Came by on 2/7/26, Acai Haus is located on Thrive Drive in Roseville, CA. My toddler daughter was fast asleep in the mini-van and I knew as soon as she woke up, she would be hangry!! So I ordered the Grilled Pesto Wrap. Grilled Pesto Wrap came with chicken, cheese, spinach, grape tomatoes, and pesto. My toddler daughter loved it! Staff member (only one there) were flying behind the counter trying to get all the orders done and kudos to her for getting all the orders accurately and accomplished fast. This is probably the best açaí spot in the area. I'm an açaí snob and it's hard to find a place with a pure açaí base. Most places blend their açaí with fruits so you won't get the pure taste. I ordered a regular with açaí base. The granola were the cacao crunch with "the haus" toppings. It has strawberries, blueberries, almonds, bee pollen, and honey. For as long as I was taking to order my bowl, he was super patient and very informative and you can tell he's super passionate about the quality/experience of eating acai. The owner is so friendly and I love that they use pure açaí sourced from Brazil and not blended with other ingredients. I could definitely taste the difference in my bowl it was very fresh and rich. Stopped by and grabbed a bowl + sugar cane juice. Honestly, both were amazing . The bowl was well-balanced, fresh, and nicely presented. The ingredients tasted clean and not overly sweet. The real standout, though, was the sugar cane juice. It tasted freshly pressed with that natural sweetness that doesn't feel heavy or artificial. Super refreshing, especially if you're looking for something hydrating and different from the usual drinks. Service was great , quick and friendly. I have had açaí bowls from this establishment that I've really liked before. Unfortunately, while eating my most recent bowl, I found rocks mixed in with my food. Not a huge deal, considering they use fresh fruit, it probably came from their distributor. I went in to show the employees, and she insisted that it was cacao nibs. She said that it was likely burnt cacao nibs, which can be harder than normal. I told her that even if that was the case, I should still be able to bite into it and/or break it up with my fingers, neither of which I was able to do. They did not offer to remake the bowl or refund me for my food (which I would consider inedible after finding foreign object in). I left unsatisfied, but ended up calling to ask for a refund. I was told a manger would reach out to me, but overall I feel the experience was pretty poor. I hope that a manger reaches out to me, and I will update my rating if that's the case, but the overall experience was really disappointing. read more

I came here on Friday, February 6 for the Yelp week event for this establishment. I always have a great time coming out to Roseville no matter where I end up. I am very familiar with the location since I've been to Topgolf before and I've even stayed at the hotel that's within walking distance. I'm so happy to see that the strip mall is now expanding with more businesses, especially, local up-and-coming ones. As I entered in, I was immediately greeted by Madison who is such a sweetheart! She was super thorough regarding which items on the menu I had to choose from. I felt bad because I didn't bring cash for tip, but I went ahead and ordered extra items for purchase. I loved the cucumber drink and the protein bites that I purchased. A few minutes later while Madison was preparing my bowl, the Owner or Manager Frederick came in and he was super friendly as well. I love the variety of drinks, small bites as well as items in there to go fridge as well. But let me tell you when I finally got home to eat that açai bowl it took me two days to eat it. The fruit was fresh and the açaí was nice and cold along with the granola, toasted coconut, and cacao nibs. It all worked together to make a perfect breakfast and satisfied my hunger. It didn't look to much larger, but I was told that there is double thr fruit. Training of a new employee was taking place so it took awhile as there were several mobile orders. When it was ready it didn't look to have much more fruit than the regular. Also, there was not packed in, acai left visible gaps in the bowl where it was not filled.
