardboard box or two. But I think it's a small price to pay. I highly recommend Juggleboxes. Update: I just used Juggleboxes again for another move and again had a fantastic experience. Several aspects of our move were a mess (I'm looking at you, http://www.yelp.com/biz/777-6th-avenue-apartments-manhattan) -- but working with Jugglebox was a breeze, and the boxes themselves were clean and easy to use. I was able to pack much more quickly than ever before, and the boxes stacked up beautifully. The boxes were dropped off and picked up when Jugglebox said they would be. The two-week rental meant that I was forced to unpack much quicker than I probably would have otherwise, which is a very good thing in my book. A very smart choice. We ordered 50 boxes, then ended up needing 10 more for a move from a 3-story townhouse (3BR) to a 2-bedroom apt. Jugglebox was quick in accommodating this last-minute change. They're a decent, humane company where real human beings will work with you if issues arise. As others have said, the boxes are sturdy and stackable, unlike cardboard boxes which can be squished when piled high. Nothing broke. I called less than the required 48 hours before pickup and they were booked for Saturday (two weeks after the boxes were delivered and the end of my rental period). They said "no problem for you to keep the boxes a few more days, no extra charge" and arranged to pick them up on Tuesday, giving me a couple more days to unpack. Love 'em! read more

We will NEVER move again without the help of Jugglebox. Ordering and delivery could not have been simpler. Two nice guys dropped off the boxes and picked them up within hours of our request. And in between was the easiest moves we've ever had! Packing was a snap and I felt like the bins provided an extra layer of security that a cardboard box can't. Really fast, effecient service - I placed the order online and had my boxes a few days later, cheerfully delivered. The boxes themselves are completely awesome stackable green boxes, with no tape to be annoying, and you don't really have to be careful about what's in them - i.e. you can put the china on the bottom or the top of the stack of boxes, and it won't matter since the boxes are so sturdy. I got 2 packs of the packing paper too, which is awesome. But I think that for my place, 2 packs was overkill and one would have done just fine. The wardrobe boxes are slightly annoying, but I'm willing to overlook that. I needed a few extra days with the boxes, which they were more than happy to accommodate. Also, I liked the boxes so much that I decided to buy a few of them, and that was no problem either! Awesome service, awesome product. read more

As an Eco-Friendly guy looking to keep his carbon footprint to a minimum, I decided to try these plastic "boxes" when I needed to take a few things to storage for a few days, while I had some work done in the house. I am giving four stars a little reluctantly though. Yes, the boxes are plastic, very convenient, and minimizes the use of regular cardboard boxes. They stack well and are very sturdy. I received a courtesy call from the driver about twenty minutes prior to the delivery. The delivery guy was great, and very helpful. But I was turned off by the fact that he came in plain black van with no identifiable marking as to being employed by Jugglebox.The driver also had no uniform or company tee shirt or sweatshirt. The "boxes" on the website were green and bright, which spoke volumes to me, as Jugglebox being a Green Company. But the ones that I received were all plain grey, and with no logo on them. I guess I just expected a little more than what I got for my money. Overall, the service is great and the bins came just as advertised. FYI.....a little self advertising can go along way. read more

