Great juice place right next to Stater Brothers, which is convenient. They have a huge selection of healthy and natural drinks to choose from. I had one of the veggie drinks (Go-Go Veggie or something I think it was called?). It was super tasty! The staff was super polite and nice, which was awesome. The only negative I can think of is the price. I paid $7.50 for a medium drink, which seems high, but is apparently the going rate for good juice from a place like this. Probably owing to the fact that it had lots of good quality veggies in it. As they say, you get what you pay for. Given the choice between this and a cheap gallon-sized soda at a fast food place, I'll gladly pay the $7 here, as it's a better investment towards my longterm health (and hopefully less medical bills I'll have to pay when I'm older...). I will probably be back here sometime to spend some quality relaxing time sipping my drink on their couch, which looks comfy. read more

Another preggo adventure from Trish! My newest craving at this stage of my pregnancy is Acai bowls and/or fresh fruit. We woke up on Sunday morning up in Big Bear and I absolutely HAD to have some. A quick search on the ol' Yelp ap got us to The Juice Factory and huzzah! All the Acai I could want. We ordered a simple bowl for me, just Acai, granola, bananas and honey - and the BF got the Breakfast Bowl. My only complaint was the wait - it did take awhile as there was only one girl working and I felt bad for other patrons as they waited (nicely and patiently) as she worked on our order. Once received, oh yes, NOM! It really hit the spot and was exactly what I wanted. This location is the corner of the shopping mall next to the donut shop (cruel) and they offer a really wide range of juices, bowls and more. Everything looked clean and fresh - tasted great too! It's a litte pricey, but the ingredients are costly so that's to be expected. This place is pretty delicious! I've come here a handful of times and I'm usually pretty satisfied with it. It tastes great, it's healthy, the location is awesome, and the owner (specifically) is really nice. Advice: always make sure they got your order right before you leave. And if you don't want them to waste a wrong order, hold on to it and ask to keep it or pay the difference. I have unfortunately experienced a couple of negative things ... on more than one visit. I would probably give this place a 3.5 rating if I could but if I consider the food for what it is, minus the negative experiences, it's more of a 4. 1. Wrong order multiple times 2. Annoyed towards me for their mistake and wasteful My bad experiences: They gave me the wrong order, more than once. Most of the time I shrug my shoulders and still enjoy the surprise (though I wish I got what I paid for). I have returned an order on two different occasions and both times a younger gal (not the owner) snagged my wrong order rather annoyed and threw it away! Not only am I shocked by her reaction towards me for them getting the order wrong, but it's a complete waste of food! If I were the owner I'd be very upset about the waste from the business, on top of rudeness of the customer service... I wish they had name tags so I could be more specific. This even happened when I returned a drink that was a smaller size than I ordered... instead of just adding more to it, that gal threw away the entire thing. Makes absolutely no sense. The smoothies were okay. A bit pricey for what you get. The customer service (or lack thereof) is really what left a bad taste in my mouth. It doesn't take much to acknowledge customers when they walk in or put a smile on your face when you serve them, but you won't get that here. The gal acted like we were inconveniencing her by placing an order and didn't say one word the entire time. Customer service is just as important as the g you are there to purchase. I won't be going back anytime soon. Edit: I removed a star and lowered it to a one star rating. After drinking my smoothie I felt sick and had stomach issues the rest of the day. Love love love this place. Their juices are fresh and delicious. They are perfect after a day out hiking. I usually go to the location in the stater bros parking lot. The staff is friendly and they have not mistaken any of my orders. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because even though the staff is friendly they do lack some customer service. It would be nice to be greeted with a friendly welcome. It would also be a good idea to play some upbeat fun music so that its not to awkward in there. My wife and I have been coming here since they opened at the old location. The smoothies & juices are very good, & they have a lot of options. It is more pricey than other corporate smoothie places. Especially if you choose something off of the vegan menu. The customer service is okay, & something they could work on. Came over from Arrowhead since I needed a smoothie! I'm on a liquid diet! So we get inside and I say hello to both folk working there. I was there at about 4:30 pm last night. Said hello so the man that was by the register for him to say nothing. He then proceeded to talk Spanish to his coworker. She came over to help us checkout. I got the recommendation she gave us, the Hawaiian smoothie and it did NOT disappoint!!!! So so yummy! But then I wanted to also have get a shot. I think I ended up getting the flu shot which is a hard one to swallow! It's got apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, and a few other things. Once they made it for me, I asked if it was going to make me gag! A lot of hard core health shots actually do make people gag. The VERY rude and judgmental man who clearly does speak English says, "Ew. Is she seriously taking that shot in front of us? Gross! What if she gags!" And I didn't hear this. I proceeded to be my kind chipper self and ask for an orange slice to tame the extreme health I am about to chuck back! My boyfriend kept saying let's go let's go and I didn't understand why. When we got into the car, he told me all this stuff this disgusting man was saying right in front of me! For spending 20 bucks, I want sunshine spilling out of his arse. Not rude remarks toward me. Like was it a joke!? Where else do you drink your health shots!? It's quick and there isn't a mask mandate so I can drink it inside... As a follow-up since the owner does not understand what is going on in her own business. We asked to add half strawberries and half banana on top (since the bowl came with only banana on top). We didn't know it was an extra charge, but we were fine with that. We simply just confirmed that we would like to not just have half strawberries in that case, and just have the regular amount. (Note that there were 2 strawberries total on the bowl.) The employee said that she couldn't just charge for half. She could have told us that upfront, but she didn't. She had a huge attitude from the very beginning when I asked if 1 of the bowls had acai. Face the facts - there is a massive attitude problem (see all the reviews that mention this). Convincing yourself there isn't a problem just hurts your business. If this issue just happened 1 time, I would have just thought it was an off day, but it happens every single time! And it seems the friendlier you try to be, the more attitude you get. There are plenty of businesses that have a friendly staff, this just isn't one of them. read more

Upon leaving the person I was with said give this place 5 stars on Yelp and he was not being sarcastic. The guy who was working there was incredibly patient (when we couldn't make up our mind) and personable. We got a tropical Pitaya bowl and a green hangover juice. They were both delicious and really fairly priced especially considering what the same thing would have cost coming from LA.
