So convenient- located just outside of the subway. Service is fast and friendly. They happily customize your smoothie and even ask if it's too your liking. Good customer service is the way to keep your customers. The fridge is loaded with pre made healthy meals, juices, and snacks. The fresh smoothies are very filling, so order carefully if you're only looking for a snack since most are more like meal replacements. Juice generation is one of the better juice shop. Prices are all reasonable compared to other juice shops and does a good job keeping the place clean and music going! I ordered a wheat grass shot that came complimentary with an orange slice! Highly recommended. The orange slice after was a great sweet finish to the wheatgrass shot. I also ordered the mucho mango. That actually prevented the 5 stars as I wish there was more mango flavoring the coconut oil and coconut milk was way too powerful. All you can taste is the coconut and strawberries despite the coloring. read more

Just left here and ordered the PB acai. Got my order and there was the smallest dab of peanut butter I've ever seen. I asked for a bigger scoop and was told that this was the standard size. I've been her about 20 times since it is right by my work and this has never happened. Asked if the cashier was the manager and he said yes but was completely lying. This locations SUCKS! I have been here on numerous occasions, and they are so damn slow. At minimum, I have waited 20 minutes for an acai bowl. Look, I know they're busy, but get a better system going. They need two people on acai bowls. They all seem like they don't care, yell out an order and then it just sits there for minutes. Second time visting this location and got the Almond Bliss Acai bowl. Both times, it took around 15 mins for my bowl to come out (which is a very long time if you are already running late for work). Overall the taste is good but was quite disappointed with my recent visit. It does taste better than other acai bowls in the area, but not sure if it is worth the $11-$12. They also did not blend the acai fully so i had a golf sized ball of frozen acai and another golf sized ball of frozen banana. For the price I'm paying, I shouldn't be receiving this sort of quality. read more

Wow what a terrible customer service experience and based on the way I was treated I'll never find out if their smoothies and acai bowls are any good. While I was taking a photo of the menu to send to my wife (as we have a sick 4 year old back at the hotel), one of the staff yelled out that I couldn't take photos in the store, when I explain that I had a sick child and just want to text my wife to see what would be good for him (and her) to eat, I was told "sorry it's company policy and I could take her one of their printed menu". Not really sure what secret information I was going to acquire from inside the store that any other person couldn't find on the takeaway menus, their website or this yelp page but they really need to work on their company policies and customer relation training. Can't get behind this spot completely yet. It's newer digs but apparently some of the employees are greener too. It was an ominous sign when the preceding order had to be explained numerous times to one of the smoothie makers and when I ordered my PKO with spinach and avocado it turned out barely blended with big chunks of spinach floating in and ruining the smooth and cool experience. Awesome! Their assortment of smoothies is really fresh and tasty. I found that the calorie menu really helps to plan out my day -food wise. I was able to see how many calories I was about to drink and specialize what kind of nutrition I needed to put in my body. I choose the protein buzz because I am trying to gain some muscle while watching my waist. I was able to pick what kind of base and protein I placed in the drink. The staff gave me me helpful suggestions-even though I asked the most random and dorky questions. I am a fun of this place and will try another smoothie tomorrow read more

I came on a Sunday afternoon for a green smoothie (banana, mango, kale). My rating is tentative since I have only been here once, but I'm unsure I will be returning since I was unimpressed. Pros- Smoothie contained a good amount of kale and did not contain any added sweeteners. This was a real green smoothie. Good balance of nutrition to taste. Cons- The smoothies are available in only one size, which at 20oz I would consider to be a large. Oh and at $8.xx, a pretty overpriced large at that. Definitely needs more size options. There was a pretty big unblended piece banana in my shake but that understandably can happen. Service at the counter was not so great. Seemed to be dismissive of the fact me and customers were in the store waiting to order. read more