2nd time Jugglebox user. Very happy customer. Although they now charge a fee to bring the boxes up your stairs or pick them up, it's still an AMAZING convenience and well priced. 25 boxes was just short (by 2 cardboard boxes) of packing my ONE BEDROOM of stuff--I have a slightly larger-than average collection of shoes, books, and clothes. The boxes are kind of heavy even empty, but I'm a decently fit tall woman and could manage 4-5 at a time. They are super convenient to stack both empty and full. I recommend labeling them with a post it and tape--you can't write on the box itself. Not having to buy boxes, tape, and a tape gun, then build the boxes, worry about them getting smashed, and then post-move, undoing the boxes and carrying them down to be recycled is the BEST. This company wins on that convenience alone. And you get the added benefit of being environmentally friendly. Also, super great customer service--very flexible and accommodating. If anything is slightly amiss they are responsive and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied, More companies should give such great service. I hate moving. More than I hate moving, I hate the principal of buying cardboard boxes, putting them together, taping them (oh yeah! And buying tape too!), putting my stuff into them, taping them again, moving them, slicing them open, unpacking my stuff, breaking them down, then getting rid of the exact boxes I just paid for. The all around labor topped off with wastefulness just kills me. Jugglebox solved this problem for me. I employed their services for a recent move within NYC. I made an online purchase for Juggleboxes green plastic boxes equivalent to what is needed for a one room move, plus some additional wardrobe boxes (also reusable). The online process made it easy breezy. I then got a call and email confirmation from Jugglebox's owner confirming that they would be delivering my boxes as requested. I got the boxes into my apartment and started the packing process which flew by, since the boxes are not cardboard, and hence, don't need to be taped together. Then I just started packing then stacking them and loving the fact that this process was made much simpler than the usual dreaded packing process... plus I felt great about being green! My movers also appreciated the simplicity by which the boxes stacked together, making their job easier. Another plus of using these boxes was the fact that they are plastic, not cardboard. This came in handy during my move, because it was raining that day. No wet cardboard boxes for me! I unpacked qucikly, called Jugglebox and they picked up their boxes to accommodate my schedule. This is a new concept for moving and it is a great one. You will pay a little more than if you got cardboard boxes from your moving company and quite a bit more than if you got them free from grocery stores, but in return you get sterile, easily packable, easily stackable, excellent customer service from the owner Surinder, and drop off and pick up at your door. No tape, no flimsy boxes, no dirty boxes, no stress, and no hurting the environment. Surinder is very laid back with timing and everything else with the process but yet remains extremely professional. Oh and I got the studio package. I did move from a studio but I had A LOT of stuff in there. But it all fit great. Highly recommend! read more

