This place has the lowest possible standards when it comes to cleanliness and friendliness! I was appalled at the attitude I received when my daughter and I came in (on Mother's Day no less), ordered our smoothies, then had to wait at sticky and disgusting tables. Then after a while we looked over and noticed our smoothies on the counter. I asked Bianca (who was seated in the storeroom with the other employee), "are these ours?" And she said, "I called them out like 5 times!" I said, "I'm so sorry to bother you on your break!" She said, "my job is to make smoothies. I'm not on a break. I'm working. I made your smoothies." I pointed out her unwarranted nastiness and that the restaurant was sticky and the floor was disgusting. She said, "it's fine!" I walked out to avoid further confrontation. It's hard to believe the employees here have ever received any training whatsoever on customer service, conflict resolution or hygiene. Absolutely disgusting and hurtful, Juice it Up! What on earth ARE you teaching your staff?! To sit in that useless room only to sigh and roll their eyes when it's time to actually stand and work?! Everything here is delicious but the customer service is severely lacking. The girl who helped me at the register seemed like she didn't want to be there at all and barely looked at me the entire transaction. She then went to make my juice and when she was finished I said thank you and got a quiet "mhmm" back. I never complain but tonight at 8:14pm. I order a açaí bowl and the cashier girl said they closed there machine to make the juice bowl. After insisting that I'm going to call cooperate office they decided to make the juice bowl. Very unorganized staff that messed up the order anyway. They were rushing checking on their cellphone while making the order. Cashier handle cash and not washing her hand before starting the order. I've been to this location several times and generally enjoy the smoothies. Today, I wasn't happy. I always get The Zone. Ordered two large for me and a friend. My car was parked out by Best Buy. I drank some of it on the way to my car, unfortunately it was bland. Had very little peanut butter and icy, kinda watered down. I drove back there to request another. I had drank about 1/4 of it. Because of this, they downsized my cups. Seriously, this was annoying that any business would practice this during this time. She screwed up my drink and made me pay for it. Sadly, I'm never coming back here again. I spent $18 on this and she's playing this size game. I had $150 in my wallet. If I wanted additional, I would have just bought another. Money wasn't the issue. I ended up with less in the new cups than I had leftover in the large old cups. read more

Great smoothies my favorites are the California cooler , Pina colada , and Lava flow . The only thing is like others have mentioned is that this location can improve on customer service . The employees working here seem to be just hanging out each time I purchase a smoothie . One time I was waiting on my smoothie and the group of employees where talking about some gossip and the looked up saw me and asked if I needed help . One of the other employees stated that I had been helped steady and they then just chuckled . Very unprofessional . Management should try to reprehend these issues . read more

I did a mobile order, and I was sadly disappointed. I thought they would prioritize my order because we put we were in a hurry, but they took a nice 45 minutes to make 1 drink. There were about 5 people in there and they all looked like they had been waiting for a while. I don't want to be inconsiderate about how hard, or long it takes to make a smoothie but it took forever. They also didn't have any of the stuff I ordered, so I had to get something completely different after waiting 30 minutes for my drink. My 1st trip to this store!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I ordered 2 small smoothies. Not knowing the sizes, I requested to change my size from small to medium. I asked the cashier what the price difference would be, right after ordering & before she began making the drinks. She said not to worry about it, that she would make the drinks medium. I waited and received small drinks. When I asked the cashier about the drinks she said that she forgot to tell the lady who was making the drinks. I went to the restroom, when I returned, I asked about the drinks and the other lady-possibly the manager said she was not giving out free drinks. I then explained to her that her cashier assured me that I would receive medium drinks & I WAS GOING TO PAY. The cashier agreed that she had said that but now I would have to pay for the drinks. The customer service I received at this point was just terrible!! I had been waiting for almost 15 minutes & furious that the cashier had wasted my time. The "manager" was VERY RUDE & insinuating that I was trying to get free stuff. She was also saying stuff to me as she was going to the back of the store & there were other customers in the store . I felt this was very UNPROFESSIONAL!! I had to leave for an appointment, so I took the small drinks. Had the best smoothie tonight! My daughter and I went for some smoothies as we were waiting for our wings next door. Although it was pretty late (closer to closing time) the girls greeted us with sincere hellos and smiles. I went there a few weeks prior and ordered a small drink that was advertised. I was so pleased with it that I got it in large and my daughter one as well. Turns out it was it was the same girls (Lexi and Myah) that helped me out last time. I'm embarrassed to say this is my first time here at juice it up. I've been complaining I wanted a place where I could get fresh wheatgrass juice and health drinks. Today my dream came true and I was very impressed with the selection of drinks and they actually had fresh wheat grass juice. My friend and I enjoyed our drinks and we will be coming back. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would Like to see one or two more tables with chairs for people who want to drink there but it's not really important. With all the fast food places all around it why not make it a habit to visit at least once a week to support the only truly health conscious location in that strip center? read more

This location specifically cannot make the Zone correctly, this is very disappointing, today I ordered one again Hoping for it to come out correctly, when it didn't, I asked the girl to fix it, she added one small scoop of peanut butter, it still wasn't correct, I politely asked for my money back, I'm tired of going In and Hoping that this particular smoothie will be made the way other juice it ups make theirs. The employee went to the back and got a manager, the manager came out and asked me what was wrong it told her that it didn't taste like peanut butter it just tasted like banana and she scowled at me and said "well it is a banana smoothie so.." and I said "it usually tastes more like peanut butter, I'm not here to complain, I just want a refund." And she said "I was just asking a question." I told her that her telling me it was a banana smoothie wasn't a question and that instead of being rude she should give the customer their money back so we could all go on with our day.. she then asked me if I paid with an app, and she said she couldn't even find my order, which is weird because the other employee rang me up and I got an email with my receipt, then she told me she would have to give me a gift card, I said that was fine, then she said she didn't have any gift cards, and magically she found my order and returned my money to my card. I'm very disappointed with the fact that I'll have to drive to Redlands to get my smoothie for now on and that your employee felt it was appropriate to treat a customer like this especially while she was training a new employee. read more
