Poor customer service. Staff wasn't friendly or welcoming to the customers. Upon receiving my drink I immediately dropped it and spilt half of it on the floor. I cleaned the mess up myself with tons of napkins and had to ask for a new lid and cup because neither of the two girls working offered. read more

I usually love this place and applied here to work. Was thrilled to get an interview. When i went only a team member was there to interview me. I didn't meet any manager which was odd. Soon as i got home i got the call that I was hired. I got all the information filled out soon as possible and got my food handlers card. The sweet girl that helped me said the manager would call me in for my first shift in a few days. I waited and no call. So i called to ask when they wanted my food handlers card and the manager had such a bad attitude and said she would call me back in a few minutes. Please watch them make your smoothie. They omit fruit and yogurt every time I am in there. This last time he (the owner himself) omitted bananas and non fat frozen yogurt. When I asked him why, he responded, " we are running low on yogurt and we are out of bananas." You are running low so you omit my yogurt to save it for someone else?? It makes no sense to me. I asked him why he doesn't tell people upon ordering that he is out of the ingredients they think they are ordering. His response was, " you are the only one that complains." i love juice it up and it is a regular go to for me. but i recently moved from hesperia to apple valley and the apple valley location feels so rushed when i am there, dont get me wrong i dont mind having my drink in less than a couple minutes, but ive noticed that almost every single time its not even blended through all the way! normally it is just a strawberry or two but yesterday i went and was serviced by the young girl with darker hair and it just feels like such a waste of time to go to this loaction anymore. its more worth it for me to drive to hesperia and recieve a fully blended drink. i have even asked them multiple times to double blend it because there are fruit chunks but it feels like it just gets worse. *note i would not be writing a bad review if it wasnt an ongoing problem* read more

What a rip!! I asked for a Detoxifier and they started the juice extractor and noticed they were using pineapple rinds with barely any pineapple fruit.I thought OK maybe they ran out, I ordered another one the following day and went to the other juice it up in Hesperia clear across town. They too started using the pineapple rinds.if I'm gonna pay $9 for a raw please give the real deal and "NOT" the rind and pulp from rind, if i wanted a pulp drink (results from rind) i would ask for a pulp drink and expect to pay a lower price. Does this make any sense? I also noticed they have the full plastic bin in the fridge full of pineapple rinds,ready to go. Where is the pineapple from when they cut the rinds up? Did they throw it away? Or do the execs keep it for themselves and make the juice that the end consumer should get? If I'm going to get pineapple rind or skin then label it in the board as such!!!!! Don't pull the wool over the consumers eyes and say its pineapple when its not! If your gonna do the pineapple rinds you have to boil them to kill all the bacteria and to wash most of the pesticide residue otherwise guess what? Yup, your extracting bacteria and pesticide into your awesome $9 drink. Also, the cucumbers have the skin on them, cucumbers are on the dirty dozen list - which means if they are not organic they will have the highest levels of pesticide concentration, c'mon jitup your banner says " Refresh your passion introducing 7 new healthy juices". Revise it to "7 deadly juices". I have come here twice for the fresh juice and been disappointed. The staff seems annoyed to have to make them in the juicer and my customer service is always so poor. A smile goes a long way. I hope it gets better seeing as it's one of the only places to get fresh juice in the desert. read more

Very upset with today's visit. The cashier ( Viviana or Lilliana) I didn't quite understand her name through all snottiness...... My mother and I were trying to purchase the new matcha drink and she so rudely stated they were out of green tea..... Ok so instead of offering something else's she watched me stare at the menu..... I finally picked two large energize and asked what liquid was added.... She snapped at me its juice. Like excuse me..... I love Juice it Up! It is so much better than Jamba Juice so I'm extremely happy this opened up so close to my home. Mango Mania is my smoothie of choice. Husband almost always gets the Banana Rama. The employees here are pretty courteous and efficient. Sometimes there is some inconsistency in how well the smoothie is made (sometimes it's a little too watery/runny for my taste) if truth be told, but I'll take it anyday over the other smoothie joint. read more

When I went to the juice it up in apple valley the customer service was very poor. The staff were not friendly. I ordered a smoothie for my two young boys and asked for two additional cups so the could have their own and was told by a young guy they charge 50 cents for additional cups. I come to this Juice it up cause its convenient; however, I refuse to patronize them anymore as there have been other issues such as the store closing even though the store hours indicate otherwise...poor poor service. They are now under new management!!!! And thank goodness they are, I work near them and I used to dread craving a juice it up because of how long it would take and even worse no one would ever say sorry for the wait or even smile they all looked like they were being held captive and forced to work and make money. Staff is just plain bad. They seem like they are annoyed and just doesn't want to be there at all. Every time we go there they all have that attitude of "you're bothering me" since the new one opened in AV on Hwy 18, we've been going there instead even if its out of the way sometimes. Favorite place to grab a fresh snack to eat ! However I was kind of disappointed today when I went to use my rewards points , the cashier didn't apply the discount , charged my debit card full price and instead of voiding it out as I asked she tells me that it's no big deal the points are there for next time and that if she ever sees me there again she'll give me a discount to make up for it.