This company is one of the best services I have ever used for anything, period. Clean, sturdy boxes delivered into my apartment exactly at the time they said the guy would arrive - I just grabbed the first box and started packing. Emptied boxes picked up from my new apartment, again exactly at the time they gave me. I needed an extension on the usual time period of two weeks because I had to store my stuff for a month or so, and they gave me a *very* reasonable quote for the extension. When you move you encounter all kinds of service businesses that actually couldn't care less about service. Not these guys. Respectful, reliable, reasonable, well-organized - they earned all these five-star reviews. Even if you think you don't want to rent moving boxes, believe me, you do want to rent moving boxes. No schlepping back to U-Haul because you cheaped out and didn't buy enough. No endless folding and taping before you can even pack anything. No sagging, no worrying about whether the box will protect your stuff from breakage, water, etc. And no breaking them down and recycling them at the end. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because the pick up came almost an hour late, and on the initial delivery the wardrobe boxes were damaged and we had to schedule a second deliver time for the next day. Pretty inconvenient. Aside from that, this is an awesome thing for moving - the boxes are strong, stack up together perfectly, and can hold heavy or fragile things alike. Much much better than regular boxes. The price is pretty good for what you get, and the delivery/pick up windows for dropping and retrieving the boxes are flexible (when they're on time). I placed an order, received a confirmation for delivery and my credit card was charged $100. With this in mind I arranged for movers that wouldn't have to pack or bring boxes and thought I was all set. Two days later, I waited all day today for my delivery that was supposed to arrive between 7am-11am. I ended up calling at 2pm to follow up only to be told that they had meant to call me to tell me it wasn't going to happen they then offered to deliver the boxes the day of my move about an hour after my movers were arriving. Although they have great reviews, I cannot speak to how wonderful they are since I'm now scrambling last minute to arrange for other plans. Nothing like making a move even more stressful. Juggleboxes made moving much easier for us and easier for the movers. They arrived dropped off 35 boxes for a 1 bedroom and came to get them at our new place. They are easy to hold and the movers appreciated having these instead of cardboard boxes. The only thing is I wished that it came with just a few more boxes for a 1BR and that the period you can hold on to them was 3 weeks instead of 2. I really cannot think of many things I hate more than moving. Poking myself in the eye balls with sharp sticks maybe. Flying across the country seated next to crying babies. Flying across the country seated next to crying babies who are poking me in the eyes with sharp sticks! Yeah, maybe that. There are so many things I hate about moving. BUT Jugglebox made me hate moving quite a bit less. The boxes are so easy to use and there is no obnoxious taping boxes together, then putting stuff in them, and then taping them shut, and using way more tape than you think you will and buying more and wishing you just threw away everything you own so you wouldn't have to put it in stupid boxes. You just pop things into the boxes, fold them closed, and stack them. Then when you're in your new apartment, you unpack them and they all stack nicely together, and two very nice young men come and take them away. My only issue is that I do think they should have multiple box sizes because sometimes you can pack a box with books or dishes and it is really, really heavy. I think my friend who helped me pack almost threw her back out picking up a box she packed full of dishes. But if you know in advance and only put half heavy items in and then half clothes it's fine. As a former Boulder hippie who really does try to leave a smaller footprint in the world of waste, and a larger one of awesomeness, I appreciate Jugglebox helping me out in my quest. We just used Jugglebox for our recent move from a 2BR to 3BR in manhattan. I'm giving Jugglebox 5-stars, but this review would not be honest without touching on a few benefits and a few things that a potential Jugglebox customer should know. 1. Customer Service. 5-stars. As good as it gets. Great communication. Prompt replies to emails and calls. 2. The boxes are incredibly convenient. Not having to pack to "capacity" is a KEY benefit. Compared to cardboard boxes, which must be packed full (using dunnage or fill) else the box collapses when stacked.... Juggleboxes save time and packing material. 3. Cost benefit -- compared to buying boxes from a moving company, big savings. Compared to buying from Uline.com, about parity (after cost of delivery). 4A. You are FORCED to unpack and give the boxes back. 5-Stars 4B. You are FORCED to unpack and give the boxes back. 1-Star This was a challenge in our move -- our new furniture was delayed, and we didn't have our bookshelves or desk by moving day. We were also about a week delayed in the closet systems install. SO we had nowhere to put our stuff... but the juggleboxes had to be returned, But having to return the boxes also forced us to not sit on our ass, and follow through with the unpack. This is a benefit as well as a challenge. 5. Box size -- perfect for MOST items. But for dish pack, stemware/crystal or larger serving trays, you will need a true 18x18x24 or taller dish pack box. Every moving professional will tell you a safe dishpack requires you to stack your crystal or china vertically. And for full size dishes or stemware, they will not stack vertically in a Jugglebox if packed and wrapped to professional industry practices. And for super-lightweight yet bulky items (lampshades, child stuffed animals, pillows) you want the super-sized box. So in addition to 35 Juggleboxes, we ordered uline boxes: (15) 18x18x4 for dish pack and (20) 24X16X16 for bulky items. We ultimately had 73 boxes for our overstuffed 2BR moving to 3BR (2 adults, 2 children). For dishpack, a taller box is really needed. 6. Wardrobes. Our mover (Oz Moving - a 5-Star experience) included wardrobes in our fixed-rate move. We needed 7 wardrobes -- there wouldn't have been ANYWHERE to put 7 wardrobes in advance. They simply built the wardrobes, filled them up, and then the boxes were immediately removed. I can't see us doing it any other way. 7. CONVENIENCE - 5-STARS!!!!!! Oops. I realized there is one more item for a packed box... so open the jugglebox, toss it in, close the box. Try that with your cardboard box. 8. Rental duration... for a large family, 2 weeks will not get you there. 3 weeks, maybe. We worked it out with Surinder for an extension. See # 4A & 4B. 9. "being green" - not our priority. But a bonus. Overall I think Juggleboxes were a great solution as PART of our moving plan. I would do it again. Hopefully not for a VERY LONG TIME. read more

