Love this place and the family that owns the business! It's more than a snack bar. It's inside of an office building where there is plenty of parking. There's a large variety of foods including sandwiches, burritos, soups, salads, coffee, smoothies and desserts. Oh! and they also cook food to order such as omelettes and panini sandwiches. Wow. Best salads and best paninis i have honestly ever tasted. I'm not one to usually leave reviews but I was blown away by how welcoming the customer service was. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile And asked if I had any questions about their menu! Since it was my first time here, (and trust me I have been back many times after) I allowed them to prepare me their favorite things off the menu, Philip the delivery driver picked out the roast beef Panini for me, and Fouad the owner picked out the Chinese chicken salad. Well I left my lunch/breakfast on the counter and can't just run out to grab food so who's my go to? In-joy of course! I can pull up the menu online and order in a just minute. They take cash and credit/debit cards. INCREDIBLY convenient. I usually ask the girls in my department if they want to get in on the action. On this particular day there were 4 of us ordering. They take each order separately if need be and will accept the payments as such. I haven't ventured out to the kiosk they have on Douglas Blvd but I hope to one day. For the meantime I will be happy with the large selections available for delivery. My favorite are the sandwiches! I often get the BLT or the chicken cordon blue sans cheese. Secondary to my sandwich love is their salad selection. Try the green salad with chicken- I enjoy it with the house made balsamic dressing. They offer hot and cold drinks including smoothies and iced tea. We can always expect a smile from Eric or Gandar, the delivery crew. :) Delivery is $2 unless your order is $10 or more, then its FREE dollars. read more

This place has extremely poor customer service. Ive ordered here previously and my food arrived quickly but today I had to call two times to check if It was still coming. He said the driver was there and I waited 15 more minutes still nobody comes. I finally call back another time to explain my concern and they were so dismissive. It took an hour for them to deliver my food. When the delivery guy finally comes my food isn't hot anymore. The owner says because I didn't order breakfast food he didn't make my food right away. None of this was vocalized when I first made my order. I said at this point I don't even want I.T and the manager just said oh it's up to you. No sympathy. No apologies. No compensation. Nothing. Love this place. They know me by name because I order for delivery at least once a week. I'm always starving at work by 8:30am so I call them, they deliver within 20-30 min to my office desk. Literally the best. I've tried their breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches and everything is so good! It's also so convenient with a cheap delivery charge or none at all when you spend $10. One time I postmated some food instead and instantly regretted it when I paid $20 for a small sandwich and delivery. Definitely try it if you work in Roseville! read more

Nothing like getting to work at 7 am and be starving by 8 but have nothing to snack on because you forgot to bring your lunch. A co worker says I'm going to order food from In Joy would you like me to order something for you. I was like what is In Joy? Then i was shown the menu and informed this company brings the food to your desk, literally! Ha! What an amazing concept i love it, so of course I ordered some breakfast. I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel. They arrived to my office within 15-20 minutes at my desk I paid for my food, the gentleman was very nice, food was hot and yummy. Tried lunch as well great sandwiches and salads, prices are inexpensive as well. This was a new concept for me I truly expected expensive food, delivery charges through the roof but was surprised to find out they are reasonable, no delivery charge and minimum order is $10. Seriously the worst customer service I've ever had!!!!!!!! 1. Horrible customer service (the owner is so rude) 2. The food is worse then fast food. 3.They don't even listen to your order. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I ordered corn tortillas with my breakfast and specifically asked multiple times to make sure they would be corn since, I'm allergic to flour. When My food arrived it was nothing like what I've had in the past. A soggy microwaved hash brown that McDonalds wouldn't even serve and grey eggs. The best part was the large flour tortilla that was in with my food. When I called to ask about the meal the owner let me know that I must of called the wrong location. This is the same person that I placed my order with so I was pretty confused. When I asked him why he didn't just tell that he only had flour tortillas since I asked him multiple times for corn and let him know I had an allergy. He said he didn't have to tell me anything and hung up. I called back again to ask for a refund and he just said yep and hung up again. A young girl returned about 3 hours latter to give me a cash refund and said her owner said to tell me that they have served the same food for 15 years.... umm ok but still no answer to why they didn't just tell me that they didn't have the food I ordered. If you want to actually get what you order then I would go anywhere else this place is a waist of time. read more