We used Jugglebox for our June 2011 move and will use them again in the future. After placing my order online, I got a phone call from them arranging a time to drop off the boxes. They came on time and even offered to bring up the boxes up to our 3rd floor apartment even though on the website they charge for that. I felt bad making them go all that way so I had them leave it on the first floor. The boxes came clean and were so easy to fill. I've moved A LOT and this has to have been one of the easiest moves because of the boxes (and Rob the Mover) not to mention I helped the earth a little :). read more

The first thing I'd love to say is what an absolute pleasure the guys who drop off and pick up the boxes were. Two each time - and they were all so nice, kind, patient- a pleasure. I liked the idea of being kind to the environment and not waste cardboard boxes. I liked not having to deal with taping up flimsy cardboard boxes and breaking them down. The boxes were sturdy, stacked easily and fit a lot. My only note: 1) The boxes aren't numbered- so you have to create your own on the box, that cant be permanent. Jugglebox- why don't you have a numbering system- even if you deliver me boxes 24-44- at least its a system!! I used masking tape to create numbers on the box- but just saying 2) Maybe its because I'm a girl- but 25 boxes for a studio wasnt enough for me and had to bring a lot of stuff over to other apt (luckily) beforehand so i didnt have to go out and get more boxes. But otherwise was a great experience- drop off and pick up was easy and again the guys who did that were really nice! read more

I would have rated Jugglebox 5 stars if I had written this review before part 2: the pickup. The pickup process has been so stressful and inefficient, that I'm downgrading them to 2. (Update: I changed it to 3 after Jugglebox sent me an apology email and gave me a 20% courtesy refund.) Pre-Move: 5 stars. I emailed to place a reservation, and within a few hours, they gave me the 2-hour time window I requested. The boxes arrived exactly when they were supposed to, and 2 workers kindly wheeled them into my apartment. Packing: 5 stars. These boxes reduced my packing time to about 1/3 of the time I normally take to pack for a move. The boxes are a great size, clean, and easily stackable. The Move Itself: 5 stars. My movers loved them for their stackability and uniform size. The Dreaded Pickup Process: 1 star. I left two phone messages on their pickup service voicemail, one on a Saturday when the office was closed, and one on a Tuesday in the middle of business hours. Nobody ever called me back. The day before my 2-week period was scheduled to expire, I emailed them and said that I was not willing to pay an overtime fee due to their negligence in responding to my voicemails regarding a pickup time. I quickly received an email back, saying that they would be at my apartment tonight between 8 and 10 pm. At 10:30 PM, I received a phone call from the delivery guy, saying that he was running late and asking if he could come at 8:00 tomorrow morning. Seeing as I work in the morning, I told him that this was impossible. So he said that he would still come tonight, but that it would be late, probably around 11:00 PM. As I write this Yelp review, it is 12:11 AM and they still haven't come to pick up my boxes. I just got a phone call from the delivery guy saying that he'll be here in half an hour, so if he actually shows up then, it will be almost 1 AM before I get rid of these boxes. Very poor service. If Jugglebox gets their act together with regard to their voicemail services and pickup scheduling, this will be an excellent service. As it is, I would NOT pay $90 again for the hassle. Back to the liquor store for cardboard. Update: The delivery guy arrived a little before 1 am. He was very nice and obviously very overworked. In the morning, I received an email from Jugglebox apologizing for my bad experience and offering me a 20% courtesy refund, which I appreciate. Final verdict: Jugglebox needs ***more employees*** to handle its high volume of customers effectively. In particular, they need more people to handle telephone correspondence and more delivery/pickup drivers. When this happens, I think they'll be a great company. read more

My review is probably the same as everyone else's on here, but basically, this service is amazing. In fact, this was by far the best decision we made in terms of moving. There are many pros like many other reviewers said: - sturdy boxes (nothing in the move broke) - stackable (combined with the dollies made moving into our elevator building so simple) - easy to close (basically snaps shut) - easy to store (when empty the boxes nest inside each other so you basically have a tower or two of boxes, much better than struggling with a bunch of cardboard boxes that don't want to stay together) - easy to carry (the handles are made for hands and as long as you don't overweigh the boxes with books -which would kill a cardboard box anyway- it can be carried by a single person without much of a struggle) - THE DOLLIES!!! if you can use them, get them!!!! they are THE BEST! they roll really easily and are made specifically to fit the boxes. they make moving 4 boxes at once (plus stuff you might want to put on top... say an air conditioner) simple and convenient. They are very sensitive however and will roll at any incline so it's best to keep an eye on them when they are loaded with valuables. As far as my personal experience, I absolutely have to rate this company 5 stars... We used the one bedroom (35 box) package. Great estimate because we used every box. (wish I had tried a wardrobe box though...) The owner (Surinder) personally delivered and picked up the boxes. He was so pleasant and friendly at every step from drop off (when I last minute asked for the other dolly they used to deliver the boxes with and they happily obliged) to pick up (when he gave us an extra week extension with the boxes for free). He clearly knows how stressful moving is and his goal is to make everything easier for you in that time of stress. They were incredibly punctual (in fact more on time than I was, haha) and even helped us to bring and retrieve the boxes since it wasn't too much out of their way. I was so happy with choosing jugglebox because for basically the same price as BUYING boxes from a moving company (even though you buy it, you really are gonna dispose of most of those boxes within a few weeks anyway), we got better, stronger boxes, and they were both delivered and picked up so no need to worry about disposal or finding the right time to recycle massive amounts of cardboard. And the boxes arrive clean and pest free (I can not say the same for the original FREE boxes I obtained from the bar downstairs from my place! ugh...) Plus in my personal experience even though their website adds extra charges for in home delivery and pick up and time extensions, they were lenient and sweet about giving us that extra time anyway :) I would agree with the other reviewer too that one pack of paper is more than enough. got two and the second pack will be lining the bottom of my parrot's cage for a few months :) TL;DR- Very Professional, Great Customer Service. The concept of this is wonderful, not using cardboard, the size of the bins... all amazing. The customer service is horrible. I ordered bins and some of the extras so that I could easily pack my kitchen. The bins arrived, but some of the kitchen stuff wasn't there. They delivery guy was like - yeah, we are out of it, nobody told you? That's right. Nobody told me, I had to reach out. They offered to come in a few days, but that wasn't helpful, bc I needed to pack! They were also late to delivering, when I called, they had my slotted at a different time than what was shown in my confirmation email. Then, I had a 3 hour window for the bin pick-up. They showed up 90 minutes after the end of my window. No call, then ignored my emails. The driver shared that they had 3 pick-ups scheduled for the same exact time all over the city, and basically it would be impossible to ever get to everyone on time. Again, great service. They just need to learn customer service. They should tell customers in advance that they will be late, they absolutely were aware of this. when they plan for things to be delivered when moving, they should have the courtesy of calling to let you know that they are out of stock. seems pretty basic, not asking them to move mountains. I don't recommend this if you are a planner and don't like to spend your day before or after a move at the mercy of these people! read more

AMAZING service. It's rare to speak with the owner when placing an order. Maybe most are just jerks, but Surinder is anything but. For example, I tried to haggle with the Surinder for some free dollies, or trade some juggleboxes for a free set of wardrobes, but he would not budge. Over the phone, I could hear him TRYING to agree to my terms, but he couldn't justify giving out free dollies because they were in such high demand and they had so few left at the time of my move. That, and I was getting his cheapest package already. I fully understood, and appreciated his honest attempt to give me a discount. The service, I cannot be more impressed with. The juggleboxes can hold much more than you expect when you first see them. These boxes are well built and can stand lots of punishment (weight, dropping, sliding, you name it). No tape, no worry about the bottom falling out when lifted, and no worry about collapsing when putting stuff on top of it. I agree with everyone else about the wardrobe boxes: they are strange and unwieldy at first. I find that putting some weight at the bottom during assembly makes them more manageable. While I know the normal juggleboxes are better than cardboard, I'm not sure if the wardrobe ones have any advantage (not worse, but not better). That being said, I still preferred borrowing these boxes because they are delivered and I won't feel bad tossing them out (I guess you can say that is their advantage!). The movers really liked these boxes too (they didn't use them to their full potential like I did, but that's a different story). If you're moving and want peace of mind, these boxes provide just that. In my opinion, the prices of the juggleboxes per cubic space provided is the same as cardboard boxes. What isn't included in the cardboard price, though, is the free delivery and pickup (and tape). So, the ONLY way juggleboxes are NOT a better deal is if you want to go through the stress of taping and worrying about the integrity of your reused, flimsy box with your valuables. For me, the peace of mind was completely worth it. Do yourself (and the environment) a service and order these when you move. read more

Seriously amazing . Amazing idea. Wish I thought of it. Amazing boxes. Amazing customer service. I'd give Surinder 5 stars on the customer service alone. This guy really knows how to run a business. Friendly, accommodating, professional. Everything was seamless. I packed almost everything I owned into a studio pack + wardrobe box. The movers had me out of my 5th floor walk up in 30 minutes. 30 Mintues!! Granted I didn't have a lot of stuff and no furniture but I'm convinced it was due at least in part to Jugglebox. When we got to the second pick-up there were different sized box and the movers stood around for a bit deciding what they wanted to bring down and load first. I'd definitely recommend Jugglebox if you're planning a move.It's well worth the money. read more

I can't say how helpful Jugglebox has been during our moving process. These boxes are extremely convenient and packing has been a breeze. About 3/4 through packing I had to make a cardboard box for an over sized item and it was at that point I realized how much time, effort Jugglebox has saved us. Surinder is a very nice guy and very responsive when we had questions. This is a great way to move and doesn't cost much more than buying boxes, tape, etc. We purchased the news print paper as well and that was also a huge time saver and was really easy to wrap dishes, etc in paper as opposed to more costly bubble wrap. Juggle Boxes are simply amazing. What an astoundingly simple but brilliant idea. Within seconds, I was packing. No cardboard, no tape -- you just pack and go. Fragile items are much safer here and you have to use a lot less blankets, paper, and bubble wrap to "fill" your boxes. Plus, as you're packing, there's no sealing of boxes so you can get into the boxes as you're living out of them in that last hellish week before (or after) a move. My movers loved them, too, as they were easy to carry and stack in the truck. Only advice is to NOT fill them entirely with books. They can get heavy quickly, so make sure you balance your packing. They are a tad on the wide side, but that makes them all the more flexible. The drop-off and pick-up process were super smooth. A clean, efficient, modern, and responsible way to move. Jugglebox is amazing - I couldn't be more satisfied with their product service. Booking was a breeze. The owner, Suridner, is very friendly and extremely accommodating. I had to make a pair of last minute postponements and it wasn't a problem either time. The boxes themselves are large, sturdy and much, much easier to move around than traditional cardboard boxes. Stacking is simple, whether the boxes are closed or open and empty. Surinder made a claim that you can fill 1 Jugglebox in the time it takes you to build a cardboard box and he was 100% correct -- they save a fair bit of time and energy. And of course, the boxes are a much more environmentally conscious option and don't require breakdown and disposal - all major pluses. I can't recommend Jugglebox enough. I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon, but if I do I will absolutely call on them to supply my boxes. 5-stars. read more

I've moved around quite a lot, but last weekend was the first time I used Jugglebox. How convenient and easy to use these boxes are! I absolutely love how I didn't have to worry about having enough boxes or having to assemble and tape them up! Quick response via emails. Delivery and pick up were quick and easy, no needless waiting - and everyone is so nice and friendly! I highly recommend these for your next move! This company rocks. I had a complicated move that required me to vacate a sublet at the end of March, put all my stuff in storage for the month of April, then move it all into my new apartment at the beginning of May. A friend recommended Jugglebox, and I decided to try them. First of all, I love the boxes. They're sturdy and rigid, so you don't have to worry so much about filling empty space with crumpled paper or peanuts, and I saved hours and many paper cuts not having to tape together boxes. They also stack nicely on top of each other, which meant I didn't have to work about boxes with fragile items accidentally falling over. I ordered the studio package and made arrangements to work from home during the morning when the boxes were supposed to be delivered. Alas, a computer glitch dropped me from the system on delivery day, but when I explained to customer service that a) I needed the boxes and b) I needed to get to work, they were extremely apologetic and managed to get me the boxes only about an hour late. Then they really impressed me. About two days before my move, I realized I needed more boxes. I called to get more delivered and the customer service rep remembered the glitch and threw in the extra boxes at no additional charge. That's how you build loyalty. Even with the extra charges I incurred because I had to keep the boxes in storage for a month, Jugglebox turned out to be very affordable -- and a huge time saver. (Time is money.) I can't recommend them more highly, and I will be using them the next time I move. read more

I don't recommend this company. I couldn't reserve the boxes that I needed, because their website was not working on my computer, then called customer service and a very rude woman said when I complained about their website: maybe this Service isn't for you and you should call another company... Then she basically refused to make the reservation. Fortunately, I was able to get the boxes that I needed for the date that I needed and cheaper somewhere else! read more

Amazing. I cannot say enough about how wonderful their customer service is. We ordered boxes in advance of knowing our move-date. They delivered the first set of 25 but forgot the 2nd set (we didn't even notice until a week later). When we called, at 9pm on a Thursday night, they literally delivered them in 2 hrs and apologized profusely. Then, when it was time to pick up, they told us to take our time and it was on them because of the delay with that second set of 25!!!! THEN, I mentioned casually in an email that the wardrobe boxes were a bit malfunctional--the bar didn't hold up so well--and without my even requesting it, they gave me a refund! SUPER prompt, SUPER response, and the most fantastic customer service I've ever encountered any where. The boxes were extremely useful, and made packing/unpacking much easier than going through the slog of making/breaking down boxes, taping/untaping them, and then storing them, etc. LOVE this company!!!!! read more

So glad I called Jugglebox! Dealing with Katharyn was a pleasure, she was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was able to change my pickup as I needed several times, and was friendly and chill. What's more the service itself was quick, convenient and stress-free. The boxes are on the heavy/sturdy side, but that's a good thing as you're moving house and want your things safe, no? We got Juggleboxes for our move. We got the 1 bedroom package, plus 4 extra boxes, plus 2 dollies, plus 3 wardrobe boxes. I can't really review the system from an environmental standpoint, since I don't have enough information to do a real comparison with using cardboard. But, hands down, I can tell you that moving with these boxes was *way* easier and more convenient than with cardboard boxes. The fact that you don't have to assemble the boxes is surprisingly nice, but the fact that they stack very reliably, regardless of what's in them (even if top boxes are heavier, for example) is SUPER convenient, and makes a big difference in packing and moving things. Add the fact that they are easy to move with their handles, and that the dollies fit the bins perfectly, and you have a really well-thought-out moving system. I would also definitely recommend getting the wardrobe boxes. they were great for moving clothes from closet to closet without having to pack into bins. Anyways, that's my take: juggleboxes are super convenient. They were super helpful about scheduling the dropoff and pickup around my schedule too. Plastic moving box rental... just one more benefit of living in New York!! read more

I will not move again unless I can use Jugglebox - seriously, stop questioning if the money is worth it. Just order. I was moving out of a 2bed/2bath and into an alcove studio. I went with the studio option (25 boxes) and added a wardrobe box as well. Total came to about $120. To give an idea of how much stuff I own, I had full kitchen, all living room books/decorations/general stuff, and then typical one bedroom stuff (with about 3-4 feet of hanging clothes, 2 dressers worth of clothes, and all linens/towels). I ended up with about 5 extra boxes, so I'm confident the studio option would work for anyone moving studio-to-studio or small 1-bed to small 1-bed. Jugglebox delivery and pickup was seamless, arrived on time, and called to give me a 15 minutes heads up (during a 2 hour specified window) that they were on their way. The pickup mover even asked if I needed anything moved in my apartment, since I had just moved in! Packing was a breeze, unpacking was easier, and NOTHING BROKE.
